EVERTIME I go there it's a different price. I only got wash, rollers and wrap 41.00 bucks .The lady next to me got the same thing but she set under the dryer and her was cheaper then mines..

I have been coming to this salon, and have not had a problem since recently. I got a wash and blow dry. I admit hair was tangled but to charge me literally 80+dallors was outrageous. First she tell me the lady who shampoo charge different from my service I agree but when done there was shampoo fee, conditioner fee plus hair straightening fee. I never paid that amount and lost a lot hair in the process I will not be patronizing this business anymore

To start, this was the ONLY place I ever went to do my blowouts. I haven’t been in a while, but yesterday I was able to just barely make it there. First, I called to see what time they take their last person. The person on the other end (who I now know is the owner) said 5:45. I said okay, I’ll be there at 5:40pm. She then tried to tell me that she actually closes at 5:45. So I reiterated that she just said 5:45 as the last person, then she said maybe she can take me. I still drove 50 minutes since I moved away from the location. Upon arrival, I get sat down to get my hair washed, the washer washed my hair and had to rewash it because it was “dirty”. I was sat under the dryers with no rollers to have my hair dry a little before getting it blow dried (by the owner since the other stylists had left for the day. While sitting down, this lady did not put any oil or spray in my hair before parting it. It was entirely too rough that I can hear my hair “ripping” apart. She said “it rough mami”. Mind you, everyone knows that if you just put hair up under a dryer and it dries, it’s going to get knotted up. She then tells me that she only can blow dry it & not straighten. I can do my own hair, but I come to the salon for my trims and the experience. After blowdrying my hair, she trims my hair (which I wanted). She was moving a mile a minute on my trim, but of course I didn’t think anything of it. I then ask her how much and she told me $60! $60 when all I got was was a wash, blow & trim. She told me it was because my hair was “very dirty” so it was a extra $10 & that it was a extra $10 for a cut” so I said where does that add up to $60! She said that their salon starts at 40 & up. She then told me that if I would’ve gotten it straightened it would’ve been an extra $10. So I asked if there was new owner because this just wasn’t real to me. She said she is the new owner. I’ve been going to that salon for years. I’ve never paid over $50 and I always get a wash, blow & straighten with my ends trimmed. I always tip so I end up paying $60 in the end which is fine because I would be more than satisfied with what I get. But yesterday’s experience with the owner drove me to NEVER return to that salon. My trim is very botchy and I had to go home & straighten my hair myself. The stylist I usually go to is named Mora (I believe). She is the best stylist in there. It’s a shame that I won’t be returning due to the ignorance of the owner. If anyone goes here, DO NOT let the owner play in your hair. I attached photos of the “trim” this lady did. I didn’t know how the trim looked until I got home.

Had headache for over a week because of how aggressive they were to my head. Hair came out okay but couldn’t enjoy it much for the reasons mentioned.

Was quoted one price on the phone, I needed no extra amenities only to keep the pins which is $1. Just a wash and curl $45. I get there she gets done and tells me $61. I say that’s not what I was told on the phone when I called. She starts yelling “her price is her price, she doesn’t care what I was told on the phone, it wasn’t her” etc. They try to do extra stuff secretly and charge for EVERYTHING little thing as well.
