I had been trying to find someone who actually would listen and not just cut. Carol is that person. She is friendly yet professional. I went back a week after my hair cut to get highlights. She did a fantastic job and I received a lot of compliments on both the cut and color. (Don't go by profile pic as it is about 4 years old)
