I Love my glittery white nails! Just in time for New Years! I was lucky enough to have Mimi work on my nails. She was so sweet, and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result! Mimi the real MVP!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. 1. They pass credit card fees onto the customer, which feels unfair and outdated. 2. They never offered anything to drink. 3. They were advertising a December gift card promotion, and on the very first day of the promotion, I purchased a gift card to use immediately on myself. The man at checkout yelled at me, claiming that gift cards were intended for gifts to others, not personal use, and refused to honor it. This was not mentioned in the promotion and was handled very unprofessionally. I used it after an embarrassing and loud (on his part) conversation with a salon full of customers. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 4. My pedicure didn’t last even a day. The polish on my toes is already scuffed because they don’t offer proper lighting or heat for drying toes—only for hands. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. It's definitely a one-and-done for me!

I’ve been looking for a new nail shop close to home that does a good job for a good price. After trying so many in the area with sloppy work, I finally found this place! It’s very clean inside, not too busy, great colors, and their work is amazing! Also very spacious inside with a lot of chairs. Mimi was wonderful!!

I had a good pedicure here a few weeks ago. It was good but super fast and they weren't even that busy. Maybe the they're just efficient? I was offered a drink, everything looked clean and my toes looked nice. Then I sent my adult daughter a few days later for a pedicure and they weren’t nice, always on their phone, didn’t offer a drink, and not friendly at all. Her toes looked nice but we won’t be going back there:(

I have been going to Pur Bliss Nail Concepts for over two years. Andy and his wife give great customer service. The final product is always great my nails fills and pedicures. Great experience, I highly recommend the business.

I've tried six nail salons. This is the best! They do an excellent job with my nails. Thankfully the previous manager is gone, it was very uncomfortable being around him.

Terrible experience. I went in for a manicure and requested the cuticles to be removed. The tech barely work on my hands he didn't even filed my nails. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes I had to asked him to put cream on my hands. Terrible service. I will NOT be back ever again!

Got gel nails done. When I left, it looked like my nails, although pretty, were a week old because of the shortage of coverage. Sides of nail not painted. Bottom around cuticle too much of a gap. Each time I've been there, they ALWAYS want to up sale the service. My pet peeve of all is that they speak to other employees in Vietnamese. They must not know how RUDE that is to the customer that they are working with. 🙄 This is my first negative review. Just know what you're heading into.

Being going here once a month since march this year. I go for the dip with tips or no tips & I have had a great experience every time. I’ve seen a few different nail technicians, and all great. I have seen Amy twice, and she does a nice job. Very happy with Pur Bliss.

Great service and talented workers. I’m very picky with my pedicures and Joys attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. I had a team of people working on my finger nails, due to a complicated customer they were dealing with at the same time. Each of the people that worked on my nails did a good job and I’m happy with the outcome. It’s been years since I found a salon I enjoy both the pedicures and manicures at, this place checks both boxes. In can’t wait to be back!

I concluded that it must've been mistaken identity or just a bad day and wanted to take it out on me...worst treatment and embarrassment EVER! Zoe, the manicurist was rude and handled my fingers rough and it's still sore. Must've mentioned something about me when she hand me to another manicurist, who told me to hush and let him do his job, when I requested oval and not almond shape nails. Come to find out he's the OWNER! Never once did I disrespect them...apologized, endured, paid and got in my vehicle and went on Yelp to review. I NEVER want anyone to experience what I did. Never will I return. Although Dana, my regular is Wonderful!

One day I had called to ask if I could walk-in but was told no and was instructed to make an appointment. I honored their request and did just that moving forward. Both times I scheduled for their first slot of the day, 10am. Both times their workers were late. They didn’t stroll in til almost 30min after. I’m a single mom always busy with work and my children so it was an inconvenience finding time in my day to be able to get my nails done only to not know when I’ll be taken care of because my appointment time isn’t respected. Today when I was waiting, they took in two walk-ins to begin their pedicure while I had to wait even though I was the only one that had previously scheduled. Another time, I scheduled and went in for a basic pedicure which excludes the exfoliation and massages. All I wanted was a color change so I was fine with that. I’ve done this before at other salons and never had an issue but the worker said she could not do this for me. That I had to purchase an upgraded type of pedicure to get the basic color change. Lastly, they falsely advertise their services online. When scheduling, I will pick a service online based off the price. Then once I’m at checkout, I’m overcharged with no explanation being put in a awkward situation. Part of me believes this is their way of adding their own tip. I would’ve tipped them, no problem but am then put in a position of not knowing how much to accurately tip when they’ve bumped up my charge at the sudden moment. I moved to this side of town and picked this place because of all of their good reviews. They’re usually friendly and do great with their work on your nails so it’s disappointing.

They charged me $40 for a manicure and all they did was a polish change and they had no TVs going and nothing to watch during the nail experience.

I’m giving 3 stars because the man who did my pedicure was very nice & friendly! He made it a great experience overall! But for my acrylic nails the man (didn’t get the names of either of the men) who did them was inattentive (on the phone the whole time), put tips on my nails that were way too small and ended up looking tiny on my nails and you could see the edges of my nails when I turned them to the side… I was very disappointed with the acrylics & won’t be coming back because of that.
