Wanted a simple haircut just a trim!!! I walked out with a complete uneven haircut! I did pay for it but once I got home and really looked at it OMG! Took at least 2 1/2 inches off. I called and asked for my money back. they did and I was asked if I wanted someone else to fix it. No it will have to grow for 6 months. I feel this person was not quite there. She has cut my hair before but this she was a mess. She didn’t even know how to style it since it was completely screwed up.

I asked for two inches off of my hair and no layers. I thoroughly explained what I wanted and where I wanted it to lay. I was told to look down because she was going to start cutting. When I was told to look up about 5 inches had been cut off. What was done had been done, and coming from someone with social anxiety, I was too scared to say anything. Two more inches were continued to be cut off and I went from having hair past my chest to a bob with layers. I look like a grandma, thank you so much because I now have to buy extensions for my hair and am to scared to go back to school or anywhere for that matter without a hood. I can’t even afford extensions or a wig, so when I get bullied I hope that guilt lays on your chest.

I can't rate it less than 2 stars because they do have a nice salon, the stylists were nice and they did TRY to fix my hair. That's where my positives end though. I paid $200 for my hair (which is only shoulder length), more than I ever have before, and I am just not happy with it, especially for the price. I should also say that other than some very grown out highlights at my ends my hair was completely virgin hair. I asked for ashy sombre (and I am a stylist so I know what I'm talking about) and got a yellow, brassy and badly blended color. As in yellow and spotty where the bleach was not properly smoothed over the hair. I wanted little highlights to come up higher towards my face but she brought almost all of it up so I don't have the outgrown look and she bleached almost every piece so there is no more dimension left. Their lighting does make the hair look better because only after I got home and looked at it from all angles I knew it was way too warm. I went back in and they definitely made it better, but still not what I wanted. It is now more blended but the ends are blue/grey and my roots are still too warm. Next to each other it tends to give off a green color. I've never asked to have my hair re-done, ever in my entire life so this was a different experience for me. I'm glad they didn't charge me when I went back in, because I am still crying about the final color of my hair and the price I paid. I literally had to save up to go here and it was such a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this salon for hair color and I probably won't go back.

I love this salon. Everyone is so friendly and professional and knowledgeable and I feel like a valued customer. My stylist is Emily and she never fails! She is awesome and worth every penny! My husband uses this saying and it applies here....you enjoy quality when price is long gone. 😁✂️

I paid 250 dollars for my fiances hair to get done plat blonde. 2 times she went in and roots were missed and the color was nowhere near. Shes already a natural blonde so not sure why color couldnt be accurate. I cant believe i paid 250 dollars and this is how it turned out So disapointing

Recently I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding day and the staff at Pure Aveda ATE! Emily is amazing at everything she does and Lee made me look like a princess bride! I love that I’ve found my forever salon here, you have to give them a try!

I hope this salon is around forever because I don't want to go anywhere else, ever again. Pure Aveda is everything. A huge thank you to Barbara, who fixed a disaster & put my anxiety at ease. She was like a therapist, listening to every word & knowing just what to say. By the end of it, I was so relaxed, I practically fell asleep.

I got a haircut from Ji and *warning* she will make your hair look so good that you will get hit on by multiple people in the same day. She did a wonderful job on my hair cut and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you x 100!

I have been coming to Pure Aveda since it opened and have always been happy with my color and cuts. My current stylist is Bailey. I feel as though we have become friends after years of visiting her. She knows what I want and does a great job of delivering. A bonus is that all products are natural. No chemicals are used. Rick and Michelle, the owners, have trained their employees to be gracious and friendly. Thank you, Pure Aveda.

McKenna is phenomenal, she cuts out hair every 6 weeks and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All the staff is great, they make you feel welcomed and appreciated and are all very friendly. Owner is also extremely kind and runs a wonderful business. Highly recommend.
