Been a customer for over 26 years. So worth the extended drive of 45 minutes east. Melanie is excellent and I will follow her to wherever. My appointments are made in 1 yr in advance. Never want to lose my spot. She's amazing!!!

Called to make appt. Went to VM. Rep sent email with misspelled unclear mess. Customer service standards need to be implemented. Rude. Don't watse your time..

Melanie is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Top quality hair cuts, I mean I would pay a ridiculous amount of money to get this same haircut and service!! Family owned and operated with impeccable service, can't believe Melanie runs that place all by herself! Truly the best salon in Knoxville!!!

I've been calling and leaving voicemails for two days just to try and get an appointment. I'm new to town and this place is super close to my house. I've waited for them to call me back figuring they were just busy, as I've called each time during business hours. I haven't received any calls back. I'll be going somewhere else.

I am a client of Tosha Healy, and I've been with her since she started out at Panache. She is still the best stylist I've tried in Knoxville (I haven't tried the others at Pure Envy) and the new location is really nice. Very serene, natural decor inside a quaint little building that is conveniently located. Affordable prices and top-of-the-line work. I recommend it highly.
