I tried to call 3 different times to make an appointment, the phone always went to voicemail. I showed up at the business even though it said they were “OPEN” nobody was there and there wasn’t anything stating they weren’t going to be open that day. I sent a message to the Facebook business page & received a response maybe 4 or 5 hours later asking me what I wanted, I responded and couldn’t get a response back until I sent my last message telling her “I’ll just try to find someone else”, she responded with “I’m on vacation”. I didn’t mind that she was on vacation we all need a break at times but why waste my time to ask me what I needed to eventually tell me you were on vacation. It was very unprofessional.

I can’t wait to go back!! Chante took great care of me, she definitely went above and beyond compared to stylists I have been too recently. If you have natural hair this is the salon to go to!! No complaints from me. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon!!
