Brought my 11 year old daughter in to Ann for a facial to help with some face care. My daughter has oily skin and was having breakouts. Ann did a wonderful job making my daughter feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole facial. She did a great job treating my daughter's skin while pampering her with a foot and neck massage, too. Ann helped us find Aveda products that would be good for my young daughter's skin type and easy for her to manage on a daily basis. Let me tell you....what a difference in my daughter's skin and confidence in her skin since her facial. We will go back for follow up treatments to help my daughter's skin be as healthy as possible. Highly recommend for all ages!!! It's never too early to teach children about good skin care. Pure Essence is amazing and my entire family ONLY goes here!!

Had my 13 yr old sons hair cut early in the morning by someone who looked and acted like they had better things to do. Ended up looking like Loyd Christmas with a horrible fade. Have had several "come back in and we'll fix it" episodes with the other family members. Just going somewhere else at this point.

First visit at pure essence was awesome. We were there for massages. I have MS and RLS, which can be difficult to deal with for the therapist. Kayla worked wonders and relieved the many knots of pain with the hot stones. My husband‘s experience with Heather was also very relaxing and helped him in the areas that he has problems with .

I go to pure essence for waxes and Ann does an amazing job! She makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I look forward to seeing her every time! Great salon. 10 out of 10 recommend

I have been a long time client of Pure Essence and have seen Ashley for years and have also had many other services by many other stylists & estheticians. I always leave feeling my best, along with being treated like family. I love the staff, the products and always the end result! I have also had multiple treatments, hair color & cut by Maddy Sparks-she did ann amazing job! Always a 5 star experience!

I've experienced numerous services at this establishment, including hair coloring and cuts by Tara and Star, as well as facials and massages by Heather, all of which were terrific! The salon's ambiance is beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend visiting; the entire staff is friendly!

When I moved I was so apprehensive to find a new hair stylist and a friend recommended Pure Essence. This salon is the best! The atmosphere is so relaxing and the Aveda signature scents are to die for. I have had my hair done by Ashley 3 times now and I feel so pretty every time I leave her chair. She is so easy to talk to and so kind. You can tell she truly loves what she does and that she takes pride in making her clients leave the salon happy. I always feel so pampered after visiting her. The products are also top notch and give you that salon finish right from home. Have visited many times for services by Karmen from hair color, cut, brows and eyelash lift and tint. It always is a great atmosphere and awesome service. No complaints!! Would highly recommend 😀

I absolutely love my experience every single time I come to Pure Essence Salon to see Ashley! It’s so relaxing. The products are amazing. The building itself is cozy and smells amazing. Ashley always is very attentive with my wishes and goes above and beyond. I’m always happy with my end results.

I had an appointment to have my hair cut to a pixie cut from shoulder length. I asked the person making appointments as well as the hairstylist if they felt comfortable doing this. They were both insistent that it was fine. I left almost 2 hrs later with the worst uneven mushroom top haircut EVER. Everyone told me how terrible it looked and I had to drive to Green Bay to a salon to get it fixed. The hairstylist in GB couldn’t believe the mess. Do not trust this salon. This is the third bad experience for me and my family and I should have known better.-UPDATE - The salon did reach out to me and I was refunded my money.

Pure Essence is the place to go for almost anything! I’ve personally been going to Anika for hair for a couple years now and she has always done an amazing job. I’m happy with my color/cut every time. I’ve also had a facial and Brazilian wax done by Anne and highly recommend her, as well. She makes you feel so comfortable during a vulnerable time and informs you on what’s next (for the wax). During the facial, it was super relaxing and made me feel refreshed afterwards😊

After moving here from Colorado several years ago, was having a hard time finding someone to cut my hair the right way. Star knocked out of the ballpark. She is the best around, so glad I found her.

I love this place!! Ashley has been doing my hair years and always does an amazing job!! Before I first started going to her I was always nervous and hesitant to any kind of cut or color from past experiences, but she never let me down!! She listens and helps to find the best cut/color for you !! I look forward to every appointment and can’t wait for her to do her magic!!! Ashley is not only my hair stylist, she has become a close friend who is like family to me!! If you are looking for a place to go, Pure Essence is top notch!! I also need to give a huge shoutout to Ann!! I was looking back at pictures of myself from 5 years ago and if seeing isn’t believing!!! I go to Ann faithfully every 5-6 weeks for a dermaplaning appointment along with using the face products she recommends and the results are amazing!! The dark spots on my face have lightened tremendously and some are even non existent!! My face glows!! Ann’s knowledge is remarkable and I highly recommend her services!! She is another friend that has become family!!

Pure Essence definitely brings big city spa vibes to our small town! You get pampered, and attention is focused on YOU! My stylist is Tara, she does a awesome job and I feel like she is silly like me! I also referred two of my coworkers to her since she is so personable! Blessed to have such a nice salon in town!

They do not know how colors hairs!!!!! Walking in wanting ash blonde balayage with money pieced and I came out with orange/ golden blonde. No money pieces. They tried to correct the mistake the next couple day free of charge, but still didn’t get the colors I went there for, but instead I came out with the same color I went in with and still no money pieces at all. My same hair colors cause me $250!!! Very disappointed!!! they over promised what they can do and under deliver.
