I can not say enough good things about Pure Hydration! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have done a migraine IV and now light therapy. You owe it to yourself to check them out to feel amazing.

Always a great experience everytime I come to PURE hydration at both the Riverside and Beach location. The staff are super friendly and accommodating to make appointments work around my busy schedule. I enjoy the private and spacious rooms used for the IV's. The nurses also help ease my anxiety about the IV and are super helpful when it comes to vitamin recommendations.

I went to Pure with clients after a round of golf on a hot day to get IVs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We all got IVs and were feeling refreshed following. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back!

Muy desagradable con la señorita que recibe en la resección por no saber hablar el inglés se burla en la cara del paciente eso es una institución de salud no un circo deben de poner personas solidarias las persona van con su dinero eso no es gratis ya e visitado por tercera vez el lugar y de verdad la pasé muy mal la última vez por parte de la enfermera muy bien el medicamento me asienta mucho gracias ala enfermera muy amable

Pure Hydration has been so incredible for helping me recover from injuries! I have noticed how much my athletic performance has excelled after incorporating the light bed and cold plunge into my daily routine. I also have noticed an improvement in my skin being clear of imperfections. The staff is always helpful and friendly!

Pure Hydration, Jax Beach your amenities are always immaculate. Your equipment is state of the art. Nursing staff is excellent. (IV.) The front staff are fast and friendly. I was in town hosting a big event in Jacksonville and woke up on event day feeling terrible. I had never done IV therapy before so called PH in advance to learn more and the receptionist was so helpful and reassuring that I was convinced to come in immediately. She was very friendly when I arrived and helped expedite my IV because I was on a time crunch. I cuddled up under a blanket and felt 200x better by the time i left. The event was fantastic and I couldn’t believe how much better I felt! I don't live in Jacksonville but if I did, I would have become a member that day!!

The staff was so friendly! The nurse who started my IV got my vein on the first poke and my IM B-12 shot in my gluten was completely painless! The vibe of the whole place was calming and comfortable! If I lived in Jacksonville(I'm on vacation), this would be my go-to for IV hydration! Also incredibly affordable and the value of the package I got was absolutely wonderful!

When I was in I did feel like I was dying and just needed fluids. I'd never been there before and could have been explained in a way that I could have gotten more bang for my bucks. Other services are offered as a few different deals and I feel like I could have ended up with another visit if not a forever membership if just a little time had been taken to explain things but again i felt like death from working in the garden on our first “ hot day” so i could have been a bit a fault too for not asking I suppose….

Pure is the only place I would ever go to get IVs and recover. The staff is the best, the facility is beautiful and offers every cure you can ever need, and I always feel so much better as soon as I walk in the door! Never skipping a vacation without visiting Pure before and after!

Very clean and welcoming environment. Friendly and professional reception. Relaxing atmosphere. Kelsey, the infusion nurse, was very kind, thorough, and attentive. The hydration therapy room had a sofa and two reclinable chairs, as well as a flat screen TV. I had a really nice experience at Pure Hydration and look forward to scheduling my next service.

Was in town on a guys golf trip. Needed some rehydration after brutally hot days. Came across a few shops but found this to be the best option by far with price and options. It didn’t disappoint!

Kelsey and Laurie made the experience so enjoyable. They were knowledgeable and patient with questions and helped me choose the right IV drip to suit my needs. The environment was clean and comfortable, most importantly they were very skilled and sanitary. Beyond great staff and a great environment, it was the most fair pricing I've seen on IV therapy and related health treatments. I would give ten stars if I could.
