It was my first time going, the nurses were so friendly and patient. I was nervous but they talked to me about everything beforehand, I highly recommend!

All in all I'd say the vitamin drip was amazing. I felt so much better afterwards. The only downside was the needle was huge and the nurse was a little rough in my opinion but very sweet nonetheless. I'd see if they have smaller needles if I go back.

I’m on vacation and got extremely dehydrated related to some medical problems. My next step is to usually end up with a bowel obstruction and a hospital stay. This was SO So much easier and far more relaxed and time efficient than the over run emergency departments. I got just what I needed and feel substantially better and the price was equal to my co pay. Vacation is saved! Thanks again for great service and making me feel better <3

The service and atmosphere was perfect! Super comfy chairs and the staff are great! Very knowledgeable and sweet. They make it an enjoyable experience and very relaxing! Can’t wait to go back

The staff is super nice. They do not try to get you to buy the add ones. You have your own private room to relax and watch TV. My family was hit hard with the stomach virus and even after being symptom free we felt sluggish. We went in and did the immunity plus bags. I added B complex to mine since I also have a cold I can’t kick. We started to feel a slight difference as we were getting the hydration but really noticed that we felt a lot better a few hours after. I am glad we went out and tried it! Back to work for the both of us tomorrow!

I have been a member of Pure Hydration Spa since the summer and every encounter has been so amazing. The staff is always courteous, professional and so very nice, they treat every one like they are family. I am an essential worker and they have worked around my schedule several times when I had to unfortunately reschedule my appts because I couldn’t make it! An absolutely amazing place! I highly recommend Pure Hydration for therapy! Thank you for making my visits so comfortable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just have to say, this place is a life saver. I can’t even explain to you the state I was in upon coming here today. Within 45 minutes I was a new person! Summer took wonderful care of me and brought me water, checked in on me multiple times, and administered in the I.V. almost painlessly. They provide comfortable seating options as well as a couch to lay on if you wish. There was a tv in the room for viewing pleasure. Not to mention they made an appointment almost last minute! I don’t think I could have made it through the day if not for them!

Me and my friends had signed up to get IV hydration monthly at Pure Hydration . We did it for total wellness goal . We are extremely pleased with customer service their nurses are pleasant and knowledgeable. Their owner Spencer is accommodating and easily approach. We highly recommend this place and their product . Pricing is very affordable . Thank you Pure Hydration .

Pure Hydration has GREAT service, nurse and staff are super friendly. Such a relaxing and clean environment. taking needed steps to make sure everybody is safe coming in. I loved how the nurse wore a mask, such a super nice place. 10/10 recommend.

As a 76 year old lady I am constantly battling fatigue. Adding Pure hydration to my weekly routine has made me almost cut caffeine completely out of my diet! A must visit. Great facilities with an even better staff!

As a veteran of IV therapy and hydration, I can without a doubt say Pure Hydration is the best. Having recently moved from South Florida where I would frequent many different IV stores, Pure Hydration is goes above and beyond any other place I have ever been. Their prices are great, their staff and service are top notch, and their facilities are next level comfortable. Whether you are going for the flu, for sports rehydration, or simply the hangover cure, You would be an absolute fool to go anywhere else. Pure Hydration is the best!!!!

I really liked this place until I tried to use my last visit in my subscription. I was told I could come back anytime after 12/21. I show up today for an appt and I'm told my prepaid visit expired after 1/21. I drive 45 min to get here. They've lost my business. I was going to renew my subscription today.

I remember when D. Wade of Wade County was sick with the flu the day before a huge game... and like many athletes, he turned to Hydration via IV... and I love that now I have access to the same treatment as sports stars at a reasonable price... If it can help Wade ball out while sick.. UFC fighters replenish after a tough weight cut.. it should be good enough for me to have a great day on the golf links or after an exerting weekend. It helps me refuel the tank... I love this spot... and I am thankful we have this available in Jacksonville!

I went to Pure Hydration after a long birthday weekend in Vegas. The IV infusion re hydrated me immediately and the B12 gave me the energy to bounce back into my regular routine. I felt so great that I have decided to commit to an IV every other week indefinitely for my health. Not to mention how quick and painless and comfortable I felt in the private room with sitting in the recliner chair watching Netflix 🤗

If your looking to add a little pep in your step, consider pure hydration. I know, I know, “but Oliver all you need to do is drink water”, I was thinking the same thing, but you can literally feel the difference when you leave all hydrated and pumped full of vitamins and minerals. Nurse Sarah and nurse Jordan took great care, and made sure I was comfy and cozy for my first IV experience. Would recommend and will return.

Receptionist was not so educated on the product being provided. When asked questions about infusions; the information was so vague my wife and I almost left. Thank goodness for the nurse; she was a rockstar; extremely helpful; very eager to ensure we got the best out of our experience; and because of her; the experience was good.
