Loved Wendy, her business model and her lovely salon. It was the first time I actually had fun at a hair salon. I rarely get my hair done professionally because I never feel listened to by the stylist. I think Wendy must have spent over 30 minutes just listening to what I wanted, what I liked, and what I disliked. She then got to know my hair and offered well-accepted suggestions. Once completed I loved my hair! She also inquires exactly how much time you would like between visits so she can customize what products and procedures would work best with your preferred timeline. She offers handmade green smoothies, coffee, water and a fruit & nut grazing bar with items like dried dates, cranberries, mixed berries, a variety of nuts, etc. I WILL return to see Wendy and booked my next appointment before I left. She is not inexpensive but ad they say “you get what you pay for.” I love her niche of maybe charging just a tad more but it’s definitely worth it for the person touch and the hours she invests on you. I left happy, with beautiful hair, and feeling like I even made a friend. Thank you Wendy!

I rarely write recommendations but my visit to Pure Intentions absolutely deserves a recommendation. Wendy's service, care and time with me was nothing like I've ever experienced before. Her attention to detail from the moment you enter makes you feel welcomed, comfortable and special. Her creativity shines through in every detail. This was my first time meeting Wendy and I have to say, this was the best hair experience I've ever had. Shes so easy to get along with and the setting in the room is so relaxing and peaceful. She takes her time with your hair and doesn't rush you or act annoyed like almost every other hair stylist I've been to. My hair feels so much healthier after just one visit! I'm going to keep coming back to her whenever I visit my family here in TN. SO ready for some color on Thursday! Thank you, Wendy!!

I have been going to Pure Intentions for around 3 years. Was quite happy with the services rendered, until Wendy canceled 2 appointments back to back within days of each other. On the last cancellation, she informed me she thought she wasn't the right fit to be my stylist. After 3 years???? I ask her for an explanation but to no avail. Now mind you I was diagnosed with some serious health issues. So going to a hair appointment was very challenging, to say the least. I never imagined in my wildest dreams that Wendy would stoop so low as to be this unprofessional. So just beware that it could happen to YOU. Thanks for your time.

Wendy is the only hairstylist I will go to now. She knows exactly how to cut my curly hair and color it so that it is super low maintenance but still looks beautiful… even as it grows out! I don’t know much about hair so I tell Wendy to do what she thinks is best for me. She always exceeds my expectations! Very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend

Wendy is very professional taking time to assess the condition, color and cut before beginning the process. She provides a color treatment that is complimentary to the existing hair color. I was pampered and was treated to a made-to-order smoothie with only the best ingredients. My hair cut and color was seamless and enhanc my naturally blonde hair. I continue to receive complements a month after my visit. No one else is allowed to touch my hair.
