I have had good massages before, but I don't know that any massage will ever compare to the hot stone massage I had with Darren! He is THE BEST!

Worst place ever!! They do not have any sort of customer service if you have a problem. I asked why my bill was so high and they just kept saying “Have a nice day”. They wouldn’t explain why I was being charged for the services and the “kids” working the front desk are about twelve years old so they don’t have any business or knowledge about dealing with the adult public. Just save yourself trouble and find a better salon with better stylists who don’t mess up your hair.

Megan Labarge is the best! Initially, I had no preference for the stylist that I was scheduled with for my first appointment. I really found my good fortune by being paired with Megan. In the past, my acquaintance with the services at Pure Luxe was a "full spa treatment" gift (gift card) from my best friend. What I didn't expect was the affordability of these services. With the gift card I was able to get a facial, massage, manicure and pedicure. I was so impressed with the glamour of the spa. The facilities are beautiful and make any one feel pampered as soon as you walk in the door. From the point of entry until the time of departure everyone treated me with a level of comfort and professionalism that I genuinely found above and beyond the expected. The spa may have gained me as a satisfied, repeat customer, but I also was peaked to have the interest in changing from my stylist of many years to what the experience may be like at Pure Luxe. Again, this would not have been an interest that I would have acted upon until, once again, comparing the affordability of services, I decided to give the salon an opportunity for my hair care. It's Megan who keeps me returning. Sure, I'm a nearly 60 year old who appreciates spa and salon treatments that make me look and feel younger like those at Pure Luxe. However, blonde highlights are not every stylists forte. Megan, who has seen many seeking blonde hair in Florida, in a very few visits, had me appreciating my own appearance better than I had in years. To me, there is no better compliment than to say to someone else, "Thank you for making me look better." I've been in the service industry, but I've never been in the beauty service industry. Pure Luxe is the spa and salon with the services to make anyone male or female feeling and looking their best. The proof has been in the numerous compliments family, friends and strangers give me. Thanks to Pure Luxe, and more specifically Megan Labarge, for the new lease of life that I feel every time and for many days, weeks, months after services.

Been using their subscription membership service for my wife for around 6 months. If you schedule any service at this salon, then you must pay a premium. I have absolutely no issue with this; however, if I pay for the best, then I expect the best. Coffee, water and beverages are complimentary at this Salon. My wife was at this Salon for 3.5 hours today, and in that amount of time, no one offered her anything to drink. This has never happened in any of the previous appointments. I guess 4 hours is he magic number where you get hospitality at a 5 star salon.

I was very surprised when I found out how much the bill was for a cut and color which was $168. I almost hit the floor!! Megan put things on my hair without even asking me about it and it cost me extra. That is unacceptable. Usually they use the hair color to color my eyebrows and it doesn’t cost anything extra but this time Megan decided to die my eyebrows separately and charged me $15 extra for just my eyebrows. I was shocked!! I may have to find a new salon. First they fired my favorite stylist, Chelsea, then they charged me $45 over what I usually pay plus last visit the stylist named Mira butchered my hair which is why I switched to Megan. I’m very disappointed in Pure Luxe.

Treated my mom and myself to a spa day and it was the best. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The establishment was very clean and neat. Janie and Darren were amazing!!! Highly Recommend!
