I’ve been going to Pure Med Spa in Chicago for IPL treatments with Lauren, and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment you meet her, Lauren makes you feel completely at ease with her friendly demeanor and professionalism. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and takes the time to explain the process thoroughly, ensuring I feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. Lauren has an exceptional attention to detail and always tailors my treatments to suit my specific needs, and the results have been phenomenal. My skin has never looked or felt better! Beyond her expertise, she’s warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about her clients. If you’re considering IPL or any skincare treatments, do yourself a favor and book with Lauren—you won’t be disappointed.

In response to the owner's response - LOL and you continue to show how unprofessional this practice is. You disregarded my entire review?? This had nothing to do with any 'NO" that was given. I do not care I was never dead set on any treatment? Is a consultation not about gathering info and asking questions? No one was going in expecting/demanding a certain treatment but rather to have a conversation & get professional input. As I said, I would have respected advice and happily discussed all of the different options you offer, but the doctor would not let me get a word in, had no interest in having an actual conversation and was not respectful or professional in the way he spoke to me. There's a way to go about guiding your clients in choosing the correct treatments/procedures for them and that was NOT the the correct and professional way nor was this response. I'm actually shocked that as a business you thought this was the best way to address an individual who left your practice feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Maybe listen to the TONS of negative reviews that state you guys are unprofessional and rude and address it. On top of everything too, your office is so sketchy. This guy was literally sitting in the strangest dingiest back room absolutely cluttered with stuff and his assistant or whoever was cam off the entire time. I actually thought I might have gotten caught up in a scam after I hung up because the experience was that weird and off-putting. I literally double checked your site to make sure it was legit afterwards. Also googled this doctor after and literally couldn't find a single thing on him....weird never seen that before with other medical professionals. The photo I added by the way is part of a yelp review about this same doctor and his behavior! One of many other 1 star reviews. Anyways for anyone reading - I literally never bother writing reviews you can check my profile. But that's how upset I was by how poorly this consultation was handled. I've never in my life experienced anything like it in a medical setting. Please please listen to all the neg reviews - I saw a few people say they take money off people's bill for positive ones. I was considering getting botox & lip filler here before all this since it's closer than my current place but there are soo many nicer places that are not sketchy and don't treat their clients poorly. Please take their response here and on other negative reviews as a warning. This place also has an F rating by the BBB for false advertising and scammy billing! Had a consultation with them the other day and I'm still in AWE with how it was handled. As other negative reviews have stated, the doctor I met with was SO unprofessional. He did not listen to anything I had to say, let me ask any questions or address anything I wanted to discuss and instead talked at me (more like lectured me) for 10-15 minutes and then abruptly ended the consult telling me they'd text me about a completely different product/treatment. If he did not recommend the treatment I was exploring, that's completely fine and I respect his professional opinion, but the way he went about it was extremely condescending and borderline rude. He literally referred to me as young lady at one point ("no xx for you young lady"). I couldn't believe he was speaking to me that way as a medical professional to a patient seeking advice and in a vulnerable position. Would not recommend seeking treatment here I've been to a number of medspas and I'm still absolutely floored at how this consultation went in comparison to other experiences. I left the meeting feeling extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Jazzy and Rosie were great! As soon as I came in I greeted with some much needed coffee. My botox was super quick and I got in and out within 10 minutes. I have also received other facial services. Five stars, I highly recommend all of their services.

Went yesterday.So disappointed!We drove 2 and half hours for a groupon coupon they said they would match the groupon price.So I didn't get it.When Making the appt the front desk girl I asked if it was for your cheeks and she said yes it was.My injector refused the 2 syringes for 700.00.I paid for 1 syringe for 700.00 of restalyne lfit for both cheeks.I think since they said they would they should of honored it.Mad from MICHIGAN. Kaylee is the absolute BEST! She was very professional and transparent during our consultation. I told her my budget and she laid out a plan in detail of what she thought was my immediate needs and what could wait! I have never been to a clinic or seen a clinician that didn’t pressure me to do more. I definitely will be seeing Kaylee from now on!
