I had such a wonderful experience at Pure Med Spa! Both Nurse Melissa and Kristen are incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Their professionalism is top-notch, and I truly appreciated that they never made me feel pressured into anything. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I love that they’re happy to go at my pace and prioritize what works best for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring team!

Melissa has changed my life. I'm 50 years old and I thought something was seriously wrong with me until I met Melissa. She did all the test that my GP would not do. She took the time to explain to me what was going , why I was feeling the way I was and what we were going to do to change it. It's been a little of 2 weeks and my night sweats have stopped. My energy is back and happy happy happy! I will never be able to Thank her enough for what she has done for me.

Nurse Melissa is AMAZING! This is the 3rd time I have done lip fillers and she makes them look naturally plump. She also does my Botox and it's just the right amount for a natural look. I am so glad I found Melissa and Kristin @ Pure Med Spa, I have been getting the Vampire Face Lift(PRP) and it is solid. This treatment is the best and I have seen so many great results from it. Melissa the nurse is the best....I have worked in cosmetic surgery for years and I can say this treatment really works and is worth every penny. I have already scheduled my next appt....love it

Kristen and Melissa were extremely professional and friendly. The facility was spotless and smelled heavenly! Excellent experience! Melissa and Kristen are fantastic at what they are doing! I felt very comfortable during the procedure, and you can tell - they really care. They are kind, welcoming, attentive, patient, they explain everything and put you at ease, it helps a lot. Another great thing about Pure Med Spa is a consultation before the procedure: you have all the information you need, and also time to consider and make a decision (they don't try to convince you that "oh, yeah, you absolutely need it!", and they don't push services). And both, Nurse Melissa and Kristen are there for you if you have questions after the procedure, the communication is great. Highly, highly recommended place!!

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write this review. My experience with Melissa was long overdue, but absolutely worth the wait. From the moment I stepped into her office, I knew I was in good hands. I came to her ready to prioritize self-care, and she guided me through the process with such expertise and warmth. We began with Micro needling PRF, a treatment she explained in detail, catering perfectly to my curiosity and need for information. Melissa's openness and knowledge made me feel completely at ease. The procedure itself was painless, thanks to her careful approach and the numbing process beforehand. Throughout, she checked in on me, maintaining a reassuring presence that helped me relax. Our discussions extended beyond the treatment itself as we mapped out next steps, including Sculptra treatments. I left her office feeling not only excited for the journey ahead but also grateful to have Melissa as my advocate and guide. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me, and I know I'm in the best hands with Melissa by my side.

Nurse Melissa is a first and foremost an experienced professional. She is by far the best injector I have had. She is very educated and takes the time to explain her plan and the art and science behind it. Melissa takes extra time to ensure comfort during the procedures too. She strives for and succeeds in creating a natural look. After my treatments, I look youthful and refreshed but in no way overdone. In addition to her skill, she is very kind. It feels like you're visiting one of your girlfriends for a treatment. She cares about her clients and follows up with them to ensure that they are satisfied with their service and to answer post treatment questions. I have had botox, filler, lip filler and vampire facials with Melissa and I have been beyond pleased with each service. She is just A+ and the only one I will visit for aesthetics.

Short Story: DO IT ! 10/10 ! Only person I’ll trust with my face ! Long Story: I am 27 and have over active sweat glands under my arms. I’ve thought for YEARS about getting Botox in my armpits to reduce sweating; after ruining ever single shirt, dress, and bra I’ve ever put on, (I’ve tried prescription deodorants even!) it was time to do something ! I also had a few wrinkles on my forehead I didn’t want to see anymore, so we touched those parts too ! I also played with my lips as a teen, using “lip plumping lipgloss” and such, simply wanting my lips to have a ‘zshush’, a little kiss of plumpness. After looking through EVERYONE in the Northern California area, I found Nurse Melissa’s Instagram and immediately trusted her ! (and holy shirt balls am I glad I did !!!) The Results: AH-MAZ-ING ! Completely infatuated with myself, if I can be conceited for a moment- DAYUM !!!! Made a lifetime client out of me ! Melissa and her team of women are absolutely killing it !

Once I finished my microneedling package at another medspa, I've decided to try Melissa after being referred by friends. Melissa has great bedside manner and a wonderful personality. She is very thorough and explains everything she does. I've done 2 vampire facials with her so far and going on my third. Things I love and appreciate: -She gives you the numbing package to take home so you can apply it prior to your appointment to save time. At other medspas, you have to numb at their location and wait 30minutes prior to the procedure. I personally appreciate saving time. -She microneedles your neck and chest too! My other medspa only covers the face! -Instead of paying a huge lump sum for the package like most medspas require, I really appreciate paying for one procedure at a time and still be able to claim my free session later on.
