Casandra gave me an amazing facial - a real treat for my skin! Before she even got started, she discussed my history and concerns, then got to work giving me "the works!" I left feeling amazingly hydrated and my skin was the softest it had ever been! The office was clean and well organized with quality products. The prices are very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I can't wait to go back and get other services.

Top notch med spa with a variety of anti aging treatments, performed by long term professionals. Michelle's treatments are customized, I love the fact that she's been in the industry for over 20 years and passionate about treating skin. The membership is the BEST, ask about it, SO worth it! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Michelle for over 3 years now. I was skeptical about getting a facial, but they have changed my life. My self confidence has increased since I started coming to Michelle. I truly believe Michelle knows what's best for my skin every time I see her. I used to wash my face with bar soap and Michelle showed me the proper way to wash my face. I am pleased with Michelle and her work. I have recommended several family members and friends to see Michelle and not one complaint!

I have been seeing Michelle for my skin for about 7 years now. I have seen Michelle at a few places throughout the Las Vegas valley…she is so great that I would follow her to the moon! She is so detail oriented, clean, organized and honest that you will give her free reign to do what she feels your skin needs. Michelle has never made me feel pressured into services or retail that I can use at home and that everyone can agree that is huge when it comes to having services done. I have had a number of services done and purchased many things that she suggested for my skin and never once have I been displeased. Michelle has now opened her own med spa and it’s so beautiful and so incredibly welcoming! I would never consider going elsewhere for all of my skin care needs and hope to start seeing the other ladies at the spa in due time for the other amazing services that are offered! 5 stars in every category!

I love Michelle and her whole staff. I've been to many places for facials and general care for my skin and have finally found a home with Michelle. I go monthly for my upkeep and friends and family have noticed how well my skin looks. I'm 70 and my skin has never looked better. I like to say that she is the Best Kept Secret in Las Vegas for skin care and maintenance.

Well she’s just amazing at what she does, specifically listens to concerns and takes her time to really make sure she’s doing what’s best for my skin. It’s 2022 and I don’t think I’ll ever stop getting my skincare from her. Highly recommend!

Michelle is amazing. I had a full face Plasma Pen treatment done and I cannot believe the difference. I received so much information on instructions prior to the Plasma Pen appt, including skin pre-care, what happens during, and what to expect and how to take care post-plasma pen treatment. Everything that Michelle said to expect, was exact and following her instructions, the healing went smooth! I used the products that Michelle told me to use and had on hand. The results on my face after healing, we’re immediate. My skin is tighter and fine lines are gone. My understanding is that you continue to see results over the next several weeks and I continue to take care of my skin as instructed. Comparing before and after pictures are astonishing. This treatment was well worth it in the hands of an expert such as Michelle.

This is one of the most amazing med spas I have been to! Michelle and her team are incredible. Every service I have had there has been top-notch. Whether it be laser, facial, eyebrow tinting, injections, etc. I have walked away 100% satisfied. They are a full service medical spa. I don’t live in Las Vegas anymore and I fly in for treatments!! Love them!!

This place is amazing! They offer a variety of services & literally have something for everyone. I’ve been seeing Michelle for years but recently went to Marlenna for hydraderm & dermaplaning & my skin is glowing! Surbhi just threaded my brows & they never looked so good, definitely prefer over waxing now! Lisa has been doing my cavitation & I’m now on treatment #3 & have lost a couple inches from my waist already! I also love the Wednesday night meditation with Louise, she makes you feel so comfortable & walks you through the entire process, anyone can benefit from it! Love my ladies at Pure Medspa & wellness!

This place is in a nice shopping plaza. It was my first time getting a facial at this location. Upon approach I was welcomed in by the receptionist & offered something to drink. Marlenna, who was the one doing my facial was AMAZING!! I told her I had sensitive skin and that I don't like products with too much fragrance. She understood my concerns and was very communicative with what she was applying on my skin and what she was doing! I really appreciate that!! She was very sweet, funny, & gentle. I felt at home when talking to her. I will continue to go with Marlena for future facials, dermaplaning, etc. My skin looked and felt awesome!! Thank you so much for your amazing work & knowledge!! 😊

Where to begin! Michelle, Lisa and all the staff here at Pure Medspa are absolutely delightful. These ladies are highly skilled but also thoughtful and caring. I have had treatments completed with Michelle now for over 4 years and have just started treatments with Lisa. If anyone is looking for skin needs, hair removal or skin tightening procedures no need to look anywhere else. This is your next home!
