I have been coming here for a while and seemed to notice that I get cut every time and the nails they are all different sizes and shapes are not the same size .Today I went to get my nails done and I did not like my experience showed them a pic of what i wanted asked if it was to hard they ignored the question and and when they got done I told them they forgot tye design and they looked at the references and said they couldn't do but would do a simple flower once she was done I tired to say I did not like the way they did them but before I could she pushed my hand in to the dryer which then I couldn't remove it.by the time we got to my other hand I told her just to do hearts and dey couldn't do it how I wanted it . Over all she was to ruff , the nails were crooked and was not what I wanted. I would not recommend

I’ve been a regular for about 6-8 months and they’ve never disappointed!! My french tips are always consistent and perfect. Definitely worth it.

I always love my nails and never complain! They always get me right and make sure I am happy and comfortable! They are always so kind and helpful. I always recommend them to everyone because they are so cheap and reliable! Overall great service no issues whatsoever!

Love the atmosphere told the young man what I wanted and he offered another service to me as well that I really needed and I must say it was definitely worth every penny I spent I will be backtrack Pure nails and spa

I have gone to this business about four times now and each time my experience here has been comfortable. I think it's because older mature employees work there and the young one show respect to them and all of that extend to the customer. Visit there for yourself and experience your story. Friday, September 23, 2022 I went in for a Luxury Pearl pedicure it help with anxiety and I am so relaxed now so try them for yourself. Then write your review. Also a tip from the employees: Come early.

Saturday was my first time in. I got a pedicure and everyone was nice. Price was about the same as other places, staff was very nice and professional. My only complaint is my toenails is my polish started coming off the next day.

They seem to only serve who they choose to. My daughter and I were the only 2 African Americans in the shop and the only 2 who were not serviced. I waited an hour for dip removal and redip, I was given the items to soak off but they never returned. I had to file my own dip off as others continued to come in and ve serviced right away, manis, pedis, etc. Ridiculous!

Got my nails done here on Monday, and the gel started lifting off of my nail by Wednesday and coming off completely by Friday. Pretty disappointed considering the price point of the service

I normally don’t do this but the treatment I received on today was beyond me. I went for a pedicure because the reviews I read upon arrival stated that the pedicures here were great. She did not do a bad job on my pedicure at all. However, when it came time for her to polish I asked for french tips. The tips I just did not like. After her stopping and starting over several times because she could not get the tip straight, I asked if I could just get a basic color painted instead. I am not a rude person at all but If I do not like my service I will ask for something that I do like because I am paying for it. I actually felt bad for having her take the tips off. She seemed to be very offended and upset. Snatched towels off of my legs, quickly took the tips off and started doing another young lady’s toes. After about 20 mins another young lady came to accompany me. She painted my toes and shaped them up. When it was time to pay, I stood for about 3 mins while they continuously look in my face. After paying & signing. I said “Thank You.” She looked and walked off looking very aggravated instead of being empathetic. I planned on tipping the first lady just for effort but the way they went about it, I refuses to! I am new in this area and noticed there were quite a few nailshops around & tried Pure Nails first. I will not be returning & definitely will not recommend.

Worst manicure I’ve ever received. The dip looked horrible, with random splotches and spots in the nails. Would not recommend.

I always go and have a good experience BUT today was horrible. I was the first person in and others that came in after me was waited on first like I wasn't even there. Then when I was finally waited on to get a pedi I was not asked which pedi I was getting. The owner just sat down and started I was ready for the relaxation instead I was ready to walk out.

I’ve been going to Pure Nails since Bi took it over. The place is always clean and they went above and beyond to make the place as safe as possible for their clients for the pandemic. I’m always satisfied with the techs experience. All of them make my manicure and pedicures very personable! I am a long time returning customer and will continue to be!

Really good job. Took her time. However I have never paid $40 for a full set of basic acrylic nails. After using a credit card and tip, it was $50. Not sure I will return.

Several bleeding cuts along my cuticles on both my hands and feet and the acrylic was not applied correctly so water got between it and my natural nail causing issues. The tech seemed very rushed and careless.

The best pedicure I have ever had! I have been to other nail salons and had bad experiences with gel nails and dip powder. Not one problem with dip powder nails!! The owner and nail techs are very concerned that you have a exceptional experience at Pure Nails. I highly recommend Pure Nails!💅💅

The name on my receipt was Tina… the nails was rushed and not professional I request for her to do over that still didn’t look right. Her and the pedicure lady talked the whole time. The pedicure lady talked so much she forgot to clean my left feet cuticles. Will NEVER return.
