I absolutely love this spa! They make me feel so welcomed every single time I visit. Not only do they offer great specials, but their general pricing is also very reasonable. One thing I really appreciate is that they speak English. I’ve been to other places where language barriers made it hard to communicate or fully understand the service, but that’s never an issue here. If you’re on the fence about trying it, just go for it—you won’t regret it!

One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time, it was very thorough & the masseuse checked in throughout about how I was feeling. The price was also incredible - $120 for an 1 hour and 45 minutes of body massage, scalp massage, and foot massage is a great deal. Very kind staff and will be coming back next time I need body work!

Treated myself to a facial and foot massage for my birthday and everything was super relaxing, the people who work there are lovely and the price was super reasonable and definitely worth it! would recommend and will be back!!!

I came here a few years ago when in the area from a friends recommendation. I remember being blown away then and always wanting another reason to stop by. Then I moved to the neighborhood and one of the first things I did was come here. And it’s just as good as ever. It’s a no frills place but clean, and the masseuse’s really know what they’re doing. Of the two times I’ve been here, I’ve walked out both times feeling completely different. They hit ALL the spots that you didn’t even know you wanted hit and adjust pressure when the struggle is real. I like really deep tissue / hard massages and Pure Qi always always delivers. This is my go to spot and will be coming 1x a month going forward!! I love this place it’s a life saver!

I can’t say enough good things about Pure Qi Spa! I recently visited to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They were so kind and even gave us a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful touch. I opted for reflexology, a massage, and a facial, and each treatment was absolutely incredible. The reflexology was deeply relaxing, the massage worked out all my tension, and the facial left my skin glowing. The attention to detail and care they put into every treatment was top-notch. The ambiance of the spa is so calming, and the staff truly made us feel pampered from start to finish. This was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Pure Qi Spa for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! 10/10

I’ve been here about 5 times now and always get the Day of Refresh package, and leave feeling just that— refreshed and relaxed! There’s no other place that provides these types of “packages”, the combination of services, at such a great price. They do require 20% tip which is reasonable, considering you’re getting such an intimate and laborious service (and if you think otherwise, you’re the problem..) I think they strive to be firm about tipping for these reasons, but can end up seeming pushy, as other customers have noted. Though I’ve never had a problem with this personally. The facility could use some updates but overall always clean, professional, and attentive. P.S. if you’re someone with sensitive skin, I wouldn’t recommend the facials just because the ingredients for their products aren’t listed and you might have an adverse reaction to them. It would be great if they were more transparent about this!

This is a lovely spa conveniently located in Greenpoint. The front looks understated but don’t let that deter you. The people who run it and the masseuses are all so sweet. I have been coming in for post-op lymphatic massages and look forward to it every day (especially with Helen!). They are very accommodating. I will absolutely be coming here even after I don’t need post-op massages anymore for regular massages. I am so glad I found this place, Thank you guys!

Would not come here for a facial. The woman who did my facial literally used either toilet paper or paper towels on my face and when I left my face was covered in white bits. The facial is also just very lackluster. Came here because of the high google reviews but felt the need to give my own experience here

giving five stars because the people are great here and it's an awesome affordable massage, but just don't get the lymphatic massage! they do not know what it is. simply googling a lymphatic massage shows that it should be extremely gentle and barely even reach the muscles, but i received a very deep tissue massage (a great one, but just not a lymphatic massage, which i need). i agreed to a part body massage and part lymphatic massage (even though i signed up for only lymphatic). i had no problem with the body part, but the lymphatic part was deep with lots of pressure, which i have learned is not a lymphatic drainage massage. so yes, absolutely go for a good affordable massage, but just don't rely on it for a lymphatic one!

I love everything about this place! My husband and I have been coming here for years. The massages are incredible (as are all the services), the place is very well maintained, and the prices are reasonable. I’ve always felt very relaxed and well taken care of there. It’s basically between your typical cheaper massage place and the higher end places as far as environment, so the recent review complaining it’s “not a spa” should probably then go to a place where services start at $300, or temper your expectations. The staff are all really kind and responsive as well. I just have to add anyone complaining about tipping, that tells more about you than the hardworking staff. Giving a massage is a very physical job, if you can’t afford to tip then maybe you should go to a less expensive establishment or not go at all. But don’t put your cheapness on the staff, that’s just classless and rude.

I am extremely disappointed with how management handled the tip portion of my experience. I enjoyed the incredible service of the package; however, coming to my car, sending me texts and calling my phone about a tip is disgusting. There were technical issues on their end with Venmo, which fine what ever … but as I am going about my day to receive MULTIPLE texts and then phone calls about a tip is insane. I Ofcourse tipped as I said I was when I had time to do so, but to chase me this way is unprofessional. I will not be returning.

This place doesn't deserve to be called " Spa" at all ( reffer to my pictures). After reviewing their reviews, I expected nice place with cosy interior, warm beds, relaxing music and professional massage. I didnt find it here. The room is very small and has an old bed fixed with tape, no warm sheets, towels look like they were washed 1000 times, annoying music from cheap speaker with very bed quality of the sound and etc. This place needs to be renovated asap. Be ready to pay $120 + tax for 90 minutes massage and dont forget to leave at least 20% tips ( it stated on their website, you can check it yourself ). I would definitely not recommend this place! Receptionist is talking to you with some attitude, probably she is the owner of this place.

Great neighborhood asset, everyone is very friendly and professional. They have reasonable pricing and do an amazing job, I have been coming here for years. I have been to "fancier" spas and have had terrible massages, but they know what they are doing here.

Went here for the first time with wife for a birthday treat and we did a combo deep tissue, foot massage, and facial massage. Friendly staff, and very skilled masseuses! They were very good and finding my knots and using the right techniques to relieve the tension. Foot massage was also very well done. First time facial and it was interesting. Management was very thoughtful and explained the services well. Ensured we had a good experience. No frills Asian massage places can be very no frills and very cheap, but we enjoyed the little things included to offset the slightly higher price here such as heated beds and warm towels.
