I purchased a gift card for my daughter to get her hair highlighted. Her “highlights” were orange. She called when she got home and they were very kind to get her back in to redo. Her hair is now all over orange/yellow. She got absolutely no blonde highlights. This has never happened before. She now has to go for a complete color correction on Xmas eve somewhere else . We will have about $350 in her hair before it’s all said and done😢 I would like to share an update. Pure salon made good on my daughter’s hair! They responded promptly and got their best stylist Allison and she was able to correct my daughter’s hair at no charge! Thank u again for making her hair color perfect before the holidays!!

Great over all experience! Alyssa P. was so sweet & made me feel very comfortable. She offered me a scalp treatment for thinning hair. So relaxing! She made sure I was 100% happy with my cut & services before leaving. Price was fair as well. All of the staff in the salon are super friendly & welcoming.

Alissa, Liz and Dee were great. Alissa was very knowledgeable about the products. Dee made my hair feel like silk and beautiful and Liz got me checkin and scheduled quickly. Also, Dee’smassage technique is second to none! Awesome place!!! Highly recommend

Danesha was great, friendly, knowledgeable. Started out with a neck massage, had a hand massage and love my cut and style defined curls. I am not big on small talk and felt Danesha was in tune with me. The overall atmosphere in the salon was just right. I am looking forward to the next visit with her.

I had a bad experience with a salon I was previously visiting and found Pure Salon not too long after. I was able to schedule an appointment right away and the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. Once I arrived, I was greeted and checked in as a new client and they even gave me a little welcoming gift! Alyssa was my stylist for the day and she was so kind. I went from red hair to chestnut and she was able to absolutely nail the reference photo I showed her. The cut and color were an almost exact match to what I asked for - I couldn't have been any happier. Thank you so much Alyssa for your services. You did an excellent job and I plan to continue my business with you all. <3

I had my first visit with Pure Salon this week and absolutely loved it! My stylist, Jackie, was super sweet & very attentive to the issues I was wanting to fix with my hair. My natural curls have never looked better, I look forward to my next visit!

I had such an AMAZING experience with Madeline at Pure Salon Spa in Louisville! It was my first time at Pure, and I was blown away with how special I was treated. I was offered a cup of coffee or tea upon my initial arrival, which I found to be very welcoming! My hair stylist, Madeline did such a wonderful job! She even gave me a neck and shoulder message before cutting my hair. And I appreciate that there was no pressure to buy products. I have been to other salons in the area, but I’m excited to share that I have officially found my favorite one! I HIGHLY recommend Pure Salon Spa to anyone seeking an exceptional spa experience! I have never been able to justify taking care of myself, but Pure has introduced me to my self that really enjoys it. The staff at Pure is always friendly and accommodating. From offering you a beverage upon arrival to taking extra time with consultations, they always move at YOUR pace striving to make your experience the best. I am pleased with all the services I have received there and have become totally addicted to the Aveda products they use and sell. Not only am I thrilled with my cut and color, I smell AMAZING thanks to the Aveda aromatherapy inspired tonics. It reminds me I am worth the care I get in the form of a hand and neck massage with my shampoo or a dab of relaxing scents in my color or conditioning treatment. No regrets. Highly recommend.

I have never had a salon make me sign a paper that if I miss my appointment, they are going to charge my credit card. First time in Kentucky, but never in Florida. If they have to do that drastic of a procedure, then they should have to make a reminder call the day before the appointment. If there was a reminder recording in place, maybe they wouldn't have to resort to such a drastic practice to charge 20.00 for a no-show. The cuts for me and my granddaughters hair were great. Thank you!!! Louisville prices are higher than Florida for gas, haircuts, and groceries.

Julia did an amazing job on my cut and color. She took her time and listened to what I was looking for. It was a big task because I have a lot of hair. She was patient and took her time with every detail. I appreciate it so much Julia!

Just had my appointment canceled today by this Spa on our drive in. What business does that? This spa does! Your booking can be canceled a few hours or minutes before hand. The appointment was booked well in advance and for a special event for my daughter. This last minute cancelation was so poorly handled and has left us in the lurch. I am currently calling around to salons to see if there are any openings anywhere to today. They don't care about their clients, the $300 we would of spent or the fact that we were regular customers. The management's response below an utter fabrication. Either by an employee telling a tall tale to avoid their unprofessional actions or by management themselves. There were no alternatives given by the employee on the phone besides stating that she was going to reschedule our appointment sometime out in the future "after school". Calmly asking if there are alternatives is reasonable when your appointment has been cancelled same day. There was absolutely no harsh or foul language. And you know we are regular customers.

My hairdresser was Dee and let me tell you about this wonderful woman….. Dee_didit :). I enjoyed her energy and the education she provided. I am probably one of the worst females alive. I flatiron and put it in a bun and call it a day. But with doing those things I have damaged my hair. She was able to provide advice on how to repair my hair and also protect it if I continue doing what I am doing. My hair feels healthy and light. I am beyond happy with the service that she provided. I don’t know if you believe in signs but as soon as I got in my car Lizzo- good as hell was playing. Dee you are officially my stylist. Thank you again for your service. You were amazing and a pleasure to work with.

Omg I don't know where to start first off the shop is cute and it's full of energy and everyone is so nice they were quick to answer any questions I had they offered coffee or tea when I came in I got a last minute booking for a haircut with Julia and she did an amazing job I was so nervous about getting my hair cut especially since I haven't had one in almost 4 years she really took the time to listen to me to understand my feelings and didn't pressure me into something I didn't want or push products on me she's super funny and overall just a happy person I loved getting to know her and finding out we have stuff in common she did an amazing job on my hair I ended up going super short from what it was originally and I'm super happy I did overall the experience was definitely a 20 out of 10 I would highly recommend coming here to get your haircut to anyone the stylists are friendly and knowledgeable they have a great range of services and the prices are really reasonable
