I had a positively relaxing first time here getting the Pure Signature Facial (50 minutes) for $99 before tip. Making an appointment on their website was easy and transparent with their prices. Check in was simple and I was offered a drink before and after my appointment. They let me know ahead of time they were running behind and I was seen about 20 mins after my appointment time. My appointment was not cut short due to it starting late and I got the full 50 relaxing minutes! My aesthetician was very communicative and made sure to note all of my skin concerns &history before treatment. I would return here again and consider other services they offer.

Can't say enough good things about this spa. The receptionists are friendly, the waterhouse is quiet and peaceful and the technicians that I've had are wonderful. My massage therapist, Breanna is AMAZING - strong hands and has a magical way of feeling exactly what it is my body needs that day. My esthetician, Majda, was also spectacular! My face looks and feels fresh and has a glow to it now. Very happy with every single one of my experiences at Pure Spa.

I started coming to Pure about a year ago after visiting several spas in the Dallas area for my go-to spot for facials. Megan was my aesthetician and she was FABULOUS! I ended up signing up for a membership since I was planning on coming somewhat regularly. The service list is insane - from IPL/Photofacials to manicures and everything in between. I try a different facial every time I go and the best part is - as a member, I can apply my monthly payment as a credit toward services, so sometimes all I owe is the tip! The staff is super friendly, the vibe is very chill yet classy. It’s also conveniently located near mockingbird station.

I moved away from Lakewood (5 min drive) to Lake Texoma (1.5 hour drive) to Pure Spa. I have never stopped coming since 2015. This spa is exceptional. I come to Paula for my facials and Jeanne for my “youth fix”. I will never go to another place as long as they exist. I don’t even mind the drive knowing I am always happy and confident with my results.

Since I live in the area I decided to try out a new Spa! Hoping I can call this one home and come here on a regular basis… unfortunately not. The lady at the front didn’t explain to me about the membership they had or any specials. I was looking forward to great hospitality but just sadly disappointed. The shoes I had in my locker room were both for the left foot and the tub in the spa was wayy too hot to even get in. I came in 30 mins to enjoy these things but really couldn’t enjoy any of them. To top it off there was a DEAD COCKROACH in the relaxing room! The massage I received was okay I guess for $100 l. I left still feeling sore and that’s how I came in. Very dissatisfied that I couldn’t call Pure my spa that I will keep coming back to.

Blair was absolutely amazing. This place is tucked into an area I might've missed - was wonderfully surprised about the amenities provided. The steam room and jacuzzi - next time I will make sure I have more time. My massage was simply the best. I will definitely be going back!

My husband and I love to escape to this place, we really enjoy visiting this place every time! We always choose this place to share and relax together! And the girls who give the massages are experts! My husband and I do exercises and we always feel very relaxed after the hot stone massages and the jacuzzi. A mi esposo y a mí nos encanta escaparnos a este lugar, ¡realmente disfrutamos visitarlo cada vez! ¡Siempre elegimos este lugar para compartir y relajarnos juntos! ¡Y las chicas que dan los masajes son expertas! Mi esposo y yo hacemos ejercicios y siempre nos sentimos muy relajados después de los masajes con piedras calientes y el jacuzzi.

Today was my first experience at Pure Spa off Mockingbird in Dallas. Jessica, who works the front desk, welcomed me in and showed me around and made sure I was comfortable before my scheduled massage. Leona was my massage therapist, who was referred to me by friends, and she was nothing but amazing. She targeted all of my areas of concern. I ended my visit with a nice cup of hot tea and I was able to mentally relax after my massage. Thank you for the fantastic experience and I look forward to my next visit.

Hubby and I had the couples treatment and it was honestly heavenly. Definitely worth the money and the time; if you're in Dallas please come see them!
