I am loving my experience at Pure Spa & Skin Care so far! I became a client of Joanne's about two months ago and have already seen a big transformation in my skin. I was dealing with acne breakouts and between receiving her services once a month and switching to her recommended skin regimen, my skin texture and complexion is significantly better. She is so knowledgable and was able to explain exactly what's been going on with my skin all these years. She even screened through my make up to make sure the ingredients I was putting on my face everyday weren't pore clogging. I recently received a full body massage as well and that was amazing and so relaxing!

Pure Spa has had such an amazing face lift. I met Joann about 8 months and we did my first facial out of her house. She told me that its going to take 6-8 months to get my skin where I want it to be. Well we are now at 8 months and with the help of her guidance and skin care routine I do not get any more breakouts and my skin is glowing. I must admit it took me 41 years to start caring about my skincare but so glad I found Joann to help me. She answers all my random questions via text message and always makes me feel at ease. Our conversations during my facials are also so enlightening I almost consider myself an esthetician now with all the knowledge she shares.

I had the most outstanding massage by Chrisha. I've gone to other places that do not compare to Chrisha's. I decided to get a membership because of this experience. The new owner/manager is absolutely awesome and accommodating. Place is clean and atmosphere is relaxing. Needless to say, I appreciated the new client fee ! Thank you!

Before I even walked in the door the clean and fresh scent invokes a calming sensation. I'm greeted by a warm, friendly smile from Monica and welcoming ambiance. The contrast therapy room carries the same calm and spiritual affect. There was a ton of space, dim lighting, and a television that you're able to control. The facility is very clean and just carries a sense of peacefulness that was much needed after a long work week. I had a little hiccup with booking (user error) and Monica and the owner were overly accommodating. Immaculate customer service. Highly highly recommend!

I come into town for business and have a very busy schedule, but always make time to stop in here and get a facial. The spa is very relaxing and accommodating. The decor is beautiful and overall has a very positive vibe. Not to mention, I have VERY sensitive skin and wouldn't trust anyone else to touch may face! Huge thanks to the great owners and all the staff that work here. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been seeing Jessica for my facials since before she became owner and she has the ultimate touch! She's very knowledgeable in all things skin health and only recommends the product you need to meet your skin goals - I even tried adding some serums to my routine and told me that less is more. After having my baby, my skin started breaking out and with my regular visits was able to get my skin the clearest it's ever been! The Pure Spa staff is always so friendly and helpful and I feel like a member of the family there. I send everyone I know here!

Madison gave me the best facial! I received a gift card to Pure Spa for my birthday and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. The space itself is very warm, clean, and welcoming. I took advantage of the introductory offer for new clients and received probably the best facial I’ve ever had from Madison. My skin was glowing for days. Madison was super informative and took the time to listen to my skin concerns, and she recommended a few products that have now become a staple in my skincare regiment. I’ve never been one to get facials on the regular (I normally save them for a special event or a girls spa getaway), but my experience here changed that and I can’t wait to come back.

After years of poor posture & ergonomics due to my profession, the muscular tension, pain & limited range of motion became too much to bear any longer & I needed intervention. I was referred to Jess for massage therapy & she has been incredible. Over the course of a few sessions (because of years of neglect), Jess was the one that finally made a difference. Since I have seen her, my muscular pain & tension are nearly a thing of the past & my range of motion is significantly better. Her knowledge of anatomy & years of experience & skill are matched by no other. She is a true professional at what she does to be able to help anyone through the muscular pain. If she can make a difference in my life, she can do so for anyone. Jess is the best! Thank you!

Having seen chiropractors for years, I’ve had numerous experiences with this type of therapy. Dr. Maxwell is by far, the most intuitive, caring, and empathic practitioner I have worked with. I have suffered with major depressive disorder for over 30 years. During the past 15 years, it has been resistant to all current mainstream forms of chemical treatments. A few years ago I started serious physical exercise, weight training, and working out 4 times a week with a certified trainer. This has brought me much relief. But in doing so, left my body tight, some migrating muscle pain, and in need of more than just a massage. I started to think about chiropractic treatment again. I was introduced to Dr. Maxwell at my local gym by my trainer and the gym owner. (Not affiliated with this gym, he’s a friend of a friend that occasionally worked out there.) After my first adjustment, I knew that this guy ‘really’ knows what he is doing. I started receiving weekly adjustments. Dr. Maxwell is unlike any chiropractor I have worked with in the past. Not only does he tailor each adjustment to my voiced concerns, but looks deep and reads my mood and my body and then tells ‘me’ what I am presenting. Wow, he’s always on his mark! Each adjustment is different. Not the ‘one crack fits all’ assembly line approach that so many of us has experienced. He has helped me to relax and physically realign. Each week I leave feeling refreshed and restored, ready to go on and overcome this beast. Thanks Doc! You are the greatest! Chuck

Got a prenatal massage this morning by Jess and I wish she could have let me fully relax and stop talking. The whole time was nothing but nonstop conversation that was so pointless. I definitley didn’t feel relaxed walking out after my session at all. My husband treated me so I could try and get some relief from being pregnant and a SAHM with a toddler all day. I felt like my appt. was wasted.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE owner Jessica and this place!!! She gave me the best facial, I immediately saw a difference in the dark spots on my skin. I'm already using the XO8 lotion that she swears by, so I am excited for even more benefits. An unassuming exterior in a Tierrasanta shopping plaza, but the rooms are absolutely lovely, immaculate, and calming. I'm going back next month! Thanks again for the great service, Jessica!
