I’m a member and I see Dani every 3 weeks. She is just fantastic. Having laser hair removal and facials. She recommends what’s facial is best for me based on my needs and I’m so pleased with the results. But mostly with her and how much I enjoy having my services done with her. She is the best.❤️

My mom gifted me a facial. Amazing customer service as soon as I walked in the door. I’ve always had problems with acne and I was given great advice and wonderful products at a very reasonable price! Will definitely be back!

I've been going here for over a year now and my skin has never looked better. Mia, my esthetician, is incredibly thorough, friendly and knowledgable. Every time I go in, she takes the time to explain to me what she's doing and why. She provides amazing recommendations for the next time and never misses. I get compliments on my skin so often, and I have Mia to thank! The staff are friendly and efficient. I love the text reminders for my appointments. I've been going to PV for over 6 years. The last 2 visits were tragic and disappointing. My last visit was over $300 (including tip) and a big miss. This is one of my first times leaving a negative public post. I left a private review to them hoping they would respomd but no one ever responded. I know how impactful a review is for a business, but I have given them several opportunities to make it right and no one has bother to even reach out. While my aesthetcian was sweet, it wasn't the level of service I've had before. The whole thing was very frustrating, spending that kind of money and my limited time, I dont think I'll ever return. I asked the front desk to tell me about the different services that I could purchase for the day and she told me she was not an aesthetician and could not tell me about them. Once I was greeted and moved to my room, she left me waiting for her for almost 10 minutes in the room for my service. It was only the front desk, my aesthetcian text messages and myself in the building. The music was not working which is totally killed the vibe from the beginning. *She didn't offer to wax my eyebrows *Told me to move my head instead of gently moving it *No lipgloss at end *Didn’t ask if I wanted sunscreen ortinted moisturizer *Didn’t offer water at end *Didnt tell me how to care for my skin afterwards I still left a 20% tip but hoped my feedback would have been heard. I realize some of these things sound small and minute, I have been receiving services for a long time. I have spent alot of money on services aver products and had hoped after my private email someone would have reached out. I'm disappointed.

Mind changed! Not a huge fan of facials, it was scheduled for me by my mom as a treat. That being said, I walked out THRILLED, relaxed and glowing! I will be back and highly recommend this amazing spa! The young lady that gave me the microdema was SPECTACULAR, she was new to the area but not doubt will build an excellent clientele quickly! Thank you!

On October 28, 2022, I incurred charges by purchasing RF microneedling treatment resulting in an expensive ER visit after a major allergic reaction that was not "swelling", but a severe reaction that was never discussed with me in advance. After 2 days of Benadryl and ice that did nothing, my husband took the ER for IV treatment with 3 different meds. My eyes were swollen shut every morning for 5 days. They will not refund money. They take no responsibility for anything, use their services at your own risk. You will not be helped in the event things go awry.

Been seeing Hailee for about 8 months and love it. I get dermaplane facials and I signed up for the membership. Hailee is awesome and the front desk girls are always nice and prepared. The pure vanity brand skincare lines are a bit pricey but they feel good on my skin at home.

I am disappointed in Pure Vanity. Rachel was awesome but she left and Haley as a replacement is not anywhere near the caliber. Also not impressed that every time I call to make an appointment they are too busy to pick up and it goes to voice mail . Hardly customer oriented...

Molly and Kim went above & Beyond in their care & service of me when I went in for a facial recently. I shared with them that I recently lost both my parents -- we laid my Mother to rest in March & my Father in April. My facial was on Mother's Day...a gift from my son who lives in Texas. As a former massage therapist I was very impressed & so grateful with their very kind, healing, professional, empathic hearts! & Molly, my aesthetician was superb! The hour spent there completely shifted my energy & my face is so happy & my grief soothed.

Amazing experience, from booking the appointment to Customer Service to the follow ups. Very professional and courteous Therapists, they really gave me a relaxing facial, and my wife loves the results. They have all the products needed for maintenance and more, btw plenty of free parking. I will definitely come back for more.
