I have had 3 sessions at Pure Wellness and each time gets better and better! All of the ladies are very knowledgeable and nice. Bacari is my aesthetician and I love her she is very thorough and my results are showing very fast. The studio is beautiful and I always look forward to spending time with these ladies!

I had such an amazing spa experience here. It’s the perfect gift to Give a special woman in your life. I have never had a Japanese head spa treatment in my life, and I Never knew what I was missing out on. I called around a few places, cause I wanted to do it with other friends and no one Had three chairs available at the same time except for this location. Most peaceful and relaxing experience I’ve ever had And my hair has felt so much healthier since

I loved both of the treatments I have received. The staff is educated and probably explains everything to you. Also wondering how the negative reviews expect wine/champagne during scalp treatments while laying down? Anyway, love this place for my self care days :)

*My original review was positive as I was trying to get the $5 discount and felt uncomfortable showing them I gave an honest negative review.* I set up a couples Japanese head spa with my boyfriend for 60 minutes. It was honestly not worth the price. It was a pretty simple head washing with a little bit of a massage. The water she used was drained in to a bucket so it seems the place isn’t fully set up for this service. There were points where there were long pauses between activity. Since I focused on hair thinning I did see a little bit more blood flow in one area. One of the ladies recorded most of the session focusing on my boyfriend. She was offering discounts through social media for videos of couples head spas but apparently my date didn’t count. She was also running October/Halloween specials but somehow I didn’t qualify for that either. All in all, for the price, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I booked a girls day for my cousin and I. We chose the 90min Head Spa experience. We started with a scalp analysis (was very interesting to see both of our scalps had different issues and they were able to explain these differences to us) The actual heads portion was so relaxing. Double shampooing, multiple tools and a nice arm and neck massage to finish out our experience. We finished with a final scalp analysis and even before and after photos. When I tell you for the following month my hair felt softer, color more vibrant and hair less course… I would do this once a month. Definitely worth the money for this self care treatment.

I came in very hopeful and I am so glad and 100% satisfied with the Japanese head spa! My scalp was so dry from my psoriasis and after just one session my head and scalp feel so moisturized and hydrated! I am so excited for my next treatment. Thank you so much! I even cried mid session cause I had feeling in my scalp again something I hadn’t felt in years cause of my psoriasis. I recommend this service

I had my first appointment today and from walking in to check out, the professionalism was on point. I purchased the 90-100 min head spa for $175.00. I have to say the service was not all what I expected. My head was barely being touched and not much of a massage. I was not offered the wine or any water. The girl was sweet but I don’t recommend this for $175.00

I went in for the Japanese head spa and it was way more than I expected. The service was not only relaxing, but was so beneficial to my scalp, it felt so clean, and I loved all of the different tools and the whole process as well. I would add this as a monthly treatment to keep my scalp healthy. 10/10 Aside from the service, the spa was clean and calming, and the employees professional.

My best friend booked a Japanese head spa session for us here based on an instagram post. I was expecting more out of the experience based on the post and thought we’d be getting a neck/shoulder/arm massage and a champaign toast, but those only come with the 90 minute experience which I didn’t realize. In my opinion, either splurge on the 90 minute experience or do not bother to try the experience at all. The 60 minute experience is lacking and for the price point will leave you feeling disappointed. The ladies were kind and the booking exclusions were ultimately a misunderstanding on our end, but that doesn’t change my review. For $125 a person I do expect more added to the experience. I wanted to leave an honest review based on my actual experience, because many of the reviews are left in order to obtain a discount. If you’re looking to relax - try elsewhere (I love the Float Spa). If you’re looking for hair care or a scalp treatment, I would recommend an actual hair salon over the 50 minute experience I was provided.

I did the my lower chin service because i have lose skin that i wanted to get rid of and i did not like the service what's so ever I was told before the service that I would see a faster change because I had more loose skin and after the service I didn't see a single change and they tried to claim that there was so i could pay by taking different angles of my face and I said I kindly that I don't think I could pay for the service and they said they would have to call the police because it was a theft and I am not happy at all.👎👎👎

I had a 60 minute Japanese head spa appointment with Melanie. It was so neat getting to see the condition of my scalp before and after and it was so relaxing and calming. As a bonus my hair is so silky smooth and my scalp feels amazing. Definitely recommend going and booking with Melanie!

I recently visited Pure Wellness Studio for a Japanese head spa and fat reduction service and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. The head spa treatment was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating. The techniques used were clearly expertly executed and I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The fat reduction treatment was also top-notch, with noticeable results even after just one session. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a professional and friendly spa experience. I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future.

I've been following this page and videos on Instagram and I finally decided to book the Japanese head and scalp massage for 60 minutes. The booking experience was easy and when I arrived we started promptly. We did the scalp analysis before with the camera and I told her my problems with build up and sometimes itchy scalp. The room was clean and relaxing and she told me everything that was going to happen. I could do this all day! The massages are so soothing and all the tools used feel like they are deep cleaning in a satisfying way. The products smell amazing and are sulfate free, it all ended with a steamer and also some yummy smelling spray. After she did a light blow dry to show me the after closeup of my scalp. What a huge difference it made! The experience is just such a relaxing treat for me. I hope to come back in a couple of months. Thank you for taking care of me! And if you're wondering is this service is worth it, I would say you have to try it at least once in your life.

I absolutely love Pure Wellness Studio. They cater to their clients and make sure you feel comfortable at all times. I got their fat reduction treatment with a facial and it was amazing! I was told every step of the way what they were doing and they answered all my questions courteously. If you're considering them please schedule with them. You won't regret it!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pure Wellness Studio and Suites. The owner, Lilianna, was visibly hungover and drinking during working hours, which is highly unprofessional. The spa services were subpar, and the facility was in a deplorable state, with bugs crawling all over the floor. When I brought this up, Lilianna bizarrely referred to the rollie pollie bugs as her "friends." Furthermore, Lilianna does not honor agreements, making it very risky for vendors, service providers, clients, or employees to engage with her. She openly admitted that several of her staff were using illicit drugs during work hours, and shockingly, clients had no idea that one of the staff members was passed out in the bathroom. If the treatments were effective, it would be evident in her staff. Overall, I would advise anyone to be very cautious if considering any interaction with Pure Wellness Studio and Suites.

I received the Japanese Head Spa service and when I say it was amazing it was AMAZING!!! Annette made my experience and was on point from the moment I walked in to the moment I stepped out the door… She took her time, explained every step of the way and it was the coolest to see my scalp before and after photos.. She was very thorough and it was sooo relaxing to receive the treatment I did.. Thank you sooo much Pure Wellness and another shout out to Annette thanks a bunch I will be back….

One of the best spas in town for sure. The owner and her staff are extremely knowledgeable about the services they provide. I've used them and have also referred family & friends to use them.
