Absolutely amazing experience at Purely Natural. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The facility is spotless and beautifully designed, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. My treatment was personalized to my needs, and the results have exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Botox and threads with Kristina, I got incredible results, the office Manager Juliana is the best, she always has great ideas and prices. I don’t even know where to start- this place not only has amazing procedures but the staff??? Just the best customer service. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable which helps when you do Botox for the first time. Juliana just goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smooth and that you’re happy and satisfied as a cliente. I 1000% recommend this Spa. Will go back as much as I can. I only trust them to touch my face ☺️

I had an incredible experience at Purely Natural Medical Spa for Botox and IPL laser treatments! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Purely Natural Medical Spa is amazing! I got lip filler and Botox, and I absolutely love the results. My lips look beautifully natural and plump, and the Botox gave me a refreshed, youthful look without being overdone. The staff was so professional, Juliana gave me amazing prices, good quality of products, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The spa itself is gorgeous, clean, and so peaceful!!! Highly recommend!

This is my favorite place! I have been going there for 3 years. I got almost all of their services. Always fantastic experience and results. Kristina is incredible, I have sent all my friends to her. Juliana is always so accommodating with appointments and answers all my questions. Love the team!

Don’t come here. Came here for a Botox promotion. When I arrived they said they would not use Botox. When I asked why they advertised Botox, there response was “People aren’t smart enough to know the difference.” Disgusting.

From the moment you enter this place it radiates cozy and comfortable. You are warmly greeted by Juliana the manager offered coffee,tea, water, (they have a nespresso machine so already 10/10 in my books) On to my provider Kristina the most in depth and honest injector, which if you have ever done filler/botox you know this is KEY! Kristina walked me through each process and answered all of my concerns/questions, never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Can’t wait to see my final results and make this my go to spot. I had such a great experience here! The staff here is all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I felt very safe here for my first hydrafacial and feel good about scheduling microneedling next week. Shira was so great during my facial and described each step in detail. They gave me a free B12 shot and I’m for sure coming back for more 😍

I’ve been going here for almost 8 years and it’s the best! My mom recommended it to me and since then I’ve referred many of my friends as well. Dr. Charlot is excellent and I’ve seen Kristina, Nathasha and Shira for various procedures including Botox, microneedling and laser. They are all very professional, attentive, informative, friendly and I’ve always been amazed with my results. Juliana and Polina at the desk are also great and have the best deals! Couldn’t recommend more!

I had a PRP facial here and I'm very happy with the whole process. The spa was clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Kristina, who did the procedure, was great- very gentle, explained everything and knew what she was doing. She took her time and it never felt rushed. highly Recommend! I'll be going back.

I love purely natural ! I’ve been here for lip filler , lip flip and Botox , all of which turned out perfect . Kristina is very good at her job , she is professional, nice and knows what she is doing . I am not a fan of needles but she always puts me at ease . The space is very clean and comfortable . Just wrapped up my final microneedling and PRP undereye session as a first-timer, and am so happy with the results! Shira took excellent care of me throughout the entire process, listened to my concerns, and made sure I got the results I wanted. Kristina was also such a pleasure, and so attentive and caring - and even made sure (magically enough) that I didn't bruise despite my ultra sensitive skin, which was very much expected in my treatment. Juliana, the practice manager, is also such a sweetheart. Have been coming to the med spa for a few years now and have nothing but excellent treatments and would confidently recommend this place to anyone of any skin types! :')
