I have a great experience every time I go in! I’m a consistent client with Emily, but everyone in there is so nice! They keep a clean salon. And always upgrading items and getting new colors!

I initially went in for pricing and to ask if they accepted walk-ins (which they do ) got quoted $60 for a balance which I was fine with and I got cat eye polish($15) which I also was aware that it was gonna be an additional charge which again I was fine with. When it came to the service the lady seemed nice didn't really talk much. I had mentioned I wanted to go a little shorter but she went shorter than my natural nail which were about medium/long length at the start of the service and I froze cause it was too late. I had asked for coffin shaped which again is usually an additional charge and the shape came out more squared. I let her continue, trying to trust the process, when it came to the polish portion, she put the polish on before asking me to rise off any of the acrylic dust which caused a few particles poking out of the polish. Once she was done I wasn't sure they would be able to do anything if I said I didn't like them because I've never had this issue so the total ended up being $83 after taxes I payed and walked away literally with a few tears in my eyes I did call them a few moments later asking if there was something we can do about it and they just said no that its too late. Its such a bummer that my first experience was not what I was hoping for I will not be returning and will be sticking to my local nail shop please if any of you decide to check them out, do your research and make sure you are clarifying to them exactly what you want to avoid the disappointment I'm currently facing. I've never thought id ever had to hide my nails because the quality.

Best nail place! I live out of town but whenever I visit I stop and get my nails done here. They are quick and clean facility. I usually do a gel manicure and I am going on 4 weeks with it without many chips!

Just left for the 2nd time wanted coffin walked out with square the 1st time came back had to argue for 5min that the shape was wrong, she was pissed off filed them very painfully then refused to touch up the rough file on the edges $181 with tip this place is trash I got to back take more time out of my day and leave more upset than the 1st time I went in
