Clean and friendly, not a bad place and price is not too bad. Acrylic set was 45-50 bucks depending on shape. Unfortunately I will probably not be going back because I didn’t like how my nails turned out at all. I wanted my nails long but they kept filing the nails down shorter and shorter. 3 people worked on my nails and continued to file it down, literally one side of my thumb is way shorter than the other and also so short that you could see my natural nail on one side of the thumb. All of the nails are uneven and not what I asked for. I just personally didn’t have a good experience, other than that, I feel that they did pretty good.

Kids are running this salon as nobody else speaks English. Nail tech was told to cut nails short, did not listen. Did not do any foot care, just slapped polish on and go, very rushed. Got gel and it turned out just okay. Not sure if I would go back.

Love the nails!!! Very friendly!!! Normally when I get my nails done it hurts, but not with them. They were so gentle!!! Will definitely come back again and tell others about this place.

The pedicure was rushed & not very thorough. Plus they had their kids there while I was trying to relax & get my pedicure. And the kids were running around & loud & turning up the cartoons on tv. Not a good experience for paying $75 for a pedicure.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAILS! The staff were so friendly and did my nails exactly like the pitcure. Clean and beautiful space. Overall fast service and I recommend coming here.

ALWAYS HAVE HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE HERE AND EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK!! CYNDY IS THE BEST!! I LOVE THE FAMILY ATMOSPHERE HERE WITH THE 2 KIDS AND ALL!! SO WELL MANNERED, TRUST ME AS A MOMMA OF 6 OLDER ADULT CHILDREN! I HAD A FULL SET OF ACRYLICS LAST FOR SEVERAL WEEKS, MIND YOU I WAS LATE ON A REGULAR 2 WEEK FILL!! I HAVE HAD A FEW COLLOGEN PEDIS, WITH GEL POLISH AS WELL.POLISHED STAYED ON FOREVER!!!! LOVING MY NEW 926 COLOR!! THANK YOU, CYNDY!!!

Beautiful facility, horrible service. Had the "signature pedicure" today. Did not receive one thing the pedicure package was suppose to have. Did not remove callous, and old polish was not completely removed. I did voice my opinion at the salon, but nothing was done. And did I mention from beginning to end was about 15 minutes? $43 wasted, I could have and will in the future do a better job myself.

Got some Pink snake nails for the spooky season. They turned exactly like what I wanted. Nail stylist was gentle with my paper cuts; much appreciated. The staff was very friendly and we had a great time chatting. My nail price was also amazing 💕

I was looking for a new place after moving found this place they only cost $55 for a full set with design. The lady was super sweet and this customer service was amazing. I love my nails will definitely be going back. My nails are on the left. My reference photo is on the right.

If I could give 0 stars they would be getting it! These people made mistakes which were asked to be fixed and the lady was not able to speak English well so we used google translate to ask for the mistakes to be made. The lady attempted to fix it but was rushed with it. When I spoke up and said the J on my nails were a little clumpy and there was still some black smudge on the finger that she did not want to remove. The lady told me to “just wait there and maybe when he comes back he will fix it” while grabbing my wrist’s aggressively and putting them EXACTLY how she wanted. I waited for about 10 minutes while the lady continued to mess up on my friends nails and not being willing to fix those mistakes either. As the man was getting ready to leave with his daughter we decided to just take the nails as is and call it a day. They then proceeded to get angry with us for having issues but not wanting to necessarily fix them. The female worker continued to grab my hands aggressively and not listen to my request of just leaving them as is. The worker then proceeded to grab a customer that we didn’t even know and bring her over. The worker grabbed my hand with aggression and when I asked her to be respectful and not just grab at my hands. She proceeded to grab my hands. I then told them I was willing to pay $30 as it was a fill and nothing extravagant and with the rude behavior that was all I was willing to pay. They then started yelling, telling us the nails had no issues, etc. the daughter who may have only been about 9-10 was also EXTREMELY rude, yelling things like “they were never rude” “you pay what they say” etc. but ya know, if those are her parents.. monkey see monkey do! WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER. Save your time and energy and go somewhere with respectable workers and people who can do nails properly or at least fix their mistakes, and graciously. EDIT: THE NAILS LITERALLY ALL STARTED POPPING OFF AFTER 7 DAYS OF HAVING THEM. RIDICULOUS.

My mother in law brought me here when we came to visit from Seattle. The service was awesome, they greeted all other guests quickly and professionally, and it’s very neat and clean! I will come here again the next time I visit!

Shanterica Nunn made a false review. Q Nails is an Amazing shop that have by far the friendliest Salon Mangers. Q nails take their time and do their job right and they could care less of what your color is and I am I a multi racial woman and they have treated me with nothing but respect and do excellent work. This is the only place in Menomonie I will get my acrylics done because they do such an amazing job! All the other places make them uneven and lumpy. The pedicures are also the best I love the hot stones and they massage for a good amount of time and have been so nice every time I have gone in!

This was my 1st time getting my nails done there! They gained a new regular customer, they did amazing work and and the price of things are not bad at all! I recommend going there to see for yourselves!
