Facial: The phrase “you get what you pay for” doesn’t always ring true for things, but it certainly applies to this facial. This is worth every penny. Yufei is a gem and a true professional and expert in her field. I received compliments on my face (not just my skin, but my face!) for months after my facial; multiple people even asked me if I got a nose job! That’s how good it is. You will not be disappointed. Eyebrows: I’ve been looking for a trustworthy person to do my eyebrows for years ever since I moved to Chicago, and I finally found it here. Dijana is excellent at waxing and shaping eyebrows, and she uses high grade wax that never leaves me feeling sticky or leaves a rash. Not to mention that she is a lovely person and great conversationalist!

Dijana is both caring an expert with wax. She’s consistent, thorough, and professional. She’s easy to talk to and explains which waxes she’s using and why. She makes waxing as fast and painless as possible. Her facials leave my sensitive skin fresh and calm, and she managed to reshape my sparse eyebrows. The spa is perfect for one on one personalized treatments.

The staff are professional and friendly. At the beginning I went to seek solutions for some acne issue under my chin, and it took shorter than I expected for me seeing the real effects. The treatment took about 3 months and I decided that I would keep going for cleansing and some maintenance anyways, probably once per month or twice every three months, since I do feel the difference when having professionals to help with normal skin care.

When I moved to Chicago 2 years ago, I found this spa for waxing services and they are incredible! The staff is always very nice, the services provided are high quality and the space is very clean - after going here for two years I can definitely see the difference of the quality from other spas. Recently I've tried their hydro facial service and as expected I left feeling refreshed and happy how my skin looked. This is the only place I will go to shape and wax my eyebrows, the level of perfection and detail they provide is truly impeccable. I highly recommend!

Yufei is the best esthetician and gives the best facials period. They use GM Collin, a results driven product line, that improves everyone's skin. It's a family business and Qin helps manage the business. Both of them are true gems.The spa is clean and comfortable. Whenever I get a chance to go back to Chicago I will always book a facial there. Unlike some spas they include everything you need with one price so you don't have to ask for add ons during your service. Don't hesitate. Book them now!!

Yifei knows how to not only provide high quality aesthetic and medical-grade treatments, but she is also kind, has an excellent demeanor and is extremely helpful. Acne and blemish have been bothered me for so many years, thankfully I find the Q Spa Plus the right place to go. My face has been improved a lot and it looks smoother, brighter and fresher after each treatment. They are very knowledgeable and delicate with the skincare. They did a great job on examining my face and provides me with the most suitable treatment for my case, they also explain me the details of the treatment and chemicals applied on my face to easy my concern. The lamp robe treatment really works well to remove lump on my face!!!! The service here are very kind and welcoming too!!! I definitely recommend it for all. For these who still doubt it, go give it a try and you gonna love it!

Ana is without a doubt the best person for permanent makeup and shaping eyebrows!! She did my microblading/shading and I felt so comfortable with her. I was nervous coming into the appointment, but once she explained the whole process, I immediately felt at ease. Ana completely transformed my eyebrows and kept them looking natural. Sara A did a great job of explaining in intricate details the process of a facial and chemicals used to ease my mind. Aside from her vast knowledge in her field she did a great job, in a professional manor. Sara is an excellent aesthetician.

I started to go here after I had an amazing hydra-dermabrasion right before my wedding. The results were amazing and I decided to continue to go as I suffered from acne, acne scarring and had just dull skin in general. After several monthly facial sessions, I can honestly my skin has never looked better. My acne is pretty much gone except for the hormonal acne. My scarring has definitely reduced and now my skin feels soft and plump instead of like sand paper. The other thing I really like about this spa is that they do not try to up sell products to you. Yes they do make recommendations but a) it is not pushy and b) it is tailored for what your skin needs are at that point in time. (I will say I did buy the products that were recommended to me as the ones I had were not giving my any results.) I also really like that I can ask the aesthetician what type of facial I should get for next time, since my skin is improving and changing each time, and they don't steer to you to the priciest option. Yes, it is a little pricey, but the experience and the results are totally worth it. Also, the front desk experience is lovely - always very welcoming and warm. It just has a really great relaxing atmosphere.

I’ve been meaning to get back to Q Spa, because I was impressed with my first visit! Louisa took care of me. Her service was above, and beyond my expectations. Let me just say that I’ve always been extremely skeptical about how much a facial could actually do. My skin type is combination. I wouldn’t say I have an extreme acne case, but I’ve always had some annoying black heads, and white heads around my nose. This makes it very frustrating when trying to apply makeup, and distracts from any look because it’s such a highlight of the face. I walked out that day feeling super fresh. I didn’t want to analyze the experience too much, but after that visit alone my skin was glowing. Applying makeup was fun again! Not wearing makeup too! I felt substantially more confident. I have to go back soon, because it’s winter season now and my skin needs that boost again. This facial is worth every dollar. Louisa is super sweet, and very knowledgeable! Obsessed !! No loner skeptical.

Soo glad that I was referred to Q Spa! Before coming for my monthly facials, I was very insecure about my skin because I had so many noticeable blackheads and huge pores. All of this had built up over the years and I never did anything about it (oily skin did not help at all). A little over a month ago, I came in for my first facial, the hydra-facial, done by Yufei. She walked me through the process of the facial and explained why she did what she did. She evaluated my skin and recommend how to change my skin care routine. After coming out, I noticed huge changes to my skin right away, smaller pores, more hydrated skin, etc. However, it was a long process of extractions before getting there. After opening my pores with the steamers and other things, she was able to see and extract things that I was not able to see. My face was very red after but it was WORTH IT! The redness and swelling in some areas went down after a few hours and by the next morning, my skin was soo much clearer I came back a month later for the Glow Facial which helped my skin even more! Slowly but surely Yufei is helping me achieve my dream skin! I definitely recommend coming here for your skin needs- Yufei and the rest of the staff are very nice and kind. They care about you and your skin needs!

I been meaning to write a review for the amazing care that I received at Qspa. I typically don't do any facials, never really been that person, but decided I needed to become more proactive on my skincare regimen and this is my go to place.. I love Louisa to pieces sincerely, she genuine cares about my skin, is very in tuned with her knowledge about skincare and honestly and truly trust her work. She is so delicate with the care and she will thoroughly examine your skin and provide you with the most beneficial recommendation. I highly recommend this place and Louisa. Unfortunately I will be moving soon to KS for a job opportunity, but I will be making all the attempt and effort I need to just to fly in to see them! Ahhh.. I literally don't even want to take off my facial treatments just because I love them so much and the owners are soo sweet. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. They really are one of the best that I know and I hope everyone has the same experience that I do! Megan

This spa is beyond soothing and the service was outstanding from check in to check out. My facial was with Louisa, who was wonderful, pleasant and had a smile until the end of my visit. The facial was soothing and effective and my skin really felt like it could breathe! I had no breakouts or blemishes the following day either. This technician really knows what she is doing and we had a lovely knowledgeable conversation about skincare. Would def. ask for her again. With all that, it is nice to know you can escape, unwind and work out the stress with some nice spa time without having to go far. I highly recommend everyone to pamper yourself here. Great Experience.

This will be the only spa I go to in Chicago. The atmosphere is soothing and comfortable. I had been bothered by tiny skin tags on my face for years. I went to numerous dermatologist in hospitals many times, all they can do is using scissors to take out the bigger ones. They even left some marks when they cut because they cut off more than the skin tags. I was so desperate until my friend recommended me to check out Q Spa Plus. I chose Iamprobe treatment suggested by Yufei, and it took about 2 hours to clear out all my skin tags. They also follow up with me over the next month to make sure it is recovered as expected. I will recommend it too all my friends who is looking for facial treatment.
