Lisa is the best. I have seen Lisa a few times now and she is superb. She always takes a moment to understand what you are looking for even when there is a line of people and executes with amazing precision. It’s a no frills place but it is always clean and efficient. Different stylists are on rotation but I always look for Lisa on the schedule.

I came here earlier in the week because I wanted to have my hair done by an expert and stop cutting it myself. Lisa was available and enthusiastic to help. I was so relaxed while she cut my hair; we talked about things going on in the city while she also asked me about what I normally do with my hair and made some suggestions. I was so satisfied with the experience that it didn't even feel like a service; more like visiting a friend who took care of me in a way only such experienced hands (over 20 years experience at that) could. For how light my hair is, it just felt amazing. Go. Ask for Lisa. You will get your money's worth, have a great conversation, maybe have a laugh too; and the rest of your day will just feel BETTER.

Tomoko was extremely patient and detail-oriented, checking in about each part of the haircut! She was extremely detail-oriented and took her time making sure all the angles were clean. Overall a great experience, though I wish they had hair washing services as well. Definitely recommend, especially if you get Tomoko!!

Please don’t get your haircut here. Giving a review to save others from a nightmare. My hairstylist completely butchered my hair even when I gave specific instructions on how to cut it.

This place is a joke. Tried it out because of good reviews. Asked for a low taper. Lady gave me a high skinfade and faded way too high up the back of my head. Sides are an inch off of one another and she made the top look like a flattop lol😭

I call this place the Chop Shop . If you have any care about your hair you won’t go to this place. I’ve had two male stylists both horrible. This week I specifically asked no machine -zero machine . What did they do ? Proceeded to use the machine on the back of my head and butchered me . I told the guy I grew my hair out because the last stylist butchered my hair . Zero F’s given . -7min hair cut -dry brushing my hair just completely damaging -machine cut when asked for scissors cut . I’m an excellent tipper but for very low pride in work I have to give bad reviews instead of tip 40% Why cut hair if you show zero concern for your client?

It is the worst hair cut i got ever, the guy rushed his job with no technic, 瞎几把剪。my both sides are uneven, left side could see my skin but my right side is long. my back is a mass with even spots everywhere. I should have read the review before i go, This guy sucks and the management did nothing nor read the review. A big CNM to you for ruining my hair. never coming back and highly unrecommond.

There is a guy there that has no work disposition and the quality of his work is not great. This was my 3rd and last time . I think it is the same person mentioned in these comments

A very bad experience. One of the male hairdressers had a terrible attitude and was extremely impatient. He didn't care about your opinions and just told you that everyone does it that way. Communication was very difficult. The main issue was that his haircutting skills were very poor.

Been coming here for a while. Quality has really gone down while their prices just keep going up. Better places nearby. They do vacuum your hair which is a huge plus but last time the hair vacum was broken. Wont return.

Doesn’t wet the hair before haircut, don’t style afterwards.. does the bare minimum and ask for heavy tips on Zelle or cash..

Got a great haircut today. Did exactly what I wanted. And so fast! Lisa is the best hair cutter at this location. I always get a good cut from her with my short hair. She has great instincts for what looks right and she has 20 years experience cutting hair. A bit hit or miss with other people here, but Lisa is always good!

Guy named Luke was VERY HARD on his hands, hurting me with the razor multiple times. A very rushed job, trying to finish as quickly as possible. I would totally avoid him. Yuka was much more patient and gentler. I've seen people specifically waiting for her even if the other barber is available.

I’ve been coming for years and honestly has been hit or miss but it’s been getting worse over time and I just got this abomination of a haircut. I had him try to fix it and he just made it worse. Think his name is Toyo but wouldn’t come anymore here.

The length was cut much shorter than the stylist and I agreed on beforehand. This resulted in an overall look that was very unexpected and unsatisfactory. I would not go here again
