owner has a great personality, well i've never been in this place nor the country itself but i wrote this to wish the owner a happy birthday! i don't know if you remmeber me, i just spoke with u earlier regarding of the bill increase haha, i do really like talking to you!

I usually don’t write bad reviews but paying $55 for a pedicure and they come out looking like this is ridiculous. I’ve been getting pedicures for a long time! I’m used to techs pushing the cuticle back, cleaning under your nails, and putting some kind of lotion on! This guy didn’t do any of that. You can still see the color from the last pedicure I had done in Tampa. They seriously looked better before I came here. The polish is uneven, he didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut. He just cut them. And too short to my liking. Will definitely not be returning here! I had to come home and try to file them and clean them up correctly. I’m just going to do them myself. And not sure why they charged me $55 when it says $35 on the wall. I wanted to add that they were very nice but doesn’t make up for the shoddy job.

I was satisfied with their service, friendliness & mannerism. Their pricing sign said $30 for fill in, which is what I got. It came time to pay & I was charged $40. I didn't realize it until I looked at my receipt when I got home. If I go back, I will let them know and will make sure I'm only charged the $30!

This is absolutely awful and a complete waste of time, I’d would have had no issues if the man who did them wasn’t so rude. I do not recommend coming here nor do I understand how you can be a nail tech and fail this bad at something so simple, I hope you’re business struggles until you can find the respect in yourselves to not hire lazy and rude men to work for you

Took my daughter there this morning to get her nails done for homecoming today. She show the man a picture of what she wanted and this is what he did. I asked him why they were like this and he said I didn’t have the color she wanted!!!!!! What dose that have to do with what he did. When she turned around when he was die. She was in tears. Had to go to Yeni Nail Spa to get fixed and done correctly. It wasn’t even a design or something hard. Just color tip of nail.

I've had my nails done by them twice now. Each time they never lasted as long as they should have. Spa definitely needs an update. I won't be going back.

Best place in morgantown I’ve been to get acrylics done, they're even able to do the trendy cat eye and all of my nails are even!! Not a great picture but I definitely recommend Ms Tracy!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My wife gets her nails done here every time and she never fails fo impress! Theyre friendly and conviently located. We also noticed they have hairstylist booths so my wife is definitely interested in that. At an affordable price, I can keep my wife looking her tip top best.

I went to this place back in 2022 and oh my gosh, terrible experience. i left with cuts all over my fingers.. the sides of my fingers and the part where my nail starts growing. also left with very damaged cuticles. my nail tech was very rude. plus my nail tech was on the phone with someone who wasn’t even a client the whole time i was there (around 1 and 1/2 hours.) she also asked my mom to leave the salon while i got my nails done (she asked this multiple times and kept bugging my mom..) horrible staff, horrible nails, horrible customer service. very disappointed. and dissatisfied.

Had a very strange experience at this salon. I hope yours is better! Walked into a salon for a pedicure. Salon had no air flow and fumes “punched” me in the face. Because they had 4 fans that were not running, I asked if they could turn on a fan to get some airflow. She immediately opened the front door but did not turn on a fan. (Which was fine, I guess) then proceeded to fill my foot tub with cold water and said “no hot water because you are hot.” There were only two other customers and it was extremely awkward. I then just said “Nevermind” and put my shoes on and walked out. She could have cared less. No wonder they don’t get much business! I get a pedicure to relax and treat myself. I also expect a comfortable environment with nice customer service.

I was asked no less then 4 times about a gel manicure, which I did not want. My manicurist did nothing to my cut and shape my nails, I had to ask for attention to my cuticles, and the shiny buff for which I asked was halfway at best. She ridiculed my dry skin and was rude about the fact that I 'clearly don't get manicures often.' She then had the audacity to comment that she hadn't seen me there before, and I should start coming to her. The only reason I give 2 stars is the pedicure - the gentleman who gave the pedicure was polite and did a good job at removing callouses.

The nail techs & Traci & Henry are fantastic!!! Update : I'm still going there when I can for eyebrow waxes and pedicures! Love it there. They're like family now.

Tracy & Henry are lovely!! They have late hours and took me in right away. They did my mani & pedi at the same time and my dip nails turned out wonderful!! I loved the color & style. 10/10 would recommend. & the pedi felt great!
