I recently had the pleasure of visiting a spa in Vegas during a trip to see my boyfriend, and I must say, it was the highlight of my trip! We opted for a couples CBD massage and it was simply amazing. Our therapists, Susan and Bryan, were outstanding! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel relaxed and welcomed. Bryan was incredibly attentive and knew just how to work on my pressure points, melting away all my stress. My boyfriend couldn’t stop raving about Susan’s techniques—he said she made him feel like a brand-new man! Both Susan and Bryan are truly talented and their caring nature added to the experience. They took the time to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. If you’re in Vegas and looking for a rejuvenating escape, I highly recommend booking a session with Susan and Bryan. They made our day unforgettable. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

I've been to a fair amount of spas. Specifically in Las Vegas I've been to Canyon Ranch and the Lapis spa at the Fontainebleau. Qua is my least favorite of the three. For the women's experience: I enjoyed the steam room. The sauna is quite small especially for clothing optional, but I did like that it is a traditional cedar wood Finnish sauna. Baths were ok. The whole thing is OK, for the price I expected more. I found the whole vibe more of a fitness club, including the staff demeanor, rather than luxury spa. I would not go again. Seems more of a focus on the money grab rather than an effort to curate a thoughtful wellness experience. I actually prefer the Atlantis spa in Reno to this.

It was just an average experience. Not worth $80 for 3 hours

Simply amazing for A-Z. My girlfriend and I were so relaxed after almost 3 hours of hot tubs, jacuzzis, sauna, ice room and steam room. The staff is so friendly and they take the time to show you around. Unlimited Fiji water, coffee, ice tea and cookies. The one minor detail I would comment on that wasn’t to my satisfaction is that they don’t take cash. It’s hard to believe in LAS VEGAS, in the casino they don’t take cash. Seems strange to me. Besides that Amazing guys!

This is a great spa with so many hot tubs and plunge pools of varying temperatures, plus steam and sauna and an ice room. And great massages.

Go early to find it -- Caesars Palace is a maze. The facility is fancy and clean. I went on a Monday afternoon in early February, and it seemed pretty full. But the baths and saunas (of the women's section) weren't too crowded. It was a very relaxing experience -- and 3hrs is plenty. I also enjoyed my massage experience. I would say the overall cost (as a non-hotel guest) is worth it.

Qua was an incredible experience. As part of your treatment time, you get access to the Roman baths, sauna, steam room, and arctic chill rooms. The waiting areas are beautiful. Shower and bathroom spaces are large, clean, and private. Definitely a highlight of our trip! Docking a star because booking was a bit confusing, and my appointment was bumped an hour without notice. It wasn't a big deal for me, but if people had tickets or other plans, it could be prohibitive.

It’s a decent spa that needs some updates. To be honest I found it hard to relax. Theirs a lack of seating, things feel tight, and I found a plant 🌱 growing in the shower. My message was good. But the lack of care for the facility and consumer is frustrating. As this price point seating should be comfortable, things should be clean, and everything should be working. Another positive is the staff would call out men who were using their phones in spaces that it was prohibited. Thanks for doing that.

Must visit spa if you are staying at Caesars Palace. I had two treatments on two different days and both were outstanding. I used the spa facilities for a few hours before each treatment and left so relaxed. The spa never felt overcrowded, and I enjoyed rotating between the hot and cold pools/rooms as I've read this is a great way to relax your body....worked for me. All the staff and therapists were friendly. The prices are a bit high compared to where I live, but you get access to the spa as well so to me it balances out as being comparable.

Editing for 2024 - Another lovely time at Qua spa. We were there on sunday afternoon, my sister and i both did the massage special. Raven did an excellent job on my massage, I left there feeling very relaxed! The newly renovated steam room is great, and as a curly hair girl I really appreciate that they have hair dryers with diffusers now! Hands down my favorite spa in Las Vegas! We were there on Sunday, it was a little busy but not bad. The place is awesome and Carrie did an amazing job with my classic massage!

I strongly advise against visiting this Spa. My experience was nothing short of disappointing. The service was exceedingly unprofessional, beginning with the manager, who was dismissive and unwilling to allow customers to express their concerns. Despite my attempts to reschedule due to arriving a mere eight minutes late—after contending with heavy pedestrian traffic—I was met with a lack of options and understanding. The staff seemed disorganized, with conflicting information provided by the reception, manager, and those on the phone. To add insult to injury, I was charged a 50% cancellation fee without receiving any service. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. I highly recommend seeking services elsewhere, such as at Aria or Encore, where I have had much better experiences with attentive and professional staff. This facility needs to improve its customer service training, especially considering the significant role that tourists play in their business. No one should have to endure such a frustrating experience while on vacation

Pero tengan cuidado con discriminaciones de idioma raza o género aquí ****** Hello I am a tourist from Mexico City who went to Las Vegas for the weekend, I entered the SPA in the jacuzzi area there was a man with a strange cell phone, I went to an employee of the area I reported it, the customer realized that I was the one who had reported and shortly after he reports me accusing me of sexual advances, The representative or supervisor located me and made me a claim of that situation without grounds, without accepting any response from me when I did report and an employee saw him with his cell phone in prohibited areas, but as we do not have the same language or race they make accusations without grounds. Unfortunately I had to return to my home country Mexico. But this situation is unfortunate. The facilities are dirty with mold and fungus in the jacuzzi, expensive and they do not warn you that the cold and steam area does not work. But be careful with language, race or gender discrimination here.

I came here for the sauna/cold pools/tubs access. The place is elegant and charming, and I was happy to find a refuge amongst the bustle and chaos of Las Vegas. The only downside was people on their phones. The spa has a no-phone’s policy since it’s a clothing optional facility(the spas are not co-ed). I encountered multiple women playing on their phone even in the pools themselves, who were asked more than once to respect the other patrons by putting their phone away. If you can’t live without your phone or sense of entitlement for a whole three hours, this is not the place for you. I ended up leaving a bit early because this one woman kept violating their policy and I felt rather unsafe around her, but I appreciate the staff attempting to squash that behavior quickly. I don’t have any photos to share, obviously, haha.

Steam room, broken. Ice room, broken. Suana, not even remotely hot. Hot tub, luke warm. Relaxation area, blaring college football.

Sep 05, 2024

Nice venue, but the hottub water wasn't hot, it was just warm. And the sauna wasn't very hot either. The polar room and steam room were under renovation, so there really werent a lot of good options otherwise. Not worth the price for what you get.

This spa is a ripoff and I strongly recommend against ever going there for many reasons. First, they have told me numerous times when I’ve called to schedule that my preferred provider doesn’t work there so they can fill slots for the numerous incompetent spa therapists that can’t get clients; this last time they gave me one week notice of the closure of the steam room when I pay their exorbitant prices to use the steam room due to my breathing problems and refused a discount saying they gave all possible notice indicating the contract for renovations and construction plans were completed in less than a week which is obvious BS, and then when I went anyway there was a faux fire alarm that lasted more than half my massage with sirens and flashing lights about which I complained to the manager and was again refused any discount. Plus after charging a 22.5 percent “service charge” which they use to pay lower level spa employees, they want you to leave an “additional gratuity” for your spa therapist who actually deserves it and they take a piece of that too. They rarely answer the phone, scheduling is very difficult and they couldn’t be any less customer oriented. I strongly recommend you to go to any other spa on the strip than there. Although I have put up with these practices for years, after this last ripoff experience, I would not go there again under any circumstances despite its convenient location inside Caesar’s Palace.

Not all spas are the same. It is the level of service that makes a difference. I wanted to treat my deaf girlfriend to a massage and the hostess took her time with us to explain everything. The hostess did not try to oversell us anything we did not want. If there was something she couldn't answer she went and got an answer. I can't speak highly enough of the hostess, Lucia. And as for the actual services, top-notch all the way around.

Aug 05, 2024

The best, I went for the whirlpool and steam room alone. It is really nice, cost about $60 bucks if your staying at the hotel.

Aug 05, 2024

You don't get what they advertise for a bare minimum massage. Once you get on the massage table, they hit you with that extra $25 charge. They don't advertise the additional $77 mandatory "resort fee". You only get the sugar scrub on certain areas not all over like they advertise. A bunch of false advertising and additional fees for a massage my husband could have given me.

They don't accept visa so you can't book online without a different kind of card. It took me 30 minutes of calling, being passed around, navigating the phone tree until I finally could talk to a live person... only to be told that they do not accept Spa Finder gift cards even though it literally says "Caesar's Palace Las Vegas" on it. So good luck trying to book with them.

I go every year and it’s wonderful. This year not—no fresh fruit as before , just bar mix(seriously at a health spa?) They took away the inspirational book in the lounge where everyone posts beautiful uplifting comments. Steam bath broken.

Just booked to use the spa services, no treatments. A couple hours of relaxation in multiple hot tubs, cold plunge, quiet rooms, great showers. Tea and refreshments. Worth the viisit

My husband and myself along with another couple booked a couples massage on March 27 for 100 minutes scheduled for April 20 at 9 AM. We were quoted $405 for a couples massage. Plus we got three enhancements so the total was $480 as you can see below. We arrived at our appointment at 8 AM so that we could relax prior to our massage. There was an Asian woman with long black hair and there was a blonde woman who claimed to be some sort of supervisor that greeted us. When we arrived, they said there was a problem because there should have been four reservations for two couples massages. it was initially explained to us that they needed to have four appointments so that they could have coverage, which is understandable. So they said they could just cancel our previous appointments and make us two new ones which was fine. However, it was it not explained to us they were going to bill us twice! Quoted price $480 Charged price $1100 At this point, I showed the blonde woman my confirmation which is below. At which point she dismisses me and says well that’s wrong and she explained that their systems were being upgraded last month which may be why we were able to make our appointment online. She said the website should have prompted us to call in and make a reservation however, it did not as you can see below. So we politely asked to speak to the manager in charge. The blonde employee immediately tells us that her boss is not available and that she’s in a meeting. By this time it’s 8:30 so we ask if we can just wait for her manager to conclude her meeting so that we can speak with her. The response we received was “no my manager cannot see you right now and here’s her card so if you want, you can email her. “ We explained that our appointment was set for 9 AM so we needed an answer and some understanding before that which is why we wanted to wait.. She then asked if we were evening staying at the hotel, to which we replied YES. Not sure why it would even matter though. Then the blonde employee snapped at us and told us that we were NOT A GOOD FIT and then she unilaterally cancelled our reservations all because we wanted an explanation as to why we were getting double charged for something that we were not quoted. She also threatened to call security. I am biracial, and my husband is black. The other couple with us is also biracial. We were the only people of Color in that were checking in that morning. I do not know what the QUA SPA employee meant by “not the right fit for us”- we took it as we weren’t the right color . QUA SPA ruined my anniversary and Vegas experience. When you list or quote price as a business you are supposed to honor it. When you fail to honor what you quoted and advertised it’s called DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES and FALSE ADVERTISING. See the confirmation below nowhere does it say that price is per person or that 2 reservations are needed. Caesars Palace is synonymous with Gordon Ramsay and Bobby Flay, and uphold the highest standards in experiences and costumer service. I never thought I would be discriminated at such an affluent place. (We did speak to the manager of CP -she did apologize and assured us CP does not uphold or tolerate that type behavior but she couldn’t do much) I know if this happened to us, it has probably happened to other people. This is your warning. I would absolutely appreciate if the general manager reached out regarding this incident.

This spa has been under renovation for over a year. Bought a day pass, and all of the steam rooms were closed. The last time I was there, the Roman baths were closed for renovation, but it doesn't look like anything was changed or updated. Actually, I almost cut my foot on a small ceramic tile in the hot tub when walking out of it. All of the tiles are falling off in the hot tub surround. The snack mix was tasty, and the Figi water was a plus. Make sure you ask for a discount since not all the amenities are open.

As a Las Vegas local I’ve been to many spas here, this was the worst one. The service was the horrible. My therapist was the only good thing about the whole experience. I didn’t even get one have a nice day… or thank you anything through both points of contact. Highly recommend going to any other spa to spend your money.

During our visit this morning to Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace, my family and I encountered several issues that marred our experience, highlighting serious deficiencies in both customer service and operational transparency. Upon check-in, we faced an unexpected problem. Although we had booked couples massages, the staff informed us that the system did not show all participants registered. When we explained that their online booking system did not prompt us to enter additional details, a staff member (a blonde-haired young woman, as name tags were not visible) remarked that it was "odd" and "weird," suggesting the website should have instructed us to call instead. We showed confirmation screenshots that detailed our booked services and prices, yet the discrepancy remained unresolved. The situation escalated when the staff member stated that due to the booking error on their system, our existing reservation needed to be cancelled and rebooked. This was done without any prior discussion of cost, which had unexpectedly doubled. The new price was only discovered after our card was charged and the receipt was issued—an oversight that was not made to the other couple with us until they proactively inquired after noticing a discrepancy in the charges. Requests for clarification were met with defensive responses, implying the fault was ours. This dismissive attitude persisted, prompting us to request a supervisor. Meanwhile, one of the staff attempted to discard the receipt showing the original quoted price, an action we noticed and halted. When the supervisor was purportedly in a meeting and unavailable, we were simply handed a business card and instructed to follow up via email. We expressed our preference to resolve the matter immediately, especially since our appointments were imminent. Regrettably, this request was also rebuffed. In an appalling turn of events, we were told that we were not a "good fit" for the spa, leading to the unilateral cancellation of our appointments. This judgment seemed to starkly contrast with the treatment of other guests and felt discriminatorily based on our family's racial background. This experience at Qua Baths & Spa not only disrupted our vacation but also left us feeling demeaned and undervalued. The lack of foresight to rectify booking errors, the inadequate explanations provided, and the ultimate refusal to service our appointments were all profoundly disappointing. Such customer treatment is unacceptable and should not be representative of the standards upheld by an establishment of your reputation. I urge Qua Baths & Spa to address these issues promptly, ensuring that no other guests experience similar treatment. — Proof can be provided —

Fantastic!

Hubby and I did the 100 minute massage and it was amazing. We arrived 3 hours early to enjoy the spa and the pools and amenities were top notch with any high end spa we've been to. I have a bit of a spa addiction and this has been one of my favorites so far.

May 05, 2024

I came here 12 years ago and returning was a let down. The sauna and steam room were closed.. the whole reason I booked. While I was discounted, hardly makes up for the sub pa experience. I as not impressed with the remaining amenities. The pools left me feeling filmy. Nothing was as I had remembered from my initial visit. Maybe covid era changed things? In 2024, there are several far more impressive spas on the strip to choose from. I don't plan to return.

May 05, 2024

Ordered a couple's massage online. Found out when we arrived you can only order a couple's massage via a phone call. Website does not say this. Our masseuse team were both available but they wouldn't give us a couple's room without re-booking for a larger room for an hour later on the spot and then upcharging us for a re-booking fee. The staff was more concerned with increasing the cost of the package than helping us out. Do not book off their website if you go here. It's a scam.

May 05, 2024

Stayed there in March for work and got a pedicure at the spa. Lasted less than one hour and cost $200 with the mandatory tip. The technician talked the whole time about her family which was extremely annoying as I really wanted just silence. The pedicure overall was adequate at best. Skip this one

May 05, 2024

The hours are ridiculous, the spa closes at 4:00 now. Also, after spending an outrageous sum for a day pass, most of the amenities aren't functioning properly and one can only use them for a maximum of 3 hours This used to be my getaway destination for strip spas, I'll never return. Others are available to utilize all day, and close at 8:00. People typically work during Qua's hours of operation.

Wonderful place, very friendly employees. Unfortunately, majority of clients were not very POC friendly.
