Tuvimos una mala experiencia con esta señora Francis que le quemo el pelo a mi hija trato de esconder el chistesito qué hizo pero cuando le dije que porqué le avía quedado así dijo que solo era un poco que no era mucho según uno va a rreglarse el cabello no aque te lo quemen o se caiga en pedazos eso si cobro el precio que era porqué dice que ese trabajo es muy caro se preocupó por su pago y no por pedir una disculpa tengan cuidado con quin van hacerse el pelo no vaya. A terminar con el pelo quemado mi hija llegando ala casa se puso a llorar de ver como le quedo el cabello nunca recomendaría un lugar donde se llevó 6 horas en ese trabajo mal echó .

I've been getting haircuts and hair color by Francis for many years since the salon was at Vine and Fountain. The first time Francis colored my hair, it was to correct a terrible job done at another salon. She fixed it so beautifully, and I have never been anywhere else since then. She and the owner are really nice.

Quality Hair Studio and the staff were amazing! My mom and I have been in need of haircuts for a long time, so we decided to check out this studio. Francis worked wonders on my mom's hair, giving her a beautiful cut and color that began the healing process for her damaged hair (which hadn’t been cut in nearly a decade). The result was phenomenal. Francis managed to remove most of the damaged hair and provided a treatment that made it look healthy and fantastic. Lydia (Lidia?) gave me a much-needed haircut. I had been growing my hair out for several years and hadn’t had a cut in about 1.5 years. Lydia skillfully shaped my long hair, maintaining its length while removing some much-needed weight. We are extremely grateful for the excellent service provided and will definitely be returning!

Been here and the old place vine and fountain since they open , some times I use the best barbershop or diferente haircut salon but none of them are professionals but Francisca or Gloria are just the best, Thanks lady’s a lot!! I be your customer for life!!

Francisca is amazing!!! 🤩🤩🤩 20/10 I love my new haircut and color, she went above and beyond! She was very patient, she took the time to understand what it is I wanted as my haircut, and made sure that my cut was even. Definitely recommend her!! Will be coming back to her for sure!

I came here as an emergency and schedule with Francisca to save my hair and boy she did!! The 3rd photo is an example of what I had asked for and did not receive at a different salon but she did above and beyond, my hair is not fried and I did the before on a Monday and redid my hair on Friday! It's still perfectly healthy and I love it

Francesca,is a very bad hair stylist,I want to warn everybody,not to go to this salon,I had other friends go to her also,she ruined there hair,also,beware,the salon is run,very poorly,I do not recommend this salon to anybody,the women does not know how to do hair,in fact,they need to be shut down,I give them 👎

Francisca" you ought to be ashamed of yourself, i gave you? 3 opportunities to do my hair proper" and this last time? what did you do? you burned my hair so bad! that its breaking - apart i will see to it, that your License with the board of cosmetology for the county of los angeles, Either gets revoked or suspended, your pathetic careless and have no understanding of what your Doing" i asked you for a certain color? You gave me the wrong color, and your response was sorry and can you come back at no additional charge, why would i even attempt to come back from san diego after i realized my hair got completely damaged from your complete unprofessional service of chemicals that was not even the correct blend of what i asked for, we have known you francisca for over 8 years? And all of a sudden you damage my hair" i have been to other salons, and yes when you have to use bleach their will be some damage, But this kind of damage was Done deliberately - careless profession of you Discussting, you even told me? when i was at the salon for the appointment, your hair has no damage? and that was with the color and Highlites Done by you from before, so how is it francisca that it just so happened that you Redone my hair and it got damaged, for 1, you did not need to use the bleach for the Highlites, they were still blond and fresh, and 2, you used the wrong toner when my wife told you not to at the time of the wash at the sink" if you were taking me as a punching bag for your own personal issues then guess what Francisca" im hoping you have plenty of money saved up? Because if my report with the board of cosmetology DONT work with proof,? then i will go along with the court, and i have the finest of attorneys that will win,

OK I don't know what kind of experiences other people have had but let me be clear... FRANCIS IS THE BEST IN THE HAIR GAME!!!! I have been coming to her for years... From my mohawk ALWAYS being laid, to her skills with the eye brow wax and her BRAIDS! She can braid better than these professional hair braiding salons. Everytime I get my hair done all people do all day is compliment my style. Francis is super professional and can do any texture of hair!!!! Don't question Quality Hair Salon, they are the best in the LA hair business!!!!

WOW! This is my third time coming to this place since the old salon I used to go to closed down and I love it here! I was scared at first because of the bad reviews I read but I gotta say it is definitely misleading because I got exactly what I wanted each time I came. if you’re looking for something affordable and good quality this is the spot!! It’s so close to my house too it’s kind of hidden in a plaza but I can’t believe I’ve been wasting my time going to other places haha honestly impressed👍🏼

hit and miss kinda place. the first time was great. I came back a week or so ago and she left my bangs super long and overall worse haircut I've ever had, I had to go back and get it corrected which I've never done.

Requested a medium/low fade, got a slightly uneven high and tight in the end. I had to speak up about it being really uneven before she finished. She was about to just let me walk out like that haha

I absolutely dislike this salon, had my hair and scalp destroyed by this place they had hired some lady with blue hair and she was just the worse she burned my hair with chemicals and left it feeling like broom. Worst experience of my life. Shortly after I had a friend also go not knowing my experience and also burned her hair. So if your planning on dyeing your hair at this salon just don’t do it!
