*** PICTURES ATTACHED OF POOR RETENTION - ONLY 2 WEEKS*** Terrible quality, would not recommend going. I showed reference pictures to Ayanna told her I wanted a cateye shape. She ended up doing a wispy set at the end. I did not say anything because they looked decent. That’s on me but the retention was awful. I found myself back in the studio in less than two weeks with Ayanna again. When she saw my lashes she asked me where I did them because she was shocked at the retention. I told her she did them less than two weeks ago and if she can just make them more cateye than wispy. She replied that my lashes weren’t cateye and she couldn’t do that.. even though she made them wispy in the first place when I asked for cateye.. She told me she’d have to charge me for the removal PLUS a whole new set even. This was very annoying since I did not get the lashes I first asked for (although on me for not saying anything) but then her being shocked with the quality and deliberately giving me a different style and charging me for both prices was very infuriating. I asked if she could just remove it since I was overall unhappy with my experience, she still wanted to charge for the $30 removal fee. I disagreed not wanting to waste more money at this place. I left and thankfully by the grace of God got my deposit. Very unprofessional. I did not get what I requested and was not able to compromise for a style I wanted when the retention was awful. Also, I’ve had lashes done several times and know the proper care. I did exactly what I’ve done when I’ve gotten lashes from other places that lasted a month so the error was not the care I provided. This location in the city has several other lashes places with better retention and similar or even cheaper pricing. Would not recommend ever going. (I am not one to write bad reviews.. especially on non food places but this was just an overall awful experience)

I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrows done by Ayanna! She was incredibly thorough and truly listened to my request for a natural look. I was impressed by the care and time she took to design them perfectly. I'm excited to explore other beauty techniques with her in the future. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience. I went here for the couples massage and mini facial. It is very clean and a nice relaxing atmosphere. I even got a personalized facial , the attention they pay to each customer is amazing. I will definitely be back soon, thank you so much

What a great experience! I booked a couples massage and mini facial to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend and the staff was very welcoming. The facility was very clean and the couples room felt like a warm and fuzzy bedroom with beautiful decor. I left their facility feeling 100% rejuvenated. Thank you Queen Beauty, I will definitely be back!

This is the best massage in NYC. Lilly is so good at what she does and really knows how to get all the tension out of your body. I get the 1 hour lymphatic massage. You will not be disappointed!

It’s been over a month since my lash lift with Queen Beauty Studio and every day I have been struggling to cover up and fix how my lashes were done. I’ve had many lash lifts done and this was my first bad experience—the curl form was not properly placed, leaving my lashes with different curls and lengths, and now my eyelash on the left are growing out crooked. Photo is directly after the process. I used Groupon and when I first came into the office, I thought Ayanna was going to do my lift, but she took in a last min walk-in instead and assigned staff who couldn’t communicate with me, Ayanna would check in time-to-time. It seemed from how Ayanna was guiding the staffer at the start and by the end that she was fairly new or unsure of how to do a lash lift. With all the great reviews, I can imagine how my experience may have been an anomaly, but I’m disappointed especially with how Ayanna and staff managed the issue when I had raised my concerns on the outcome to Ayanna at checkout—they dismissed my concerns and said “my lashes were different length” (they are not). I’m beyond frustrated by the outcome and the poor navigation of my concern, they could have offered to do a redo or to reverse the outcome but they didn’t.
