I experienced burns my intimate area from waxing at your salon at seattle. It was 2 days ago. After procedure, I had intense pain but not visible burns in that area. But yesterday my skin looks like sunburns, and today the skin coming off. My skin looks getting darker. I am really stressed. Is that normal? I never been experienced like this before

I have been going to Queen Bee Seattle for almost four years and have never been disappointed. My brows have never looked better - tint and shape all the way. The staff is welcoming and fabulous. I have also had several facials and always left in a better place with a glow on my skin. If you haven’t been yet, run and give it a try!!!

I recently had a facial treatment and waxing with Chlover, and it was amazing! The store has a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The facial was rejuvenating, and the massage that accompanied it was the best part of the experience—so relaxing! The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring my comfort throughout. I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend Chlover for a top-notch treatment!

I absolutely adore Queen Bee! The staff and services are truly exceptional. I've been seeing Nikayla for facials for the past few months, and I couldn't ask for a better experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and tailors each treatment to meet my skin's unique needs. I always leave feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The products are also fantastic—I'm especially fond of the Buzz Off Bumps pads. I highly recommend Queen Bee!

I went to this salon, DC did my wax, she was WONDERFUL. I have nothing negative to say about her, or her service. I booked another appointment, however, needed to cancel due to coming into contact with a contagion. The cancellation policy they attempt to enforce is contradictory to the cancellation policy that is on their website. Not only did I ask them if they were comfortable with me still coming in after being in contact with viral meningitis ( did not receive a response to this) I advised I still wanted the service just would need to change the date and time. Needless to say their accommodations are less than accommodating, they don't honor the cancellation policy that is posted, and it seems they are money hungry in the wrong fashion. I would have been a long term repeat client which would have generated the salon more and protected the livelihood of their staff more than the lousy $135 dollar cancellation fee they're trying to hit me with. What a shame!

I never thought a wax studio could feel like a second home, but here we are! Nikayla is the girl! It’s so rare to find someone who can make such a personal (and sometimes painful) experience feel totally normal. The front desk team is always so kind and even greets me by name the moment I walk in. It’s the little things that make all the difference and I'm thankful to be hair free in all the right places (plus get a lash lift ladies, you'll thank me later!)

I’ve been going to Queen Bee for years! I have loved every service I have ever had there, from the quick and easy parts to more intimate. Every person who has done a service on me there has been very welcoming and created a safe space for me. I have an extra special shout out to DC, who has been my main service provider. I would never feel as comfortable as I do without her presence, not to mention she’s fast and efficient.

First of all the energy here is all peace☮️, Love ❤️ and Beauty 🌺- I came for the perfect wax service but kept coming back for the blissful facials, carefully chosen products and now aesthetic services like Botox and medical weight loss. Such a lovely place, easy booking, clean, friendly & helpful staff & parking in garage or 30 min free!

This was the very first facial/massage I've ever gotten, and it was fantastic. As a guy, and a self conscious, heavier set one at that, I was pretty nervous. But they made me feel very welcome, and I didn't feel judged or uncomfortable whatsoever. Chlover was the one who took care of me and they did an amazing job. Great conversationalist, and an awesome facial massage. If I lived nearby, I would definitely go there again. Excellent.

I’ve been coming here and seeing Nikayla for almost a year now and I can honestly say that if it existed I would go through some sort of ceremony that tied Nikayla’s life to mine that way I wouldn’t have to find another waxer ever again. I would die a happy (and bald) woman. Truly I have never felt more comfortable with another waxer and every couple of months I keep adding something new to get done because I love her so much. 10/10 I recommend

Nikayla did my Brazilian wax and she did amazing!!! She was very gentle and took her time which I appreciate since I have sensitive skin. I regularly go to the Queen Bee in Culver City so I was happy to find one in Seattle and will definitely be back. Always a great experience, highly recommended both locations!

I've been going to Queen Bee for facials for over year now, and have been seeing Minorka for facials since she started. Let me tell you, my skin has NEVER looked better! Minorka is so sweet and knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns and always makes low-pressure suggestions, which I love! I am so glad that I've trusted her guidance because she's cleared pores that have been chronically clogged, helped me with my combination/aging skin, and addressed some very stubborn blemishes. Plus, the site is so posh! The decor feels like a fab little get away (you MUST see the gorgeous wall paper in the bathroom!), and I love picking up candles or locally-made earrings for my friends (and myself!) while I'm sipping on water before or after services.

I was lucky enough to find this hidden gem just a few moments away from where I work - the staff was lovely, helpful, and, frankly, fun to talk with! They helped me to get settled, and Audrey, who did my facial, was kind and very informative. The facial itself was great, and I noticed a difference in my skin's clarity by the next day. I was very impressed with the inside of Queen Bee Salon as well; the decor was very cute, and the space was very clean and well-maintained. Would recommend checking this place out for anyone looking for a little escape in the city!

I’m a night nurse and was looking forward to this appointment but they decided to cancel the appointment while I was sleeping before a shift. Didn’t have an opportunity to respond and woke up to disappointing news, take your money to a place that respects healthcare workers. Front desk was very apologetic of the situation but seriously allow for appropriate time to respond rather than cancel appointments outright

I’ve never had a faster, easier, painless brazilian. If you’re like me and would rather do literally anything else, Queen Bee is welcoming and kind and so so good at what they do. Whitney was my waxer and I also got an amazing facial with Nikayla, who also gave me some great advice about products to try. Finally, a wonderful lash lift with Jay. This place is fantastic!!!

This was the best Brazilian experience I’ve ever had! I’m visiting from out of town and have been to many different salons but have never had an aesthetician as knowledgeable and comforting as Nikayla. She also did a spray tan for me and was very thorough and sensitive given I had just gotten a wax. I wish you guys were in New York! So unbelievably impressed and recommend to everyone!

Queen Bee was such an amazing salon! I saw Jay, and she was so thorough with my eyebrow waxing and asked me many questions so she could get my eyebrows just right!! I loved how thorough she was, and I love my eyebrows!! Will def go back!
