Expired nail polish, they don't have anything to dry your nails properly, they dont listen to what you want, very poor quality nail salon. There are easily much better options for nails in NY

I have been going to the spa religiously for three years. A wonderful value in an upscale and clean environment with impeccable service for every treatment rendered. I love the ladies here and everything about what they have to offer. Highly recommended as I look forward to my next visit!

I never write reviews but I can’t begin to tell you how amazing Queen Jane Spa is. I have been to a number of spas and received many deep tissue massages. No one does them better than Lin. Her hands are magic and I always feel amazing afterwards. Highly recommend, book now you will not regret it!

I will never utilize services with Queen Jane Day Spa again. I spent $600.00 this month alone and when the entire services could not be completed in a timely fashion "they" wanted to charge me a cancellation fee! I objected and then received a credit. Upon using I was informed I could not get the additional 20% off that was honored for the initial package that was PREPAID and they proceeded to add an additional $23.00 onto a $59.00 credit for a shellac Mani and regular Pedi. $82.00! This was unacceptable customer etiquette. Did I mention during the hour massage the masseuse talked the entire time about her "baby daddy" who cheated and how she cheated to get back at him and so on.........unreal! Also the eyelash extensions began to fall off several hours later. When I went back the following day the response was "oh, so sorry". I felt totally cheated.

Second visit to Queen Jane Spa and it was once again a pleasant experience. I felt very energized and relaxed after the Swedish massage with the Dead Sea Salt Scrub and will definitely return to try the many other services available. This was the best recommendation of a Spa I've received and couldn't been more thankful.

I was a standing client for two years. I got facials the same time every week every month. I regularly bought spa packages and friends to the spa. As a loyal customer how was I rewarded? They decide to change my appointment without my consent. Then when I dont show up I get charged $200 and then they let my balance expire without notification. No reason to ever come here with that kind of "customer service"
