My teenage daughter loves going to Tia. She refuses to go to any other stylist for her blowouts. Tia communicates when appointment times may need to be changed instead of just canceling on us like other stylist have done in the past. I highly recommend Queen Hair Studio!

I want to start by saying that Tia is absolutely amazing! If you're looking for a stylist with old-school values and is up to date with modern looks, she's that girl. She welcomed me warmly and got started right away. As she was working on my hair, she explained every step and the products she was using. While I was waiting under the dryer, she offered me snacks and something to drink, which was really thoughtful. After the appointment, she told me about her point card program and what I could expect for my next hairstyle. She even showed me the products I needed to maintain my hair when I ran into her at the hair store later that day. I felt truly appreciated and cared for, and it was the best experience I've had in a long time. Tia's salon has a cute and girly vibe, with music playing to set the mood. I felt so relaxed throughout the entire appointment. And the best part? You don't even need to come in with washed and blow-dried hair, she takes care of everything. Tia is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients' hair. I highly recommend booking with her - you won't be sorry!"

Do not go to her she let my daughter down on her birthday she can't braid she braided my hair and it came out in 2 days. Un professional un reliable she don't answer her phone . And she over charges people.

Queens Hair Studio is conveniently located on the bus line in Swissvale by the Swissvale Plaza. The hair salon is near my home so it is not a far commute to get there. The atmosphere of the shop is modern and family friendly. They also offer a variety of hair care and hair style services. After work I decided to get my eyebrows waxed. Tia welcomed me into the shop and despite her styling someone’s hair with me running a few minutes later than normal, she was able to sit me in a chair with no long wait. She learned how I like my eyebrows done so she waxed them perfectly! She was gentle when applying the wax but did the right amount to neaten and smooth out my thick eyebrows along with tweezing away the small stray hairs. Once she was finished , she handed me the mirror to glimpse at the results. She waxed them just the way I preferred, and honestly better than the other shops. She touched my eyebrows up with moisture by adding Almond Oil to ensure that I don’t experience dryness. The cost of her services are quite affordable for the community also. Eyebrow waxing costed me $7, so I left a tip to show my gratitude. This shop is highly recommended and I will be going back!!!
