Went in to get my nail fixed and the guy did such a crappy job he didn’t prime my nail and he used a nail polish light to dry acrylic to hurry up and get me out of there and after he was done he didn’t check to see if both nails match and now I have one that’s longer and thicker then the other then said “why didn’t you say something” like first of all, I was on my phone. I didn’t even realize until he was done second of all that’s his job to make sure that it looks good and is even.!!!!

My daughter and I both came in for full sets. Was worried they wouldn't be able to do the designs we wanted and were blown away! Our nails look amazing and we couldn't be more pleased. First time I've gotten my nails done anywhere and they came out perfectly. Will most definitely be back!

Sadly, I just just left Queen Nails after giving them a second chance to fill my nails. The service was terrible once again. I will never go back.

I made an appointment at 2 and sat in the chair until I was seen 40 minutes later. My pedicure was rushed. I come here quite often but today was one of the worse experiences. I probably won’t be returning.

I’m so disappointed I showed him aka John the picture and my nails look nothing like the picture I got them done last week and my nails are so ugly and I always go to queens to get my eyebrows and toes done but this is just ridiculous and they hurt !

Worst place possible Sent my girlfriend to this nail salon to get her nails done we are new to the area and she wanted to relax spent 80$ for nails in photo and some toes that I would not even post they called the police on us and said we walked out with out paying (as said by the police officer) we have the bank statements two females were extra rude in the back room laughing and pointing after she complained about the “nail tech” sipping a drink in her face she called me crying because of how rude they were she got bounced around by 3 nail techs that don’t have any type of certification posted or visible for customers to see the “manager” kept putting his hands on me when I got there to get me out the store I asked for the manager or owner to speak to me only one man knew English he gave me a fraudulent number the other man was rude and used foul language and a attitude the whole time they would not remove the nails they put on and gave her no other choice but to pay for a incomplete service would never recommend business here at this location

made a appointment day before got there 10 early no problem to wait the 10 minutes until my appointment time took a non appointment person ahead of me no problem as i was early and there was 4 workers waited 15 minutes after my appointment and still no one was available to assist me finally walked out won’t make that mistake again

Horrible pedicure ever and then I get outside to notice he painted one toe a different color. Oh and absolutely no massage which is why I pay for more expensive one

Got my nails done for my birthday the day before and the next day I had already lost two nails.. they just popped right off and needless to say the rest were soon to go. Nails were way overpriced, and the guy doing my nails was very rude. So mad I wasted my money there. Never going back.

I do not ever enjoy writing bad reviews but the customer service wasn’t the best and super uncomfortable experience, felt like i couldn’t ask for anything i wanted and when I did the guy doing my pedi seemed annoyed … prob won’t be back … 😩very rushed service 🫣..

They're amazing with nail designs. Photo attached. But I only like the places which use new nail files and buffers on each client. I didn't see them sanitize any of the cuticle equipment at all. The prices are not expensive, and the staff was courteous.

This place is great Emily did an awesome job on my nails!!!
