I been living in El Paso for a little over 4 years and I would have to say this is by far the best nail salon I been to. Queens Nail Spa is a very relaxing place with excellent customer service. I got to the nail salon early since I had a Walmart pick up and Helen took me in right away. She did amazing on my pedicure and went as far as shaping them all evenly. Many nail salons are always rushed and don’t care to shape them neatly, but Helen took her time on my toes. I like that the place has different variety in pricing and pedicures for whether you want something fast or a spa treatment. Helen made me feel right at home. I can finally say I found my place to go. I truly recommend this place. :)

Love this place and my nails look sooo cute!! Complementary drinks, and I’m here for it! Try the Vietnamese coffee it’s so bomb 💣 I got a French tip on my pedicure and the massage was so relaxing,will come again and again !

I will never return. The older gentleman has always been very aggressive. When I went three weeks ago, I had a cut on one of my fingers and asked him to be careful not to hurt me when doing my nails. He took out a little tube. I told him that I did not want him to put anything on my cut, and that I wanted to see what the little bottle was. He refused to show me and then poured superglue on my cut. I later grabbed the bottle and figured out it was superglue. I was very unhappy, but went back again anyway. This time he asked me who I was going to vote for. I usually don’t want to talk politics with people I don’t know because it can get heated. Unfortunately, I caved and told him. It wasn’t who HE is going to vote for. He basically told me that I was stupid and that all women give men so many problems and that women are such liars. This time I did get angry. I asked him if all the women that he works with are liars, which he did not answer. Also told him that most of his clientele are women and that i could not understand why he would want to work in an industry of mostly women if we are such stupid liars. He totally lost his tip and lost me as a client. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. We women pay his salary with our business … so I’m going to show him how smart I am and take my business elsewhere.
