Tiffany is the best! I highly recommend her for manicure (powder/gel/tips etc.). Her work is very clean, detailed and organized. She is also very caring and hospitable. Overall the people here are kind and prices are fair. Thanks Tiffany💕

Stay away unless you want to bleed. Literally broke my cuticles with the driller and did the worst nails I've gotten in my life!

The color I choose is not the same as on the book. I have arthritis in my hands and the nail technician ( Amy) was very impatient with me for not being able to bend my fingers the way she wanted, however the lady who did my pedicure ( Nina) was excellent and tried to help with the color of my nails by adding a layer of gel to try and correct the color but just ended up making my nails look bulky.

Hannah & Kelly are THE BEST! They carefully listen to what my mom (Kelly) wants and, at times has told my mom that what se wants may not look great & made recommendations that turn out amazing! Hannah is very patient & works VERY HARD to make sure she's heard, & done what I walked in wanting, & that I leave happy, not just with the service but with my nails, toes & eyebrows! My mom & I recommend BOTH HANNAH & KELLY!

God forbid you very NICELY say you don’t like something on your nails. The tech will give you attitude and then start talking Vietnamese with coworkers. Doesn’t matter how nice you are about it, they get upset as if you (the customer) can’t ask to fix or change something. Techs rush through your nails and are not friendly.

I got here today at 11:13 AM and was told it was a 30 min wait . It is 1:04 pm and I was still waiting .horrible customer service . My only day off that I needed some me time and was spent waiting . Please don’t lie about your waiting time . That is not cool

These three stars are purely for Tiffany who did an amazing job with my nails. I’m picky about my gel manicures and this manicure is one of the better ones I’ve had. The salon itself was dirty. Nail dust is everywhere on everything, I was leaning against a counter and when I walked away there were lines of white dust on my black shirt. I picked up a ring of the gel nails and there was dust all over it. The hand towels had various stains, but I can get over that. The worst part was that when the guy at the front began to do my nails, I noticed the towel had finger nail clippings on it from a previous customer. The guy simply folded the towel over to cover up the nail clippings but I could still see one poking out, it was disgusting. I asked if he could bring a fresh towel and he got up without a word a put a new towel right on top of the old one. Like I said, Tiffany did a great job with my nails and if I’m in the area again in a pinch I would go just because I know I’d get a good manicure. But I hope they would’ve cleaned up by then. And if the guy who began doing my nails in the beginning is the owner I would hope he has more pride in the level of service and experience he’s providing for his customers. For starters, cleanliness goes a very long way.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place, the owner who is always sitting in the front desk, of course running credit cards and taking cash is always changing the prices of the services, is like he makes them up, I’ve been there a couple of times until I realized he charged me differently every time, he doesn’t have a set price, he only cares about the money and not the customers, this place is way overpriced, too expensive for the service they do, because is not even that good, and they all talk in Vietnamese with each other while looking at customers, Go somewhere else he doesn’t deserve your hard earned money! I found another place that treat there customers very nice the service is great do beautiful nails and the price is always the same!

Tiffany is the BEST! I have been a loyal client of hers for years and her work is immaculate. I have tried countless other salons as I live an hour away and no one compares to her. Very professional, quality work at reasonable prices. She also goes the extra mile to fit me in while I’m in town. Tiffany is amazing and I recommend her to all of my friends and family.
