I recently moved and made an appointment at this salon. The lady (I am assuming the owner) who answered the phone was extremely nice. She had wonderful customer service and got me in the day and time I wanted, no problem. I was a little taken back upon entering the salon, as it is very outdated. However, I told myself that the way it looked didn’t matter, so long as the service was good. I arrived about 10-15 minutes early, and was still taken back immediately. Those are the reasons for the two stars that ARE given. For the ones that aren’t…there was zero cuticle oil used during my pedicure. It felt semi rushed, but my manicure felt even more rushed, as the technicians next appointment arrived so it felt as if my service no longer mattered. What really sucks is that I received my services last Thursday (three days ago) and my polish on my toes has already chipped, my feet feel rougher than they did coming in, all of my toes are peeling on the bottom all of a sudden, along with my nails looking dull, not painted fully, and my skin is peeling all around my fingers. Save your money, drive the extra 20 minutes, and go see my friends at Daisy Nails by South Elm in Greensboro.

Yesterday was my 2nd time going here and I won’t be going back. Pretty sure my finger is becoming infected, it started to feel a little painful that same evening and now it’s red. I realized about halfway through having my old polish removed that she appeared to be saving the foil she used to remove my polish? No telling how many other people that had been used on.

I recently visited Queen Nails for an SNS French manicure and I am extremely disappointed with the results. The quality of the service was subpar and the end product was far from what I expected. There were multiple issues with my manicure. The polish and powder were sloppily applied and covered my cuticles, making the manicure look messy and unprofessional. Additionally, there were noticeable air bubbles trapped within the top coat, further detracting from the overall appearance. The most frustrating part was that the nails were uneven and not level, making them look misshapen and unrefined. I would not recommend this shop for SNS manicures. The lack of attention to detail and the poor quality of the service left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. On top of that, it was $60. I am very unhappy with my experience and will not be returning to this salon.

Not happy. I told him I needed nail glue and he said that the gel would bind it. It didn't it split. Got sand sized grain on nails. Chrome polish was sloppy. Had him several times. He rushes, does not take his time. Sloppy work. Never going back

I have been looking for a good nail salon forever, and I was suggested queens nails by a friend. These are by far the best set of nails I have ever had. Julie did the best job and truly cared about the quality of her work and if I liked them! They were so friendly and quick as well! I definitely recommend!

First and last time coming here. Very unwelcoming from the very beginning. The tech barely wanted to ask about what services I wanted and was very short in communication. Very rude! I’ll spend money elsewhere. Do NOT WAIST your time or money here. I left and got Zero service as the hospitality was a negative !

I started going here a couple of months ago and will not be returning. I would get a pedicure and full set/ fill ins. So when I got the full set, the lady seemed to be in a hurry and did not cut my nails down or make sure that the tips she put on my nails were a good fit. I went back within a week because there were gaps between my nail and the Acrylic and i was concerned about water getting in there and creating fungus. The guy said they could only put nail glue in there to seal it because my nails should have been cut down before applying the tips. The last visit, I asked for an ombre color that I had seen posted by another customer. The color I received looked nothing like the picture and was dull. She asked if I wanted glitter before she was finished and i said no thank you because I didn't know it would be dull. When she was finished I told her it looked dull, she told me to wash my hands. I did and it still looked dull. I asked then could she add the glitter because I wanted to try to salvage the nails. She said they would be too bulky and thick because I had gel polish. So I paid and left. I got home and realized that the lady who did my eyebrows waxed a random spot in the middle of my brow creating a random hole. Every time I went there, I spent well over $100 and tipped, even the last time when I was not happy. But when I left I not only had to deal with not liking the dull color but my nails were not shaped correctly. So I left there, on my birthday, and cried in the car about how terrible they looked and decided I'd never go back. if there is no concern to make sure the customer is satisfied when it's clear they are not happy with the service, I'm wasting my time and money going there. Lastly, when I soaked the nails off, I did have fungus under two nails due to the hurried job she did. I have been there a few time but this last time was my last time. The customer service was not good. No one said anything to me other then pick a color. The lady that did my pedicure rushed .. I know she was finished in less then 20mins. She didn’t say one word to me. I will not be back

I paid $90 for a mediocre gel manicure and pedicure. I'm pretty sure they gave me a "special" pedicure even though I did NOT ask for one and didn't want one. There are flies and spiders all over this salon and it is absolutely disgusting. It's disappointing because it's the closest one to my house. I will gladly travel 30+ minutes from now on for better service.

I was in town visiting and decided to stop in for a quick mani pedi. I wanna start by saying the salon is beautiful, the staff is very courteous, they take walk-ins and my nails came out gorgeous. However, the prices are steep. My bill came to $70. Where I'm from a gel manicure and regular pedicure never comes to more than $50. So that was a bit of a shock. But honestly if I were back in town I would stop in again because the experience was so nice and like I said before, the nails came out beautiful.

I went for a pedi and wax. The business was clean and professional; the staff was welcoming. I was able to walk in and sit right at the pedicure bowl; that was a huge bonus for me! The nail tech did a fabulous job on my feet and waxing. She was gentle and knew her way around the nooks and crannies lol. If not for requesting a bit more foot pressure during the massage, I would have given 4 stars.

The pedicure process was relaxing and enjoyable. My only issue was when the bill came. My bill was $55 and there was no explanation as to why this was. Looking at the price list, ‘luxury pedicures’ were priced at $50 and $60, and both included wine, which I did not receive.
