I had the best experience at Queen Nails Spa! From start to finish, the service was flawless. My nails look absolutely gorgeous — the technician paid such great attention to detail, and I could tell they really care about their work. The salon was clean, sanitized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I felt pampered the entire time! The quality of the manicure is top-notch, and my nails look perfect. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I’ll be returning for sure! Highly recommend!

First time customer. This is my regular gel mani after 1 day after getting out of the shower. No heavy duty work. Two nails chipped and two lifting. This was done by Nancy. I feel that she should have taken more time to ensure that the polish was fully cured and not excessively thick around the edges, which is where the peeling occurred. It was the fastest mani I can recall having. They offered to have me come back in but I could not make it there today and leaving town soon. A credit for next time was offered but I doubt I'll be back. My confidence in their workmanship is shattered. This salon came highly recommended by a friend and I'm sure they do great work most of the time. This just wasn't one of those times unfortunately.

Always a wonderful experience with these queens. I have had the pleasure of working with almost all of them. When I first moved here, they were of the first to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend. Very welcoming, calming space, great people, kind service.

I Absolutely loved my experience here at Queen Nail Spa!!!! Dee & Monica mi Amigas serviced my boyfriend and I and they were so kind!! We laugh we joked All while making our feet look amazing!! We got in after 4pm on a Sunday and they still saw us even though they close at 5. We Will Definitely be Back and We will request Dee and Monica every time!!

I treated myself to a gel manicure and pedicure at this salon, and I’m grateful to the technician for their meticulous attention to detail. Not only did they ensure my nails looked stunning, but my gel manicure stayed chip-free and flawless for over a month—far longer than I expected! If you want long-lasting, gorgeous results, this is the place to go. 10/10 recommend!

I walked in and was taken care of by Anna. She was a lovely lady who did a wonderful job on shaping my nails so my hands don’t look like chicken feet. Cuticle work and nail polish application was on point! Thank you Anna for the great job done! I do recommend this nail salon.

Tried the dipping powder for the first time and I'm blown away! My nails are incredibly strong and the color looks vibrant. The process was quick and easy too. Definitely my new go-to.

AWFUL nail experience. Asked for acrylics and instead the lady GLUED nails on. Causing bleeding and my natural nails to be ripped off about a week and a half later. She even placed them on the wrong spot. Definitely not worth it! See pictures!

I love queen nail spa in Cary! Nancy and her husband Tony are so sweet and talented. Nancy is so funny. She did my nails for my wedding, she gave me extras and add-ons just for being a nice person. Annie did my pedicure and she was great too!

Called in the morning and made an appointment. Showed up on time and was told they were short staffed was asked to wait 15 minutes.. which turned into 45 with no end in sight. I just walked out. Why even let people book appointments? Or why say it will only be 15 minutes when you really mean an hour+?
