I recently got my nails done- gel x. One nail popped off within 2 days. I went back In and they fixed that nail. Now exactly two weeks from when I got my nails done, another nail popped off. This last gel x I received, there was something wrong. I paid $100 for these nails And they are not lasting even 2 weeks. I don’t even know what to say at this point.

The first time I went here was great! I got an acrylic set and they were wonderful. The second time I went was unfortunately a bit unpleasant. I got gel x and the nail tech was a quite rough and did some damage to my nails. I’m not sure if she was maybe a new nail tech, but I got the feeling she might’ve not known how to apply gel x. She drilled with a little too much pressure at the wrong angle causing divots on my all of my nails. The worst being my thumb. There was also so much gel x under the fake nail that she applied on each finger and she used nail sizes that did not match the size of my nails. The final result didn’t look like the inspo pic I showed her at the beginning either which was a bummer. I would not recommend getting gel x from here at least from the nail tech I had. My sister got gel x and it was done by a guy there and he did a great job! My sister came with me both times and her nails/experience was lovely. I’ve attached pictures for others to see and also the amounts I paid for my nails and my sisters.

Top quality service! Leaving a review for my mother since she loves supporting good new businesses. Her friends told her about Queen Spa at a Riverside; to get the manicure and foot massage. She loves this place now! The owner is nice, sweet. Her team was awesome. Environment was clean and comfortable. I'll come back for a foot massage myself next time. Hopefully they can handle my sasquatch feet.🦶🦍. Would definitely comeback and recommend this place friends and family.

I was delighted to find that my experience with this new location of Queens Spa was just as wonderful as I have always had with the Lamar location! My nails are perfect and Stella did an amazing job!! I asked for espresso chrome with tips and that’s exactly what I got. I’ll never go anywhere else!

This place is great! Richard is beyond amazing! He is the most detail oriented nail tech I have ever had. He is so kind and gets to know his customers while also making sure they are comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be back!

Always a great experience at Queen Spa on Riverside. Richard and Will took care of my gel pedicure and dip manicure with cat eye polish and both came out great. Highly recommend 10/10.

I had THE most amazing experience with my nail tech, Richard! He was HILARIOUS and I had such an amazing comfortable time with him doing my nails! I had a feeling that I was going to get proposed to, and these are the nails that lasted 3.5 WEEKS!!!! Perfect since I didn’t know when it was going to happen, and he suggested the perfect timeless design for my special occasion! 3.5 weeks, no chipping, made me feel beautiful, and I left it all up to him — and he CRUSHED IT! 💖🫶 I highly recommend requesting Richard L. as your nail tech! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going to the S Lamar location for about two years now, so I was so excited to see them open Riverside since it’s closer to me! I honestly always book with anyone because I know I can trust this salon, and I leave happy every time. Prices are great too, and if you’re looking for more intricate designs you’ll definitely be able to get them done here. Can’t say enough good things about Queen Spa!

I recently had my first pedicure, ever, at Queen Spa, and I’m genuinely impressed. Amy is a total pro—she worked her magic on my feet like she was crafting a masterpiece. From the exfoliating scrub to the perfectly shaped nails, it was clear she knows exactly what she’s doing. She was so good, I almost considered booking a second round just for the foot massage alone. My feet have never felt this relaxed or looked this good. And here’s where things got even better—Richard stepped in to help as the translator. Since I don’t speak Amy’s language, Richard made sure we were on the same page the whole time, which made everything run super smoothly. His calm, friendly vibe made the whole experience feel easy and laid-back, and Amy and Richard really worked together as a team to make sure I was comfortable. Honestly, it was like watching a well-rehearsed routine—Amy doing her thing with the nails and Richard making sure I was kept in the loop. The whole experience was top-notch, and I left feeling like I was walking on air. If you're a guy looking for a solid, no-nonsense pedicure with a side of great service, Amy and Richard are your dream team. My feet have never been in better shape, and I’ll definitely be back.

My nails look stunning and flawless every time! Amazing technicians, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and they make me feel very comfortable here. One thing that makes them special is how throughout the process, they ask you how things are looking and if you want anything changed. They have also coached me on nail health and types of manicures. I've tried a few different services and love every single one! Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Richard, the Picasso of pedicures, turned my hobbit-like toes into tiny works of art. I walked in with feet that could scare away a stray cat and left feeling like Cinderella at the ball. He worked his magic with such focus, you’d think he was defusing a bomb. Every detail was perfection—he even complimented my color choice like it was the Mona Lisa of nail polish. And let me tell you, when he pulled out the foot scrub, I swear I heard angels singing. 10/10 would trust him with my toes—and maybe even my taxes if he offered.
