My daughter and I went to do our nails and I was completely unsatisfied with both of ours. Given that my daughter is only 5 all she did was a gel polish which cost me $27. The man that did hers did not do what we asked (we asked for white polish with a red and pink heart on each nail) all he did was one pink heart. Also, her nails began to chip the next day! I did a gel French manicure and when I go to other spas it will last me at-least 2 weeks with no chips! It’s been two days and my nails are chipping. I will never go here again, very disappointed!

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. My appointment was early evening on 9/26/24. By the next morning I had a nail lifting and the morning after that acrylic had chipped off another nail. I went out of town early morning on the 27th so there was nothing I could do. I also couldn't help notice the nail color appeared to be different than what I chose. This was more of a peachy color and not the pink I had chose. When I came back into town on 9/30/24 I called the shop right away. The gal that was to fix all these issues was so unbelievably unprofessional and rude!!! Loudly talking on her phone laughing and carrying on, on a video call. She managed to barely fix the chipped nail and the nail that had lifted and tried to fix the thumbnail which you can see in the pictures is clearly a hot mess. She grabbed the color that I was to get days prior, painted three of the nails that color but left all the other ones the other color. She proceeded to tell me that by morning (meaning today) the nail color would change and match my other nails!!! Really!!?? Big surprise... My nails didn't change color overnight!!! Go somewhere else, go anywhere else. Don't make the same mistake I did by going to the shop

One star & only because I can’t do zero stars:( I went for a girls day to get my nails done. We tried Queen Bee because it was close to home. Tina started out with scolding me for a nail that was broken and then preceded to tell me my nails were thin and ugly. All the other nails places I have went to have always loved my nails and told me how pretty they were. Tina was extremely rough with my nails and cut the inside of my nail on two different fingers and acted like she didn’t do it. When I told her I wanted oval nails she made them square and then when I corrected her she walked off and I told her she wasn’t listening to me. She came back and fixed them and then had them painted with all the coats within 5 minutes. She painted them so fast now they are thin and flimsy and had my nails done before my two girlfriends even had theirs started to paint and we all started at the same time. The whole time she was laughing at me and ignoring me all while talking to the nail tech next to me about me. When I went up to the front desk to tell them she cut me twice they blew me off and send me right back to Tina and Tina didn’t care at all. When her nail tech told her she didn’t get a tip, she laughed and shrugged her shoulders. I will NOT be going back and will NEVER recommend them to anyone and I have a lot of girlfriends that get their nails done. We will be taking our business elsewhere as they are rude and unkind and do not care about customer satisfaction.

They Suck here ! They told me over the phone it would be 40 and I told them exactly what I was going to want but when I was charged a lady name Linda charged me 55 and I did the most simple fills smh and the expected a tip with cash only after so after tip it was $65. This place i don't recommend at all! I explained what I wanted my nails to look like she did the wrong color and when I told her that's not what I wanted she said no that's what you wanted smh this place is ridiculous so I over paid for what I didn't ask for.

I had a Queen Bee pedicure which included leg scrub and massage, even hot towels. I think provider was Wendy. She was excellent!

Was shown such hospitality, got checked in right away , I had daisy and she was so gentle and sweet she made sure I was okay during the whole session, definitely will be going back to her.

Queen Bee Nail Salon is not what it used to be. There is no one at the front desk to facilitate the client check in. It is done electronically. Then you wait for someone to acknowledge that a customer is waiting and needs information about how long it will take for a technician to be available etc. The staff is not very friendly or accommodating to their customers. I have been going to Queen Bee for over 20 years and they don’t value their customers. I’ll go where the customer is treated more graciously and kindly. I understand if they don’t have the staff but good customer service requires a smile and some graciousness goes a long way.

I made an appointment today (pedicure) and mentioned I was on my lunch break (1 hour) when I arrived to my appointment they were already ready for me. Daisy was my technician and she was sweet and did a great job! she was also quick and I was able to pick something up for my lunch on the way back to work. would recommend and will be back!

BAD BUSINESS! I went in to get callus remover (only). Their list of prices said $5. I thought-perfect... When I got done (in less than 5 minutes), they told me it would $18 (without tip)! If that's not the price, then they should tell people up front & change their list of prices! In the future, I will be going somewhere else.... On another occassion, I got my nails done there with my mom. She asked the price for what she wanted in advance, & they doubled what they quoted her (& we had not added any "add-ons"). Then, they tried to act like they don't understand English. I think they understand money & prices are their list perfectly fine. They obviously like to rip people off.

Does a great job on pedicures, but not at all with nails. It’s a pretty salon with great staff, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a nail set.

Got a deluxe manicure and pedicure. Depending on who you get with this place. It's a hit and miss. Luckily I got a good manicure lady. This time. My pedicure lady rushed the process. I would recommend Donna for a pedicure. And Kelly for a manicure.

I came here with my bonus daughter to get manis and pedis. She loved it. She very specifically wanted her nails French tip with flowers and even though she has very small hands and fingernails they were able to make it happen for her. We came in without appointments on a Monday around 5 (note: they stop taking walk-ins after 530) and only had to wait about 10 minutes. We loved our experience and we will be coming back again.

My nails I asked for colored acrylic they didn’t tell me they didn’t have it until they started doing my nails. Then I got a pedicure and they showed me the pricing and when she got finished the price was doubled she charged me $71 for just the pedicure that didn’t include my nails. I will not be going back to get a pedicure. That was a complete rip off.

Queen bee nails is the best nail salon in Fresno! They have the most modern massage chairs, excellent & attentive staff, pretty good about walk ins, but always best to call ahead on the weekends. Supplies & colors are always stocked, towels are always clean and free of stains & build up. There just isn’t enough good things to say about this place! Linda & Jenny are my favorite for a fill & pedi combo 😍
