I was a last minute appointment today, and Lan was able to fix my nails that looked awful. She did a lovely job with the builder gel and kept my nails looking natural which is exactly what I wanted. I could also hear from the woman next to me that she was extremely happy with her nails, and she got an intricate design and some gems for Valentine’s Day. They were also beautiful.

Excellent mani/Pedi. Everyone seems very good at what they do. Beautiful nail salon and very clean. Nice amenities such as hot tea. Lots of parking available.

I went for getting Gel-X extensions and Lan was great at her work. She was very kind and patiently listening to my requests. I really enjoyed my time and would definitely visit again.

I came here as a walk in for a pedicure. I signed in and was seated right away. The pedicure chair is nice and comfy. I'm am a male 6'3 and the chair was perfect. Tammy greeted me and showed me the pedicure packages. I selected the one I thought i wanted but Tammy was sweet and recommend one package up that included massage of the legs. She brought me a tiny cup of warm water and candy before starting which was cute. Just a heads up they do not have champagne. I know I know... but the place is still amazing. Very clean and comfy. Tammy started my pedicure and as always I started to dose off. Then Tammy and I stayed talking and she had me laughing the entire time. Her talking to me did not impact her doing an amazing job on my pedicure at all. I enjoyed the convo and she did such an amazing job. She joked about giving me pretty nail polish but she opted for the shiny buffer instead. Which has my nails still shining 2 months later. When I go back I definitely will only be requesting Tammy

I was referred here by a friend over a year ago and have been driving from Fremont ever since, because they’re just that good! Everyone is talented, professional, and friendly. MYOLIE did my nails today, and my nails look even better than my reference photo. Highly recommend!

The place is very clean and the staff is so friendly but my nail polish started peeling off less than a week after I had my manicure and also, under that natural light, I noticed it wasn’t done very good.

Debated for quite a while whether to leave this review because I previously loved this place and was a regular. They are quite expensive, but I felt like their quality, efficiency, and clean environment usually justified the premium. My latest manicure left me with fungus or mold growing under the dip powder… when one of the acrylic nails fell off I saw the fungus and was absolutely disgusted and appalled. I took off the rest of the nails to find 7 nails out of 10 had the fungus/mold growing… It’s been at least a week of disinfecting constantly with vinegar, alcohol, over the counter treatments but it’s still visible and embarrassing. Photo is how dark the mold still is after days of treatment. Guess I’m done with manicures for a while EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM THE BUSINESS: The fact that you’re trying to imply I caused the fungus instead of taking responsibility has sealed the deal that I’ll never return to your salon despite being a regular for years. I was also trained as a nail technician and have had consistent manicures pretty much for over a decade and have never encountered this problem. I would venture to say it was not my hygiene that was the issue. I saw your nail tech use tools they just used on someone else without cleaning, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Disgusted by the lack of care for customers, let alone previously loyal ones.

If i could give less than a star i would do it! I had my nail extensions done here. I had a plan to go to alaska and asked them for northern lights theme on my nails, i even showed them a reference picture. The lady doing my nails doesn’t know how to do it. She called the owner and she came there showed her a nail which didn’t turn out to look like what i asked though. But, since they were in a hurry i was okay with that. Within two days the color on my nails started to peel off but since i was on a vacation i called her after i returned hime maybe after 8days. The lady was telling it’s quite normal for the nail color to peel off if you don’t maintain properly. I always keep my nails for atleast 2months and this never happend to me. I even had pain on two of my fingers . When i called she told she can’t refund my amount but she can fix it. But, when i walked in after 2days and asked her to remove my nails she was not willing to that. Worst customer service and the owner was too arrogant . And all the nails look like they are about to come off look ar the corners . And this is within a week This lady is clearly lying look at the screenshot attached which shows the payment made on 8/27 and she says 8/7. I never asked her to adjust the nails or redo the nails. Why would i ask them to redo when I didn’t like them at all in the first place. She was the one who told she would redo it for free on a chat and when i went in there she started arguement when i asked her to remove my nails.

Once again Tammy provided me with excellent service. I arrived a little early for my appointment so she sat me down to her customer that she was finishing up with. The customer she was working with seemed to also be very happy with her service. 👍 Tammy is an expert at what she does. I’m very pleased with the pedicure service she provides. 😊 Another great pedicure today! My feet fantastic! Another great pedicure done today by Tammy. She is an expert at what she does! Highly disappointed !! Had worst unpleasant experience. I went there because one of my friends suggested. The nail technician was in super hurry to leave for the day ( I went there with appointment)and talking with her colleagues all the time while doing the nail. As a result my finger bleed a bit plus She went too short and top of that My every nail is of different size now. I am surprised that how come each n every nail is of different length.highly unskilled. She didn’t even paint the edges of my nail and it looks terrible now. Felt very sad and upset that even after spending hefty amount I have to bear with this nails which has no proportion at all. Had high hopes from this salon and very disappointed!☹️ It’s been hardly few hours after doing this nails and already feel disgusting looking at them

This was my first time to Queenies and I loved it! I had an appointment for a glam pedicure, but once I was there, I spent another $20 to get an extra 15 minutes of foot massage. It was very lovely. Next time I will not bother bringing a magazine and just close my eyes and enjoy the entire experience! They had fabulous massage chairs that would massage your back as you were sitting there. I really didn’t wanna have to get up lol. Kate did my pedicure, but unfortunately, she said it was her last day before getting married. They used individually packaged items for the most part, lotions and masks, and even the foot scrub. I’ve never had , the opportunity to select from eight flavors of foot soak! A great experience and I will be back

Not the one used to compliant. Used do lots nails here before and once a while I had less experience person was helping and make me did not go there for awhile. When I randomly stop by again and the less expertise person is not know how to do the nails properly. Very disappointed even with many times communication. Wish owner can have the training or at least the make sense person that can do better nail here.

Worst customer service ever. I came to do a manicure pedicure for the first time but their work is terrible. They even cut my skin and hit my leg. They were also talking behind my back. Not Recommended!

12/8/24 UPDATE: More photos of Trangs beautiful art! 08/04/23: UPDATE just want to come in here and post more of the nails TRANG has done for me! She’s amazing! My nails last so long, they do not chip or break. I can go up to 6 weeks not getting my nails done and they still look good! (Other than hella grown out!) Thanks Trang! See you again soon I want to update my review and just say Trang is an amazing nail tech. I have tried other nail techs at this salon as well as different salons and the quality does not compare to Trangs quality nails! The way she does my nails stay on for a LONG LONG TIME I swear! Sometimes I won’t get my nails done for 6 weeks and they are still staying strong! She is very detailed, I love the shape of my nails, I love the designs that she does and she ensures it looks like the picture. I highly recommend Trang! You will not regret it! She is perfect for nail designs, dip powders, acrylics! I won’t search for any other nail tech

I went there for the 1st time for a pedicure and manicure. I was shocked at the prices as the pedicure that I would usually get at Ynot nails on Blossom Hill for $55 was $70 here with the add ons for gel removal, gel polish, and French came up to $100.00 just for a pedicure? The tech was Ada, very quiet and sweet and did a great job. I left out the manicure as I just couldn’t see paying over $150. I did leave Ada a $20 tip.

Update: I recommend Lan for manicures, Lynn for pedicures Cindy and the staff here provide superior service. I haven’t been back for over 3 years but they still remembered me by name! Andy did my fill and he was gentle. Highly recommend.
