Great service and attitude! Quin took on the challenge of working thru the knots in my back and neck. She works well with her elbows and her hands are also pretty strong. She was able to work well in those narrow spots around the scapula and shin. This massage was medicine and a treat. I’ll definitely be back!

BOOK WITH QUIN!!!! RUN DONT WALK HERE! I'm a 46 year old woman that has experienced different injuries.Quin and her MAGIC HEALING HANDS and techniques have transformed my body in way I've never experienced. I tried many masseuses around the Bay Area. Hands down Quin is the best! BEWARE!!!! My sister came here for a massage over the weekend. While she was getting the massage, she told the owner it is painful because the force was too much, but the owner kept on going. My sister left the place in pain after the session was over. She came back again hoping the owner would help ease the pain yet she made the problem worse. The next day, my sister had to go to ER because she could not even feel her arm. She got X-Ray and MRI done and the doctor said the nerve tissues were damaged badly due to the massage and and she would need to be off work and require physical therapy for a month. My sister came back and told the owner to take the responsibility for the medical bills and she blamed it all on my sister, saying my sister planned the whole scheme. We are no criminals that would come up with such things. My sister is getting her lawyer ready to file a lawsuit if the owner is not owning up to her mistake!

The lady was on the phone the whole time while doing my massage. They charged me $3 first time for credit card fees without telling me and when I wanted to just leave they asked me for a tip. I said okay fine $10 and they asked me for another $3 credit card fees. I paid $6 in credit card fees. Literally she was on the phone texting or watching something on the phone most of the time. I believe I got ripped off. I would never recommend anyone coming to this massage place.

Avoid! Came for a professional massage and got a very wierd experience. They require you to put your name and phone number down for no reason (Probably to sell) $60 for a 1/2hr and it was just an walk on the back and all elbows. The room was lit with an awkward red light with no music and there is a big head size hole in all the doors. The lady cut 5 mins short, but tbh I was fine with that cause it was just a bad being there in the first place.

Had some back and hip issues so I checked the internet for a nearby spa. The reviews for Queen’s Spa were high so I walked in for a deep tissue massage. Quinn was the massage therapist who assisted me. She identified the exact areas troubling me and she provided the precise amount of pressure during the deep tissue massage. 60 minutes went by quick and I could immediately feel relief in the areas that bothered me. I recommended Queen’s Spa for a professional-healing massage.

Excellent deep tissue massage. Professional, clean and relaxing spa. I have experienced long awaited relief from muscle knots and stiffness. Queen's staff of practitioners have the extensive knowledge and expertise to delete the soreness. Highly recommend. My 20yr journey thru a wide range of massage therapy spas has ended at a small oasis in east san jose called Queen's spa.

Having just moved to East San Jose, I was anxious to find a reputable center to get the knots that always seem to build up in my back. I was so relieved and glad to that the previous reviews were accurate! The staff take safety and their practice very seriously. I can't recommend them enough!

I receive a massage for my aching back every two weeks or so. My pain was so bad that I was unable to drive comfortably. The massage therapist was very professional and so friendly! I left with my back feeling 80% better after a one-hour session.

Queen was very skilled. I went to see her because I had knee pain for 3 months and I couldn’t sleep. I have improved significantly and am about 80 percent better. I highly recommend her! Thanks to work from home and super long work hours, now I have to visit a chiropractor every couple of months. More recently passed by this place and the reviews for this place was great. As I entered there was a lady who had just got done with her message and on her way out. She overheard me explaining about my back pain to the receptionist and she told me I'm at the right place. An hour later and after a deep tissue massage, I really felt the difference - even more so the day after. Yes , I was in a lot of pain during the massage especially the neck massage killed me but, it was very helpful after and totally worth it. Quinn is very knowledgeable and focuses on areas that need most attention - in my case it was the neck, shoulders and lower back.

I have been going to Queen Spa for 3 years. Nancy has done a great job. The place is very clean and comfortable. Both Donna and Lilly are great at their practice! I highly recommend them both. The whole staff is pleasant, attentive and professional. This is a respectable business and I highly recommend Queen Spa!

Queen Spa is amazing. After just one session we were hooked. I went with two of my friends and we all had different requests. Two of us got a sweedish massage the other got a deep tissue. I had a recent accident and so I had some spots on my back and my neck that were very tense. Queen knew exactly what to do to loosen the knots. Applying a perfect amount of pressure. An excellent combination of therapy and relaxation. Her place is clean, her staff is very professional, and her prices are very reasonable. Me or my friends have been to the professionals below and would recommend all: Queen Donna Lily If you are looking for an honest, clean, and professional massage then Queen Spa is the place!
