Lorena is a wonderful stylist. She always does an amazing job. After covid my hair started to fall out, I came to her for help. She right away helped me with products to put on my hair and now my hair is thick and healthy. I highly recommend her!

She genuinely cares and has a passion for hair! She will give your hair the best treatment. I got hair Botox and a straighten. My hair has never been so soft and glossy! My hair was also pretty damaged from things I did before but it feels so sleek and soft now. No split it ends!

Curly girls of all ethnic backgrounds NEED to go to Lorena. She is very kind and knowledgeable about hair, but she specializes in curly hair, specifically Black hair. She is able to achieve keratin results that I haven't seen before and has truly blown me away. My hair is unmanageable without a keratin treatment, but I noticed it was beginning to damage my hair. Lorena recommended I do a keratin treatment with her once and then follow up with hair botox. It's similar to a nutrient-rich repair mask with a similar smoothing effect like the keratin. It is INCREDIBLE. Without her, my engagement photos would have been a disaster. Lorena is a gem and works well with kids. No need to look any further for a stylist.

My hair was shiny and the blowout lasted over a week. I loved the Salerm product she used as leave in. My hair is very thick and frizzy and she made it smoothe. I have Dominican hair and she didn’t burn me or pull on it. The last pic is my hair after 5 days and being caught in the the rain for a few minutes. Still smoothe!

I have been going to Queens hair studio ( Lorena) since 2020 , she’s multitalented and an expert at color, Brazilian blowouts, cuts… and so much more. I loved my blonding session with Diana. First, on the consultation she explained everything she was going to do. I always have a problem with my hair getting brazy, after two weeks. She explained why that happens and what I can do to prevent it. My highlights look awesome. I have never been this blond before and my husband loves it, as well as all of my friends. After my service she gave me product and aftercare advice. She wasn't pushy on selling her products and even told me where I could find altertives.

SO glad I found this place! Lorena knew exactly what my thick course hair needed and all of my friends say my hair is the best they’ve ever seen it. I cannot recommend Queens hair studio enough! Whether you like your hair curly or straight Lorena will take amazing care of you. The photos in chair is where I started with Lorena. Fluffy frizzy hair with little curl pattern. The mirror photo shows I can choose to wear my hair curly now if I please (great curl pattern after some frizz treatments) and the photo with my family members is my hair with just blow drying! So much more manageable ✨

Lorena went above and beyond to make sure that I left the salon feeling amazing. For background, I walked into the hair salon with waist length knotted hair and was so frustrated by the intensity of the knots in my hair that I even cried while she washed my hair because I thought she would have to cut it off entirely. Lorena took the time to comb out all of the knots in my hair and even explained to me what products I should use moving forward to make sure that I have an easier time at home doing my hair. Lorena literally saved my hair and I can’t thank her enough. I HIGHLY recommend her services; she’s extremely knowledgeable about hair and is such a kind person. I can’t wait to go back next month for another trim.

She was very friendly and everything was fine except for the price she charged at the end. It was very overpriced. I only got a haircut, only split ends haircut. It was $75.00 plus tip. I always tip when I get a service, I honestly felt cheated on the price but I still left 15% which brought my total to $86.25 Just for a haircut. I initially wanted to go to fashion valley mall, there is a very nice hair salon there, but I didn’t because I thought it would have been expensive base on the location and salon pictures and reviews. It turns out they would have charged me $40.00 I went to ask them personally while I was there shopping. So I am not going back to this place ever again, she could have gained a new customer but because she abuse the fact that I did not asked the price before I got the service, instead she lost me as a new repeating customer. This was the most expensive hair cut I got in my life. Not worth it. So I’m not saying don’t go there, I’m only saying ASK FOR THE PRICE BEFOREHAND lol Replying to your response: No I did not had an appointment. I messaged you the owner on Instagram, then I called this number on your website, you picked up and told me to come in. So you took me as a walk-in. I remembered specifically you were on your way to do a personal errand but you said it was fine and stayed to provide the service. I also remember we got in to the salon from the side door, front door was locked, and the salon was getting renovations done in the back. I do have a cc bank statement with fee amount and date from your salon, and a text message from you on the same day with a link to provide a review here on google, but I don’t think that really matters, unless you want me to be ultra specific.

Takes her time when coloring and highlighting your hair. She makes sure everything is clean and sterile for each customer. Repeat customer.
