My friend and I went to go get our nails done last week . Atmosphere was clean but the nail techs didn’t do a great job . “Lazy work “ . Left glue under most of my nails . My nails are uneven with the acrylic and they are not filled completely . My friend got French tip and we both shared the same experience . $55-$60 . After the service was done they just went straight to charging and didn’t bother to ask us to wash our hands .

They have updated the salon and it's so pretty! And clean! Nina gave me the best pedicure. Prices are very reasonable. I don't know if they have new ownership, but they have a new name, Lotus something or something Lotus, wish I could remember clearly. Sorry.

Horrible they can’t draw ,they have a line going through my heart , a fly died on my nail wiped off nd didn’t fix , my nail is two diff colors didn’t clean around My nail horrible , they can only do eyebrows

I used to love this place,today I took my daughter and we both got pedicures. We waited under the dryer,had to return for them to "fix" the polish that didn't dry. So we then had them redone and sat 30min under the dryer,wore flip flops on the 45minute ride home and all of our nails are messed up again. I am furious,what a waste of money!!! I would rate it ZER0 absolute thumbs down!!

This Business is OK but they have one particular person that works in there that screws your nails up. I returned one last time to give them another chance. They sat me with him. He was screwing my nails up. I tried to point it out he disregarded everything I said. Then we got near the end and he told me Because of the condition of my nails, Next time I come I had to start from scratch. I told him I thought you would say that because and you did not want to admit your mistakes but these nails are staying the way they are and you're giving me a discount. I told him Early enough so he can correct the mistake. He then took a cuticle cutter and cut into the middle of my nail From the side. I asked him to correct it and let me go I have been there long enough. I will not be returning

I never write a review on businesses and I am not here to bad mouth them but I hope they see this and improve on this particular aspect. So I had made an appointment with the owner two days in advance at 9:30, the time they claim to open. I specifically told him on the phone that I wanted him to do it because the last time I was passed on to someone else because he was busy and my nails barely lasted a week. So I told him this time to please make sure it is him who does them. I arrive to my appointment on time and I get in there and there is already two ladies getting a pedicure, one in which he was doing. I was surprised because I thought they didn’t open till 9:30. I let the gentleman at the desk know that I am here for the owner and he speaks with the owner and the owner tells him to ask me could I wait and that he has another client after the one he is doing. I was confused and proceeded to tell him no because I made an appoint two days ago for this time so why would I have to wait. I remind you, the owner hasn’t acknowledged me or anything and the guy at the desk is playing messenger. So I guess they can see my frustration and the guy at the desk ask can he file my color off and I’m thinking to prepare for my appointment with the owner. So he does so, and then begins my toes and sits me under the dryer. I ask him is the owner going to do my nails and he says no he has another client and that he could do them if I’d like. So now, I’m getting mad and just say okay because I don’t have all day for this hence why I made an appointment. As the other guy is doing my nails a black lady walks in for the owner and I think she is the client he is putting before me. To my surprise he ask her to come back later. Soon after a white lady with her two kids (and it says on the door no kids allowed) comes in and you guessed it, she is the next client. I was in total disbelief. I’d like to state that I am an African American college student and the woman he was doing before I got there was white as well. At this point it felt slightly racist. I hate to make such accusations but come on. What else am I to think? Thankfully my service did not cost much. The only reason I gave this two stars at least is because my nails look decent and this is my first ‘bad’ experience with them. I hope they see this and learn how to upkeep their appointments and follow through with them. The staff seems nice but I feel that the customer service could be maintained a bit more.

I usually love this place (Tim is really great) but he was busy today so I went to a different man. I am not exaggerating when I say he cut me 5 different times and two of those times, I was bleeding a lot. He didn’t take any money off even though i bled twice and also didn’t say anything. It was really painful. My nails look great, I just wish he was more careful.

I was a walk in and my experience was okay at first. the man doing my nails was very rough to the point where i had to pull away numerous times. then another man kept asking where i was from even though i said maryland numerous times. then my nails get finished and there are hairs in my nails and i pointed it out to the guy and he grabbed my hand roughly and wouldn’t let me go. he “fixed” one nail but it looked better with the hair in it. i’ve never been treated so poorly by a nail salon. i paid $40 for my nails to be messed up and have hairs in it. if you’re thinking about going here re think. they’re better places in bury than here.

If I could, I would give this nail salon a zero star. I asked for a fill in and I got the UGLIEST and THICKEST nails ever. I have never been so disappointed in my entire life. I ASKED THEM TO BE REMOVEVED… I STILL PAID $20. Never again will I go to that business🤬

wish i could put zero stars ansolutely horrible, just terrible ill put a picture they tried to charge me extra for a coffin shape which clearly wasn’t done. didn’t follow proper nail techniques or protocols, u can see those white dots that’s dust that they baked into the gel polish

Every single time I come to this salon it gets better and better! I’ve been to A Lot of nail shops but this one has become my permanent favorite.You want to know the funniest part about this......... they have NO CLUE that people are saying such wonderful things about the way they do business. They never have time to check google cause they’re working soooo hard. Customer service is beyond amazing!!! And when I first started the customers were bragging about how amazing they are THAT made me want to stay. So next time you visit Queens Nails just let them know how much you appreciate them!! Cause I do every time I go in❤️♥️ Best on the Eastern Shore..... that’s my vote.

I absolutely love this salon. I’ve been going there for about 3 years. I love Tim and Morgan. But all of the workers do a good job. Always so welcoming and always have me laughing. Will not go to another salon for my nails!

I booked ahead of time, and it was a great experience! My pedicure was relaxing, and I hadn’t had a manicure with acrylics in a long time. They turned out amazing! I will definitely recommend & go back!

I’m usually a HUGE fan of this place, BUT the past 3 times I’ve went I’ve had a really bad experience with the same person so I figured I’d share how it went today. When I went in, I got a Pedi from the kid with the glasses which was awesome. They then switched me to a different man for my acrylic nails who was rushing from the start and being really rough. He started drilling my nails and cut my cuticle wide open and I started bleeding. He just quickly apologized and went on being rough. I wasn’t even offered any discount for the inconvenience or even a bandaid (I had to ask). Overall one of the worst experiences at a salon, really made me feel like I wasted my money :( a year ago I would’ve spoken nothing but good things about this place, but I don’t think I’ll ever go again.

I had an appointment and when I arrived, early, I still waited well over an hour past my appointment time. I didn’t have a problem waiting until my pedicure was completely rushed. All she did was wash me feet with soap and a scrub brush and paint my nails. I paid for more than just a basic pedicure too. My manicure was a little better than my pedicure but again, it was rushed and my one nail is crooked and they are way too thick. I asked for them to be fixed before she finished and she did not meet my satisfaction whatsoever. I was so fed up at this point I just paid, STILL TIPPED them and left.
