Don’t feel well taken care of. The lack of attention while under the extremely hot dryer even after mentioning it was hot, was extremely leaving me with a very sore scalp. When combing my hair during wash, felt like they were combing it very aggressive. Although it didn’t hurt, I could hear the combing. I did not feel they cared to keep my hair healthy. My fine hair needed a de-frizzer which lacked, the look one day after was not what im used to. The lack of professionalism, care for my hair, and lack of welcoming energy was a turn off. Would not be visiting again.

This is the only salon I will go to. I am always pleased with my services when I leave here. Everyone is kind and attentive. My hair is treated with care. The prices are reasonable and the work is quality. My curls always revert. I also went for a braid for a wig. The braids last over two months, after swimming.

Their blow drying is amazing but I ask for the deep treatment and ended up having relaxer on it, when I went to wash my hair smell like crazy bad as soon as I put water in it, 5 wash and the smell didn’t go away. So much hair broke, and lost my beautiful curls.

I have natural curly hair and I have trust issues. I took a chance based on the reviews here. My hair turned out beautifully. FYI I saw Flor, she’s amazing and she also speaks fluent English. The prices are also very reasonable.

My first time visiting this hair salon. I pick this place for the fact that they opened before 9am, allowing me to get my hair done before I started my day. The experience was great, the staff was super friendly. Once I walked in I was asked how I could be helped, recieved immediate service.

This was my childhood hair salon, always appreciated the time and effort put into my hair. I learned a lot of techniques to maintain my hair wrapping it properly, deep conditioner, and ways keep my hair healthy. I wish I still lived in NYC, highly recommend! Also can’t beat the prices!! ❤️
