My 75 year old grandmother for Mother’s Day wanted to get her hair cut and dyed! Took her to this neighborhood salon and it was the absolute worse experience! The owner herself did my grandmother hair and did a horrible job. The owner let my grandmother walk out with dye all over her forehead and at that in the shape of an edge up! Big black block on my grandmother forehead. When I asked her to clean it the owner stated it would come off over time! I told her by tomorrow we have an event to attend. The owner stated no to just put make up over it to cover. Which I replied my grandmother doesn’t wear make up. Which is complete nonsense and a horrible response for an owner to provide my grandmother. I asked her to please clean it up or at least try to remove it. The owner then started to say my grandmother is an older lady and she had to dye her hair a certain way and that’s why the dye is the way it is! I tried to explain to the owner that she should have been informative prior to starting my grandmother hair if that was the case but she wouldn’t even allow me to finish my sentence. The owner took some of the dye off but not all of it and still tried allowing my grandmother to leave looking crazy! I asked for a discount due to her leaving dye on my grandmother and also for the horrible dye job that’s was done . My grandmother went from salt and pepper hair to black. And she still has white hair throughout her hair! The owner then started with the whole “ don’t disrespect her” My grandmother left with dye on her forehead, neck, and ears! With all that the owner tried overcharging my grandmother for the horrible job she did and then proceeded to still follow me outside running her mouth. My grandmother doesn’t have good eyesight at all so the fact the owner took advantage of an elderly woman that put her trust in the owner to get the haircut and color that she wanted and not be provided that is absolutely disgusting and crazy! Do better as a business owner and hairstylist and take accountability for your mistakes! Looking at the previous reviews now I’m seeing this a know problem of leaving woman with dye all over them! And the workers and owners having bad attitude. You and your run down shop have to do better!

I brought my daughter here to get highlights for her 16th birthday present. She wanted dark red and brown highlights and showed the exact picture she wanted. Her hair came out pink and orange. It was horrible, she cried the whole way home. I had to buy Walmart box dye to fix her hair, which is ironic because while we were there, the hairdressers were bad mouthing their clients who do their own hair at home and saying, "That's why they are the professionals." I really wish we just did her hair at home, because it turned out so much better than what they did. When I called the next day to see how we could rectify the situation I was offered either a free trim or a refund on the box dye, which both were not nearly equal to the cost of how much I spent. Save yourself money and grief and don't go to these "professionals"!

I would like to share my experience with quick cuts, Elida, the owner. Also my Stylist She did a root smudge on my hair. Also when I left the salon, my hair had never felt so shiny and healthy in comparison to other salons the establishment is very well put together and very nice inside. Thank you so much Elida for taking the time to put me in your schedule. I really appreciate it and I definitely will be coming back as he I want you to be my new hairstylist.

I've been going to this place for years now for all my haircuts. My son now also goes here cause, like me, he only trusts Roxanne with his haircuts. She has never disappointed us ! Great service, talkative and friendly. We recommend Roxanne !

Very friendly staff very knowledgeable great smiles and if you're going for a haircut coloring or a trim make sure you call ahead of time make a reservation cuz they are super packed they are really great go quick cuts awesome team!

This place is horrible the whole experience, very unprofessional and talk bad about customers once their out the door I’ve witnessed. Showed her what I wanted and she gave me completely differently, I was very disappointed I Payed a lot of money for something horrible that I didn’t like.
