She recommended the right products for me to use throughout the harsh winter and actively told me what she was using on my skin. And her price point cannot be beaten in Annapolis. Heather is wonderful! I had my first treatment and she was very knowledgeable, explaining what she was doing and how it will help with my skin. It was very relaxing and I will definitely be back. I am excited to see my progress as I continue treatments. I would highly recommend her to anyone with any concerns! Update: I’ve been working with Heather for almost 3 months now and my skin has improved so much!! If you have acne or other skin concerns, I cannot recommend her enough!

I had an incredible facial with Heather! Her room in Annapolis is very nice and she has the most comfortable "chair- like" set up (as opposed to a flat table). She is very knowledgeable and explains what she is doing. She has a very calming prescence. I appreciated that she gave recommendations without trying to sell me a product. She only talked about what she had when I asked. Looking forward to seeing her again!

Heather at Quiet Waters Esthetics is incredible! She is always professional and personable at every appointment. I’ve been seeing her for laser hair removal for the past year, and she is very deliberate and knowledgeable about what needs to be done at each appointment to achieve results! I always leave happy, and the individual approach she has to treatment is something you won’t get at big-name providers :)

My experience at Quiet Waters Esthetics has been excellent! I had been struggling with acne for several months. I used all types of products for acne and none of them ever worked. Once I began the acne treatments at Quiet Waters my skin showed immediate progress. Less inflammation, less break outs, clearer, brighter skin, reduced pore size and reduced scarring. My skin is almost 99% clear, I rarely break out and swear by the products because it works magic!

This is definitely a five star experience. A very nice location and a calming and serene environment. Heather is totally passionate about the technology. I have had two very effective IPL treatments so far. She is very thorough and was willing to custom-tailor my treatment…which was important to me. I’ve gotten laser hair removal and pro cell microchanneling with Heather ! Both have been great! I was having skin texture and acne scar issues. My skin is so much better ! The procedure isn’t too painful because Heather applies some numbing cream before and the whole process is super easy! It ends with a nice cooling mask as well. 10/10 recommend Heather and all she has to offer !

Heather is super professional and knowledgeable. She explained each process every step of the way. She advised me on future treatments as well. Scheduling is easy and flexible. I usually always get the clarifying facial. I have noticed a huge improvement with my skin and breaking out. Give her a try! The studio is relaxing and peaceful. I schedule monthly facials.
