They always do an amazing job here and are very attentive to detail. Love the vinulux Mani Pedi - not as hard to get off as gel but lasts longer than regular! So much attention to detail when painting my nails - great mani pedi at a fabulous price!

Got a Brazilian wax using the Groupon coupon and it was great! The lady was very sweet. She was a woman of few words but she got the job done in like ten minutes. Super quick and efficient and super clean. No double-dipping, no sugar wax (which I dislike) and tweezing the small hairs as well. Overall, great experience.

ive been getting my brazilian wax here for years they always do a good job and are very professional i started getting my pedicure here as well a few months ago and they took their time to make sure i was comfortable and happy with the result it turned out super clean and cute every time!

Great services, the best massage chairs of any nail place in SF. They also carry Vynalux (?) which is a great nail polish line. I can’t do gel it tears me up. This is the new best thing. I also am in the spa industry and am a stickler for hygienic nail places. They are tip top in their practices. No jetted foot tubs. Looking forward to my next service.

Horrible salon. Scammers. I came to use a Groupon and booked the appointment telling them it was a no chip manicure. They proceeded to do gel which they said would be same price and then charged me $70 MORE. I refused and told them you can’t run a business like this, and they just threatened to call the cops. I’ll see if I can report them. Insane treatment and to top it off, the mani pedi didn’t even last one week. SCAMMERS.

I used to come here all the time and recently I had a horrible experience with them that am shocked they did after years of me coming here. So be careful because if they screw up they won’t fix their own mistake without charging you. I went for a regular pedicure and they did the following: I requested a regular white pedicure polish with silver design. Not gel because I never get gel on my toes. The person who did my nails used regular nail polish and made a mistake of using gel nail polish to draw the design on my nails then dried it with a regular fan and came back to realize the color all melted on each other because she accidentally used gel nail polish on top of regular nail polish. It was the end of the day and they were closing so she said come back and we will remove the gel nail polish and repaint it free of charge because it’s our mistake. I told her am traveling and won’t be back for few weeks and she said fine. Four weeks later I go back and they had the audacity to pretend they don’t remember and that it’s been many months so I told them the date and the staff who did it also confirmed and they still charged me for removing that gel nail polish they applied for me and didn’t fix it for free like they said. I wasn’t going to review this if it was just about getting charged but it’s how rude they were and how they kept lying even with me showing them the receipt dates that it had been months. So next time any nail place makes a mistake I won’t pay until they fix it, I not only paid but also tipped well when they did it with the confidence they were going to fix their own mistake free of charge but they didn’t. Also, after coming here for years I have observed they are very rude to some people and very nice to others, and I don’t want to say it’s race related but I have observed a few incidents that make me think it is.

Came end of November, it was freezing inside from the door being left open. There aren’t any tables for them to do your nails on, only on a pillow on the side of your lap which is awkward when you have to reach one arm over to the other side of you. But maybe some people don’t mind that. We’ll see how the vinyl polish holds but def had us there drying wayyyy longer than 7 minutes, feel more like drying regular polish – maybe because of the negative review on vinyl? We kept asking when we could leave and they kept telling us not done, and never told us when we could until we just had to. Nails still feel like they could get marked up from not being fully dry. The atmosphere is nice but it was just an uncomfortable experience.

Came here to get my mani pedi using the Groupon discount and really enjoyed the experience! Was a super quick appointment-making process and I was the only one in the spa by the time I left so I got some nice special treatment. The people here are very professional and let you choose the coat of paint you want and what color- my nails still look great after a week and definitely feel like this place is special - also close to where I live. They have a very nice clean space and it's well kept.

Dropped by for a haircut with no appointment. Asked for a cleanup of the sides and back with a fade, and it was great! Quick and friendly, and I was grateful they got me in last minute. And a deal for just $25 (note doesn’t include shampoo or style)! Recommend if you need a cleanup.

I brought a Groupon for a wax. My first wax was amazing, the second one I got burned all over. I will never go back here for a wax again. Although the service was great, the skill wasn’t. You get what you pay for!

I usually don’t write reviews, but Phuong is the best!! I always go to her for all my waxing needs. Everybody here at Quince Spa is always so nice & friendly and very welcoming! For waxing please go to Phuong! She always make me feel comfortable. She sanitizes her station at all times and very good at waxing. Almost painless all the time!! Also, this location has plenty street parking available. And you can never beat their prices! Thank you Phuong for always doing an amazing job and always has a positive friendly attitude! See you again when I come back from Hawaii! :)

Please be careful if you go here. I got a gel manicure which chipped the next day. In the tanning booth I noticed they didn't put the gel coat on it. The other fingers glowed like in blacklight. Then later that week I got a cuticle infection. Had to go to doctor and have it lanced and gave me antibiotics.

Saturday was the first time that I went to this spa. I must say that I'm impressed. I got a gel manicure. My previous nail tech's service as a disaster. Ill definitly go back to Quince spa. I'm looking forward ro the pedicure and eyelash extensions.

The ladies that work there are nice. It is just poorly run by the gentleman that does the scheduling. Every time I go there I have to wait. The last time it was 50 minutes No one tells you how long your wait will be. Then I couldn't have one person do my nails and one do my pedicure. It needed to be the same person which takes double the time. It is simply poorly organized.

Decor is nice, clean & I wanted to like this place, but 1st visit tried their Vinylux polish & @ day 2 started rubbing off. Just came back for polish change (w/ my OPI polish) that Eric advd was $8. At check out I'm told it's $12 & it didn't matter I brought my own base coat, polish & top coat. NO apologies just hard line. I will NOT be back. Polishing took 20 min.
