Wendy is amazing! I had fine, thinning, over-processed hair with about a half dozen weird cowlicks when I first came to her. Magically ... I am now sporting an older-lady-appropriate silver-blonde fauxhawk ... that college kids AND people my age are telling me looks awesome! Her color skills are fab, and she's fun to talk to ... there's just no downside at R&G!

I have being going to Wendy for a couple years now and there is no one else I trust with my hair! She does AMAZING with extensions too and has the best pricing I’ve seen in the Scottsdale area. She also helped me transition from brunette to blonde and my hair is still healthy! I love her products, I have very dry coarse hair and my hair has gotten so much stronger since going to her. She recently introduced me to Brazilian Blowouts earlier this year and it was a game changer - my hair feels like silk! I highly recommend her! Thank you Wendy!

I love Pam!!!!! She’s been doing my hair for 4 yrs. I followed her from her last salon, and this new location is perfect! Easy parking, cute and quaint salon. Pam is fun to chat with and does an amazing job on my cut and color. Love her taste in music too. 💜 💇🏻

I recently did a Dripping Gold hair treatment and blow dry with Pam and I can't wait to go back for more services! The salon is super cute and comfy and the customer service I was provided was amazing! It was a stressful day for me going into the appointment and Pam made my experience the most relaxing thing I could have asked for. Highly recommend R & G Salon for all your hair needs!

I went and got a conditioning treatment from Pam & I loved every moment of it. My hair was so soft and shiny after and she was a joy to talk to. I can’t wait to go back next time for my dye! The location was perfect and she made sure to answer any and all questions I had for my next appointment. Would definitely recommend.

I went in for the Caviar hair treatment, with a shampoo+blow out. It was great! How many salons keep you waiting, right?....but not Pam: she was ready early, so professional, and a lot of fun. My hair is soft and shiny, healthy-looking ( in this dry environment, these treatments work wonders!) and I love it. Cute hip vibe in the salon and surrounding area and parking was easy to find.

Love how my hair turned out. Got the dripping gold conditioning treatment and my hair is still so soft. Wendy did my hair and she also curled it which came out beautiful. The atmosphere is so cool like a mini studio inside a big building. Make you feel more secluded which I love. She definitely knew what she was doing and I cannot wait to go back!

Wendy treat each of her clients as family. She knows exactly what styles look great on you and tells you what doesn’t. If it’s a whole new look you’re looking for she creates it. Most places will just do what you want and later you are not liking the look. Not her she helps you and guides you to look your best! Pam is so fun and professional. I went in for a deep conditioning treatment that felt magical. My hair is very thick and hard to work with but Pam''s blow-out made it look smooth and shiny. I was able to keep the style for several days even when it rained for every single one.
