I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Rachel today. I am so thankful to my friend who referred me to her. I just wish I found her sooner! I usually experience extreme anxiety before I get my hair done but this time I walked into the appointment completely at ease. Rachel is a true artisan. Charged me $440+ to do nothing i asked for. Left there with brown hair twice after asking for blonde and I already had blonde hair to start. Gave me the opposite and said I can come back again when I already paid twice for something I didn't want why would I do that. I feel so scammed and sad and I hate the way my hair looks.

I have been going to RACHELLE for more than 10 years. I’m always happy with her services 100%. She does highlights and haircut for me and I have very difficult hair but it always looks great! Although I’ve never had an issue I do know that if you are not 100% satisfied she will do whatever needs to be done to make you happy. I highly recommend this business!!

I have been going to Rachel to get my hair done for years! She is amazing at what she does and stays up to date with all the new trends and techniques. She's also super sweet and friendly and has a welcoming and relaxing salon studio, major bonus when you're getting a lengthy process done! One of my favorite sessions was when I was going through my crazy hair color stage and she did a purple and blue combo that look soooo good I wish I could have it as a wig! lol Check her out, she will get you looking 🔥 in no time! 😁

I’ve been a client for at least 3 years after I met her through SA MONTHLY MAGAZINE on Issu. She only takes one client at a time so she gives you her full attention which also protects your health and privacy.

She is kind and patient and always willing to explore options and answer questions I have. Her salon space is also lovely, clean, and comfortable to be in. Highly, highly recommend!!

Rachel has Been doing my hair for years ! She's done my hair from color to cut to styling she's even done my makeup and has done photo shoots with me as well For a fashion show she was hosting as the makeup and hair artist. She's amazing at what she is very talented and you feel at home when in her salon. Never have been disappointed. Definitely recommend.

Rachel is amazing at what she does. I found her about 5 years ago and she’s taken me from blonde to darkest brown to blue to just about everything in between. I always get compliments on my hair and it’s all thanks to her expertise and hair magic. She takes the time to get to know me and my hair, and to be as gentle as possible while still getting my desired results. As a result, I’ve grown out my hair super long and healthy and couldn’t be happier. Customer for life over here!

Rachel is amazing!  We first started going to Rachel 7 years ago when my 4 year old received the worst haircut at a kid's salon.  While my son lost his beautiful long hair, she managed to turn it into a fun, edgy, stylish little boy's haircut.  She has been our family's hair stylist ever since. Rachel has a way of listening to what you want but adding in her amazing knowledge to get exactly what looks and works best for your hair type.  She always takes her time and ensures you are happy with the final outcome. While we no longer live in the general area, we make the journey to Rachel whenever we need haircuts or color treatments. She is worth the drive!

Took my daughter to have her hair colored for the first time. Rach Elle was super nice and professional. She let my daughter know exactly what she was going to do to her hair. We showed her a picture of what my daughter wanted and she exceeded our expectations! My daughters hair came out amazing! I would definitely recommend Rach Elle to my family and friends. I have been going to Rachel now for over 10 years and NEVER disappointed! From light to dark, back to light, then dark again, she's always got my hair just the way I wanted. My son used to dread getting his hair cut. He literally was in tears the last time because they cut off too much. I took him to Rachel and he explained what he wanted. She made it happen! Now he ask to go to her when it's time to get his hair cut. Bottom line she's the best at what she does and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have not only worked along side Rachel, but I have also trusted her with my hair for the past 5 years. She is very talented and continues to keep up with her education on new trends and products. She will tell you exactly what is to be expected to reach your goal and if it is even possible, rather than promising unrealistic results like alot of stylist. Rachel is also very affordable and uses only professional products and understands when you are on a budget. Most of her clients, including myself, have been going to her for years and there is a reason for that. The salon is beautiful and you get a very intimate service that isn't rushed. My favorite part is enjoying my coffee on the front porch that looks out to the River Walk while I am processing. I highly recommend Rach Elle Beauty Lounge if you want amazing results.

I have very thin, fine hair. Rach Elle salon has been my only go to for the past 10 years. She works well with my hair and I have NEVER left disappointed!!! Rachel is an amazing Artist! She's been doing my hair for at least 8 years now. Never once has she disappointed! She always gets the exact color and cut I'm looking for! She is always willing to work with my schedule and fit me in! Her beauty lounge is an intimate one on one setting, where you can relax feel at home, have some coffee all while knowing your hair is in good hands! Also she is constantly continuing to build knowledge in her field by attending various hair shows to stay at the top of her game! Rachelle is an amazing stylist who I met years ago randomly in a Stone Oak Salon. She blew me away with her knowledge, her professionalism, her sweet demeanor and she ROCKED my hair! She fixed a color disaster. She is a master at cutting and doing an edgy look I live. I've followed her ever since! Her place on the Riverwalk is a mini getaway and so cool! The most Charming atmosphere, and you have it all to yourself. No hushed chatting and the luxury of focused pampering. I came to Rachel with damaged, lifeless, thinning hair after a four month hospital stay for issues that destroy your skin, hair, nails, etc... Rachel brought my hair to life and made me feel alive again. I now have beautiful long, full locks again with the most luscious blonde color I’ve ever had. Do I recommend? ABSOLUTELY!!! You should’ve made an appointment like yesterday lol

no one else touches by hair! i naturally have black hair and i came in to her wanting it much lighter and instead of just giving me what i want and sending my way, she took the time to educate me on the process and how i would kill my hair if we did that! over time we got the color i wanted and my hair has never been healthier! she truly cares about your wants and needs along with what is best for you! love you rachel!
